This is Bazookanine, an OC made by SpyroAndToothless's brother. Inspired by Flare Wolf and plenty Titanfall. He has a mech suit and a rideable robot, but in this pic he's in his ninja outfit. And yes that is a quad laucher. His tail ignites when he feels adrenaline. He was a bounty hunter at least until he met Eteru.
