JJ's POV

"I've been thinking, when all this is over, and we're just rolling in the dough, I am gonna get a new board, I am gonna deck it out, and I am gonna go on a surf trip" I speaks

"I don't know where, but, like, the world is calling. I don't know. Name a place" I says "Spain" Kie sighs "then after Spain, South America or South Africa" I says

"You'll go to South Africa?" Kie asks "one of the South places" I says "you know, I also had those talks with Haley a lot" I adds

"What did she say?" She asks "uh, she wanna get a turtle and make him Kie" I says with a laugh "that's not..." Kie laughs "No, I know, I tried telling her but she said she'd get a big ass pool, a massive one and she'll take care of it and shit" I says

"You can't just adopt a turtle" she says "tell that to her!" I says "what will happen with you two?" She asks "I don't know, we talked last night, I think we're good" I says taking a pause "okay, that's a good start" she says

"She told me her mom wants to sign ber her into rehab and... at first she said she don't  want to go but she agreed for eventually" I says and

"How'd she agreed?" She asks "after talking with me, I guess I convinced her" I answers and she gives me a look "what?" I asks "nothing..." she smirks

"What?" I repeats with a nervous chuckle "no... it's just... you get to her, like in a way I or anyone else could never" I says

"But don't you think it's weird that she didn't want to get into rehab?" I asks "actually, I don't" I answers "how?" I asks "she's scared, JJ. I know how scared you are from this all of this, imagine how scared she is" I says

"But she keeps doing it, you're not keep doing something you're scared of" I says "she's not scared of the drugs, she's scared of the addiction, she's scared of the person she is while using. And it's not that easy as you think it is, she can't just stop it because she knows it's bad for her" I explains

"I guess you're right, I think I might have been a bit of a jerk towards her" I says "it's fine, it's hard to handle that. You just gotta be understanding, I learnt it the hard way" she says, I nods

"But she eventually listened to you isn't she?" She asks "yeah" I says "you convinced Haley, you know how stubborn she is, especially with the addiction, and you still convinced her to get into rehab" she adds

"She cares about you, you cares about her and you're going to be fine, she's going to get better and everything will be fine. I promise" she assures me

"I feel like she's avoiding me lately" I confess "why?" She asks "I don't know, she's just distance" I explains 

"Just give her some time" she says "but I just wanna hold her again, you know? Right now, I can't wait for her to get better" I says

"Hey. Hey. Open it" we hears Pope whispers and I takes the gate off and Pope comes in "you need any help?" Kie asks him "I am good" he answers

"I though Rafe got you guys for sure" Kie says "No. we're chill" Pope says as John B climbs in after Pope "okay, all right. Let's put the grate back on" Kie says as Haley gets halfway in

"No, wait. Hold on" Pope say as a girl appears after Haley gets in "Jesus Christ! I kill you, John B!" She says "who is this?" Kie asks

"Just relax. Just relax, okay? I told you I had surprises" John B says "who is she? What's going on? John B!" Kie asks

"Hey, hey. Kie. Relax, relax. Remember I told you about the girl we met in the Bahamas that saved us?" John B says "uh... Cleo, yeah?" Kie questions "Cleo" John B assures looking at Cleo

"She's gonna help us, alright?" John B adds "next time, ask me" Cleo says

"You seriously didn't grab nothing? one single gun?" I speaks "we tr... we tried okay? I got attacked" John B says

"This is why I should've gone with you" I says making Haley gasp "Haley saved my ass there, without her they would have caught me" John B says "thank you" Haley says

"Let me get this straight, you four, with not weapons, decided you were gonna hijack this tramp steamer on your own? Do you have any idea who these people are? Eberhimi, if he catch you, he's gonna kill you. Dead. Cut off your fingers" Cleo says

"Okay. What about waiting until we get to the port? At least then, if something goes wrong we have a place to run" Kie suggest "No, we can't do that" Pope says "why?" Kie asks

"Because I've run this scenario over thousand times in my head, and out best chances are on this ship. There's fifteen crew members and five of us" Pope says "exacly" Kie says

"Three-to-one odds. This is the best it'll get. We wait till we get there, they'll trap us" Pope adds "we have no chances" Kie says "No, Kie, there's something else" John B says

"Ward's alive" John B takes a break before continuing "He's alive, and he's on this boat" he adds "what?" Kie asks "nah for real guys, I swear to god I though I was tripping when I saw him" Haley says

