I was at my wit's end... But also I liked the concept of branching.

I was told that this sword was created by emulating a lightning bolt; how it streaks across the sky above, branching out into smaller ones as it nears the ground. And honestly I enjoy this sword too. (Beumarrang is giving me the look again-). But it's not for a dumb reason! I genuinely just enjoy the practicality!

Still, the blade was very interesting to me. Why did it stretch out like this? I endeavoured myself to research all about it. 

This led me to learn that it had been formed FROM a thunderstorm. The main blade had been struck by lightning, and by sheer magic it gained the ability to grow out mini versions of it. If it breaks off it will grow and grow. Thankfully the cut off parts don't grow. Otherwise we would have a disaster, you know?

This ancient weapon can act as offense and defense, really. And when I'm fighting using this and Beumarrang, it usually feels like I'm in medieval times. Yes, I know that's stupid.

Still, it brings a chuckle to my lips every time.
