Ink's pov

He... he loves me back... I can feel my eyesockets well up with tears.

"Error... I... I love you too...!"

My eyes leak, and so do his. I sniffle, and a dorky grin spreads across my face.

"thAnK yOu fOr eVErYthInG iNk."

He says, his voice a gentle whisper.

"My pleasure Error."

We slowly lean in. I feel my face gently connect with his. This feels so... right. He needs to go on his tip toes to kiss me. Cute. I snake my arm around his back, and he places his hands on my cheekbones, deepening the kiss. I close my eyes. I put my other hand behind his skull. This is my first kiss and I can't say it went to waste. Because I'm having it with Error. We both changed each other's lives for the better. We eventually separate. His eyelights are in the shape of hearts. His eyes are so beautiful.

"sO uHh... dOEs tHiS mEaN tHat I aSk yOu iF yOu wAnT tO uHhh... bE mY... oH wHaT wAs tHat wOrD aGain...?"

"Boyfriend?"

I smirk at him, to which he blushes and puffs out his cheeks angrily.

"sHusH, I wOUld'vE gOtTen iT!"

"Are you suuuuuree??"

I say, and poke his cheeks. He huffs, and pushes my fingers away.

"yEs yOu sQuID! bUt aNywAy, dO yOu wAnT tO bE mY bOyFrIeNd?"

He looks at me with hope in his eyes.

"I do."

Stars appeared in his eyes. Before, he could barely keep them in his eyes for 3 seconds. But this time, they stayed. He's getting a lot better. I'm glad. Error smiled and jumped into my arms, nuzzling his face against me.

"I SHIP IIIIITTTT!!"

Error and I both jolt at a certain pineapple- obsessed skeleton's voice. As of recently I have become very concerned for his mental health.

"hE's sCaRy..."

Error looks visibly disturbed. Dream is hanging out of a window, holding up his damn phone. Wait- is that a pineapple sticking out of his eye?

"Don't tell me he was videotaping the entire thing..."

I say, not expecting Dream to hear.

"I SAW EVERYTHING. I AM ALWAYS WATCHING YOU TWO."

Dream says, his eyelights tiny pinpricks and a wide grin spread across his face. I shiver. I have been dealing with this for several years now.

"dO yOu kNoW wHaT tImE iT iS?"

Error says to me.

"No. What time is it?"

"iT's tImE tO tAKe oUT tHe trAsH. oPeN uP a pOrTaL tO a rAnDoM aU."

Error says, his voice full of authority. I obey him and make a completely random portal. Error pulls strings from his eyes and captures Dream in them. He then yeets Dream through the portal.

"SCREEEEEEEEE-"

I shut the portal. Eh. I'll get him later. I wonder which AU he went to.

"So, do you wanna go inside now?"

"yeaH, sUrE!"

He smiles and begins walking.

"Nuh-uh!"

He stops. He gives me a puzzled look. I scoop him up into my arms and take him inside.

"i cAn wAlK bY mY-"

"Hush. I enjoy carrying you."

His face turns slightly yellow.

"hMpH... sQuId."

"Awwwww, is someone mad~?"

He gives me the most adorable glare.

"Awww, you're so cute~!"

I set him down on the couch and go shut the door, then sit beside him.

"i'M nOt cUtE!"

"Are you suuuuure about thaaaaat?"

I smirk at him.

"yEs. I aM aBsOlUteLy pOsItIvE."

"If you say so, my tiny little bean~!"

I pull him closer to me and he cuddles into me. I wrap an arm around him. We've come so far. But... we still have the rest of the multiverse to worry about. Let's hope this all turns out.