"You gotta be kidding me" I says "are you serious?" Pope asks "it was all a set up, blowing up the boat, the confession to Shoupe. Think about it. That was to clear Rafe's name" John B says

"And he does what? Goes to the druthers, and what's on the druthers?" John B questions "scuba" Kie replies "bingo" John B says

"Wait, wait, wait, wait. does that mean my dad could also have faked his death?" Haley asks looking at us "I mean he could easily just lie and say he killed himself" she adds

"We can't know that, but don't get your hopes up" Kie adds "but your dad killed himself before they even got Ward, it was before even John B got arrested, it doesn't make any sense" I says

"Maybe he was just scared to get caught, you can't know that" she says "you're right, I can't. but like Kie said, don't get you're hops up" I says

"So Ward's alive, huh? And he has the gold, and the cross, and Sarah" I adds "thanks for rubbing that in" Kie says

"So he's just gonna get away with everything again, huh? Not happening. We're not watching this movie again. Right, Pope? You said we need to win" I says

"And with her, we're going to the bridge, and we're gonna take it right now" I points on Cleo "you with me?" I looks at Pope again "I am with you, and I wanna be the one to take that bridge" Pope says

"That's what I am talking about" I says "he's gonna take the bridge?" Cleo chuckles "yeah" I answers "he couldn't even take me" she adds

"Okay first of all, I was going easy on you" Pope gets defensive "seriously? I went easy on you" Cleo says "shut up" John B says as Kie shush Pope "she didn't eve-" Pope says

"Relax. All of you" John B cuts Pope off "if you're really with us, if we use that knife, we can go up the bridge, hold it up against the captain's neck, then we go on the intercom and make him tell the rest of the crew to meet up in the forward hull" I starts

"Once they're in the same place, bam! We lock them in there, and we take back what's ours" I adds "I like it. It could work" Pope agrees "are you with us, then?" I asks Cleo "No. this is stupid" Cleo says

"It's JJ's idea, of course it's stupid. But maybe this could actually work this time" Haley shrugs before we hears man shouting from outside "let's open these things up!"

"They're checking the containers" Kie whispers "uh-oh" Pope says as Cleo removes the grate "wait. No. Cleo" Pope says "what are you doing?" Kie asks and Cleo shush her

"Macias!" Cleo says after she rolls out "she's gonna tell them. Shit!" Pope says "hold up!" Cleo yells from outside 

"This one is clear sir" we hears her says and we all takes a deep breath "are you sure?" A man asks her "went through it inch by inch, nothing but tubing and plastic in there" she says

"I love her already" Haley says "Okay, she's on our side. That's good" Pope says "okay, Pope. You're up. We'll wait for you signal, okay?" I says before Pope rolls out

"Repeat, all hands and all passengers report to the tween forward hull immediately" we hears the speaker says from outside "they took the bridge" John B says

"That's our boy" I says "once they're all in the hull, Kie and I will lock them inside" I says "me and Haley will find Sarah and get the lifeboat" John B says

"We'll meet you, load the cross and get outta here" Kie says "wait, Haley you sure you don't want to go with us?" I asks "I'll be fine" she says

"Yeah, okay. Let's roll" I says before I climbs out of the container, Haley, John B and Kie climbs after me

Haley's POV

Should we split up?" I asks as we starts running looking for Sarah "No, JJ would never forgive me if something will happen to you" he says and I roll my eyes

"Sarah!" I yells "Sarah!" John B yells as well "Sarah! Sarah! Open up!" He says as he tries a locked door "Sarah!" He grunts

"We'll find her, don't worry" I says "Sarah!" He keeps yelling as he tries another doors, aggressively"come on, she's not there" I says

"If you're not here to help me, don't disturb" he says "you're being mean so calm the hell down" I says "I'll calm down when I'll find Sarah" he keeps trying another doors aggressively

"John B, you are freaking out" I says "of course I am, where the hell is she?" He says "listen, we should split up. It would be easier to find her" I says

"What about Rafe?" He asks "Rafe is locked up by now" I says and he nods "okay, okay" he nods "I'll meet up with you later" I says before running off

"Sarah!" I yells as I steps downstairs, I walks slowly and looks around before a gaff hook pops up in front of me followed by Rafe's head making me jump "Rafe" I gasps

"Watch your head Haley" he says "what the hell are you doing here?" He adds "just put that thing down, all right?" I says

"Why would I do that, huh?" He asks "maybe you wanna take a day off of being a psycho?" I mumbles "exuce me?" He asks

"it's not about you, okay?" I says  "it's not about me?" He asks "No, this is about Sarah, okay?"

