A DC comics fan announcement

So it might not seem so obvious to you guys now, but I'm a huge fan of the Teen Titans, especially the animated series, and especially Raven. I can relate to her truly. Since she was 15 years old by the end of the animated series, I'm the same age as her now. I'm practically a walking Wikipedia about Raven. She's my favorite character of all characters.

Teen Titans Go may not be everyone's favorite, how should I say it?... Cartoon? I don't watch it, mostly because I don't have cable, but Teen Titans Go has actually done things that the animated series didn't. Like including characters outside the Teen Titans franchise, like the Justice League and Batman's enemies. It's aired longer than the animated series did, and still going! They even had a week's worth of episodes making references to the show Gilligan's Island! Do you even realize how astronomical that is for a cartoon to make a reference to a show that started in black and white is, let alone a week's worth of episodes based off of it, and let alone me actually knowing that show!?

(Clears throat) Sorry, I rambled a little there. That's not what I want to talk about. Ok, I am ready now.

I recently found out something related to Teen Titans that I just want to get out there. I'm not sure if it's true entirely, but I somehow haven't been able to tell someone. I would've told my uncle, but before I could tell him over the phone I had to get dressed to go to a friend's house. I would've told this to my senior friend at school, who is also into Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go, but she wasn't at school the last few days. I kinda want to tell my parents, but my daddy would probably forget within a hour and my mom probably couldn't care less about anything I'm interested in, no matter how much she seems surprised about things I'm into. Call me lonely and depressed, but that's how things are for me. So I might as well tell whoever reads this.

Ok, here it is. I was on Wikipedia a few days ago doing some research on, who else, Raven. I'm in the television part or whatever it's called, when I read something about a live-action Titans series, and my cousin's son told me a week earlier he thought he saw a trailer for something like that but he couldn't find it when he tried to show it to me. Anyway, I clicked on the link, and it takes me to a another Wikipedia article. From what I read, there apparently has been a live-action television adaptation of Teen Titans in the works since 2014 originally, but that was scraped. Until about a year or two ago when DC comics, having known about this attempt, gets someone else to be in charge of the project. So far, they've already released information regarding who's being cast as who, along with some info on who else is supposedly in it. I didn't find anything directly saying Cyborg was in this, so maybe the show takes place after the Justice League movie, either that or their waiting until later to get Cyborg involved in the show. I also noticed that the article said that the show, supposed to be called Titans, will first air on some unknown DC comics internet service or something like that. Now what really got me excited was that the first season of Titans was in the works in Orlando, I think it was, and that it would be released on May 11, 2018. THIS YEAR. That's the part I'm not sure about, but other than that(cover your reading ears)...

OH MY GOD TEEN TITANS IS GETTING A LIVE-ACTION TV SHOW YES!!!NO LONGER DO US FANS HAVE TO WATCH TEEN TITANS GO OR RERUNS OF THE ANIMATED SERIES!!!

(Hours later)

Sorry, I warned you guys I was a fan. Like, really a fan of Teen Titans. I've literally been wondering lately ,"when is DC comics going to put the Teen Titans in a live-action film like they did Justice League?" Then I stumbled upon this, the best thing since the animated series, and I have no one to tell it to. So I got desperate and confided in you nerds.

Have you heard anything about this TV adaptation of Teen Titans? Do you think it's true? Are you excited if it is true? I'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback on the topic. And hey, who's your favorite titan? Mine's Raven, as I already mentioned. Maybe you guys can find out more about this, ah? Seriously, I can't wait to see Raven as a actual person and not some cartoon or drawing. Don't get me wrong, the animated series version of Raven is my favorite version, I grew up with it, but wow, a actual physical person version of Raven though. Comment, vote, and follow me if I actually interest you, and feel free to check out my other books. I have a trivia book, and Raven is one of the characters that I talk about.
