The Light of an Everchanging Nexomon
Lumimin
"A will o wisp blob coloured pale yellow that floats with a fiery gas emulating a comet around it. The gas is harmless when it is around humans, but in battle it becomes a blue flame that sings of death. A single eye with a orange-red iris can be seen at its center. (Also very fun to squish.)"
While many tales tell of the stories of ghostly fire, in the Nexomon world people tell of a forgotten type, the Light type, saying that there used to be ten instead of nine types. This little blob is connected to the vast array of verses out there, including the Netherworld, and it is said that these realms empower Lumimin. However, following the destruction of these realms, the type died out, forgotten to history. Now it makes its triumphant return as the souls of the dead return to life in a different manner. Lumimin are shy but extremely mischievous, always playing pranks on kids. They are harmless and never cause serious damage, but one must wonder if it has more in store for them, especially as some have noted that the blob almost seems like a cocoon....
Omninence : A Physical move where Lumimin lights up the sky and blinds the opponent to its various attacks.
Fatuus Flame : A Special move where Lumimin blasts ghostly fireballs at the opponent, whose trajectory is near impossible to see. It NEVER misses.
Friar's Hessdalen : A status move where Lumimin gains more Speed and Defense by tapping into energy from the Netherworld.
Ignis Irrlicht : A Physical move where Lumimin blasts its opponents by manipulating the light around it and centering it from above. 50% chance of hitting.
Lumifeiry
"Iridescent wings that shimmer and fade in and out with a glowing aether symbol on its back. An orange-yellow blob with a humanoid shape, the eyes now fully red, hair is grey. Pale skin similar to pre-evo form and blue chiton over body."
When Lumimin has synced up with the power of the worlds, it is able to evolve into Lumifeiry, a fairy humanoid with endless energy, always bounding around the place and getting into trouble. Still, trainers need to be careful with this starter, for no one may know what it truly wants. In this new form, the power of the realms allow it to tap into various new abilities, some of which may hint at a darker final evolution....
Min Min Dance : A Status Move where the spirits dance around Lumifeiry and boost Special stats while acting as shields from Special attacks. It cannot be used consecutively as it is a draining spell.
Illume o Wisp : a Physical Fire move that heals the Nexomon with ⅓ of their overal stamina while dealing damage only if they are the first one to strike in battle by encoating itself with the soul flames and striking the opponent.
Naga Lanterns : a Special move where the balls of light are kept in lanterns and set free into the sky, with a 60% chance of getting hit by the wax, which is said to guarantee a quick death/KO
Jack Goes the Candle : a Special attack where a lantern floats over to the opponent and shows them their worst fear, lowering both Defenses by 90% before striking them so hard and fast they're KOed in seconds. 30% chance of hitting.
Faeminous
"A changeling-like humanoid Nexomon, white hair in a bun, light blue eyes with the aether symbol having been integrated into the hair bun. The eyes have become light red, a dark blue chiton covering its body while it wields a scepter with a lava lamp at the hilt and a candle connected to the upper end."
When Lumifeiry has finally expended all the excess energy inside it, allowing it to shed its chrysalis, the slime falls away and reveals its final form; a changeling that takes the place of an actual Nexomon on one's team. A close bond with this Nexomon is crucial during its growth into Faeminous to allow it to have a kinder heart, as Faeminous are said to be the cause behind various missing cases all over the region, perhaps leading them into the Netherworld as it can now travel freely across dimensions. One must NEVER believe the words of a Faeminous one barely knows, as it will then make YOU disappear instead.
Izanagi's Matsuri : A Special move where the Nexomon dances and mesmerises the opponent enough to suck them into the Netherworld, dealing massive damage to them in the process.
Luminiferous Changeling : A Status move where the Nexomon builds up light within itself, increasing its HP and Attack stats.
Hinkypunk Ether : A Physical move where the Nexomon summons a parade of Hitodama to swarm the enemy and KO them. 80% chance of hitting.
Dokkaelin : A Status move where the Nexomon looks more like a changeling or goblin, allowing the Nexomon to always strike first.
