And now, for today's!

The first of all Snugglemagnes, King Snugglemagne the 1st was a humble spirit whose pure heart caught the Ruby Pure Heart's attention. He was known to be self-sacrificial, always going into battles for his loved ones and knowing the price he would have to pay if he lost, and yet he always came out on top.

When he was chosen to be the king of the valley after the Sweetypies established their village, not many of them wanted to believe it. So, they sent him on a precarious journey to find and destroy a cursed sword that would raise the dead every 20 years. With him was his trusted stained glass necklace, forged by his parents as a sign of good luck and fortune.

Now, when he reached a graveyard, where the sword lay on a table, he was immediately attacked by the dead. However, he kept fighting back, slaying again and again until he reached the sword. But the sword was not about to go down! No sirree! As a final resort, it swung and rushed to strike at the unsuspecting future king-

However, what shielded it away from getting through was none other than the stained glass necklace. The stained glass had been reinforced not only by his parents, but also the Ruby Pure Heart. And not only did it do that.... But, to the fascination of the young lion, he saw the stained glass necklace and the sword.... Fuse into what became known as Puro Gladius.

When he returned home, Snugglemagne was crowned king, having earned the respect of his peers and also a new sceptre. And it is said that before the barrier was set, the first king used this sword in many battles, coming out victorious all the time until he died of old age. It is because of this that the Snugglemagnes after him believed in the power of the Ruby Pure Heart. However, the sceptre became lost following his death as a power struggle between his five sons led to it being lost...

I have been travelling for many years, yet only now have I found this amazing weapon. Only those of the Snugglemagnes can wield it, and they must be considered worthy of the great Gladius' power beforehand. When they are, the sceptre will reveal its true form to the user. Perhaps one day, the current king will be considered worthy, and unlock the dual sword-shield form it has only when the wielder is of pure heart. Quite the irony, really.
