CHAPTER 13

3rd person pov

"Error...?"

Ink looks up at Error, who sits in Destiny's hand. He recognizes the voice and flinches in fear. Error signs cloud his vision.

"n-nO..."

Ink feels another pang of guilt, and so do the other Sanses. Then, Destiny decides to speak.

"Ink, Classic, Alter, Ninja and Dream. You have hurt my child very much. You were horrible and cruel, merciless and brutal towards him."

They were scared. This glowing being was so much bigger than them. But they swallowed their fear; determination flowing through their bones, causing a red hue to flow from their bracelets. They wanted to make all this right. They were filled with determination.
Ink broke the heavy silence that seemed to cloud the air; the silence was suffocating the Sanses and looming over their heads.

"What I- no."

Ink took a deep breath then exhaled before continuing.

"What all of us have done is worse than how you described it. We have realized our mistakes, and we swear that we want to make this right. I know that Error may never forgive us, because the actions we chose are unforgivable. But... we are Sanses. We fix our mistakes. We are aware of everything. And we are aware that what we did is horrible. So please... let us fix this. We want to help Error. But we can only help Error if you let us have him. So please...! Let us fix all this. We promise to NEVER hurt Error again."

Ink looked up at Destiny before sighing. He walked up to Destiny and looked up at Error, who was clinging to Destiny's thumb, and who's eyes were clouded over with Error signs. His arms and legs were wrapped around Destiny's thumb, like he was hugging it. He looked slightly panicked, angry, but most of all: Incredibly sad.

"Error."

Error flinched. He unwrapped himself from Destiny's thumb. He curled himself up into a ball. This made Ink's chest ache, knowing it was his fault that Error was like this. Ink knew that it was pathetic and wouldn't change anything, but he decided to apologize anyway.

"I'm... so, so, sorry... Error..."

Ink looked up at Error. Error's small, fragile frame started to shake a little. This made Ink feel even worse. The other Sanses walked towards Ink and stood beside him, and looked up at the destroyer. He looked so broken. It made their chests hurt. They broke him. Destiny sighed. She looked at Error, then looked at them. She patted Error's head with her index finger. Then, out of seemingly nowhere, A pair of even larger hands grabbed Destiny and she disappeared, and Error fell out of her hands and landed on the ground with a thud. All six of the Sanses including Error were shocked at what just happened. Where did the glowing figure go? Whose hands were those? But Error knew whose hands those were.

"fAtE..."

The other five Sanses looked at him. He noticed this and winced, stepping back from them a bit. They looked sympathetic.

"dOn'T lOok aT mE lIkE tHaT...!"

Ink took a step forward. Error looked even more panicked.

"š-śT㟠bÃčK!"

Error started to glitch violently. Tears threatened to pour out of Error's eyes. Ink slowly walked towards him, while Error walked backwards, trying to get away from Ink.

"Error... we're not gonna hurt you anymore!"

"ÃŃd wHÿ šHøŪłD Ì bĒłìĒvĒ ÿØū¿! ÃłŁ ÿØū'vË éVėr DøŃÈ īŠ hÚrT mĒ!"

His glitching got worse. Ink stopped walking towards him. His glitching still didn't calm down. Ink and the others never saw him glitch so badly except for when every Sans in the multiverse beat him up; attempting to kill him. It made Inks chest clench in guilt.

"łØõK âT wHåT ÿØü dĮd tØ mĒ. Ì wÅś hÃpPÿ īŃ mŸ ōWń ÃŪ bĒfŌrË ÿØù tÓpPłËd tHĒ bĀłÄńĆē ãŃd Ì ŁØŠT ËVĒRŸTHĪŃG!!"

Error had a crazed expression on his face. He was going insane all over again. The other Sanses had a bad feeling. They swallowed that feeling, though.

"That's why I want to fix this, Error! Please, let us help you..."

"ÂHÂHÃHÂHÅHĀHÄHÂHÃHÆHÂHÃHĀHÄ!¡ ÿØù rĒåŁłŸ tHįńK Ì ńĒêD ÿØùR hËłP?! ÄFTĒR ÊVÉRŸTHĪŃG ŸØÙ HÂVË DØŃË TÓ MÊ ŸØÙ THĮŃK Į WĪŁŁ FØRGĮVÊ ŸŌÙ?!"

Ink sighed sadly and walked up to Error, ignoring the static, whimpers and glitches coming from Error. Soon, Ink had backed Error up into the wall. Error tried desperately to use his magic, but couldn't since he was in the third layer for a while and he lost his stats. Ink was right in front of Error. Ink was taller than Error, because Error never really ate so he was very malnourished. Ink seemed to tower over Error, scaring Error out of his mind. Then, Ink did the most unexpected thing. He pulled Error into a hug, lightly pushing Error's head into his chest and holding Error's waist. Error didn't know how to process this. His body went limp, and he crashed. Ink had no clue what had happened, but he decided to just go with it. He picked Error up, and walked over to the other Sanses. They looked at Error's limp form and the reboot metre above his head, each Sans saddened incredibly. Alter decided to break the silence that loomed over their heads.

"Poor thing... I really hope that we can help him now."

Dream responded.

"I think that we should be able to. We've caused him a lot of pain."

Classic responded.

"Yeah. We can at least help get rid of all the scars and wounds we caused him, right?"

Ninja spoke for once.

"Don't forget about all the mental pain we've caused him."

The Sanses were kinda shocked. He spoke. But... that's not important right now. How would they fix the mental damage? Little did they know, Destiny returned and was listening to everything they said. She forgave them and was now willing to give them a second chance. She decided to float down to them and sat on her knees in front of them. They were a little scared.

"I don't think I properly introduced myself. My name is Destiny. I have been watching over all of you for centuries. You're probably wondering where I went when those hands grabbed me... so uhhh, Fate needed help with her laundry so she made me do it. Selfish jerk. Anyways, I decided to put a substance that causes a constant itch when wearing the clothing, because I hate my sister for messing Error up. I think I will plot her death later. Anyways... please, take good care of Error..."

The other Sanses nodded.

"May I hug him goodbye?"

Ink handed Error who was still rebooting to Destiny. Destiny hugged Error close and whispered "I love you." To Error. She then gave Error back to Ink, and she disappeared. They then climbed the ladder to the anti-void. Red helped take Error out of Inks' arms so Ink could climb the ladder. Once they were all out, they closed the void and answered the questions Red and Science asked.

"Why da hell was this glitchy jerk in da void?!"

Ink responded calmly.

"It's a long story. We'll explain everything later."

Then Science decided to ask a question.

"I saw faint glowing down there. What was that?"

Classic responded.

"We met a being named Destiny."

Before any more questions were asked, Ink made a portal to Medictale and ushered everyone through. Ink walked to the inside of the hospital, walked to the front desk and asked for someone to heal Error's wounds. It took a little convincing, but they placed Error on a stretcher, as his wounds were AWFUL and almost looked fatal, and they took him into the surgery room. After that, Ink sat in one of the waiting chairs. The other Sanses joined him. Now they just had to wait. They would stay here until Error woke up. They owed him everything for what they did, and they were willing to help Error.