"I don't know... I think it is" he shakes his head before I runs, he chases me and catches up, he hits me in the leg with the gaff hook and I falls

"Same old shit" he says "you don't have to do this" I says "Pogues stealing from us. You know... I can't. I am not gonna let that happen" he says

"Rafe, please don't do this" I begs "I am not going to kill you, Haley" he says before he walks away, I hear the door gets shut "wait" I stands up

"No, Rafe! You can't do this! I need to be with my friends! No!" I yells as u bangs on the door "I am not going to help you steal the cross from me" he says, I hears him walks away

"No, no, no, no!" I starts to freak out as I bangs on the door again "please" I says with tears as I sits down, starting to sob

After a while I hears the door opens up and I quickly stands up "Come on" Rafe appears as he grabs me and ties my hands with his hand, the other hand is holding a gun

"No, no, no, no. What's happening?" I asks as he leads me upstairs "you have to understand me, I am sorry Haley, I do. I have to do this" he says as we walks and gets into the top of the boat

"What's going on?" I asks again as I sees a safe boat and I spots the Pogues in it, they spots me too and we makes an eye contact.

I smiles at the thought they got away, before I remember I am not with them.

Rafe holds a gun to my head making me gasp "if you'll bring Sarah I'll let Haley go!" He screams and I sees them looking at each other

I also spots JJ is lying there, passed out, making me worried

"Don't do this!" I yells before he puts his hand on my mouth "dad needs you here Sarah!" Rafe screams but they keep driving, I am not mad, just sad

He pulls of the gun out of me and he points it at them, I kicks him, knocking him down

Meanwhile the Pogues got out of our sight, they made it, they're safe.

"Fuck!" Rafe screams as I watches the ocean, knowing the Pogues is somewhere there. I smiles as tears running down my cheeks

I don't know if these are happy or sad tears but the important thing is that they got away.

"They left you" Rafe says, pulling me back to reality and realises I am stuck here, with the Camerons "just do it already" I says as I faces him

"Do what?" He asks "kill me. You got the cross, the Pogues got away, I am the only problem you have left" I says

"I am not a murderer" he says "but you are though, if you murder someone, that makes you a murderer" I says

"Okay shut up" he says as he walks me to the inside of the boat and puts me in a room. I looks at him, confused

"I am not going to kill you, but Eberhimi would love the chance to. This was supposed to be Sarah's room so no one will look for you here, I'll just tell them you got away with the Pogues"

"What? Why would you do that?" I asks "I just wanna help you" he says "there's no way in hell you're helping me, what's actually going on?" I asks "Haley, I don't want you dead, alright?" He says

"I- I don't trust you. This is a trap" I says "okay well, I am sorry to tell you this but I am your only choice" he says

"I should have been with my friends right now" I says "I needed to get Sarah home" he says "so you kidnapped me?" I says

"I know, I am sorry, I am sorry for a lot of things" he says "you switch up fast" I rolls my eyes

"I never wanted to hurt you, but you always stepped in my way" he says "right, and you destroy everyone who steps in your way, because that's just who you are" I says

"I know I hurt you Haley" he says "you're right, I was hurt. But then I realised it's just who you are, you know, at some point I just stopped expecting you to be a good person so that way I wouldn't get hurt" I says

"I know you got into drugs, and I know it's my fault" he says "I am not going to sit here listening to you apologise after everything you did to me, apology is not even a start" I says

"I know you would never forgive me, about anything, but the drugs have changed me, Haley. I don't want this to happen to you" he says "fuck you" I says

"I deserve it" he says "I wanna go home" I says "I know, I booked a flight to you from the Bahamas to the Outer Banks" he says

"Rafe" I says as he was about to walks away "I know Ward is alive" I says "don't say anything" he says "it's not what I am trying to say... I just wanna know if my dad is alive too" I asks

"I am sorry Haley, he didn't fake it" he answers "yep, yeah it was stupid for me to think that" I nods "I am sorry" he says before he walks away

JJ's POV

"There you go, yeah, yeah, caught it out." I hear John B says as I open my eyes and starts coughing as we were on a boat

"Hey, buddy. There you go" Pope says as I keeps coughing "welcome to the land of the living, dude" Pope says

"What the hell happened?" I asks, can't remember what happened "the blent end of a machete" Kie answers

"A machete?" I asks "the blent end" she repeats "wait" I sits up in panic as I looks around "guys, where the fuck is Haley? W... where is she?" I asks

"I am sorry, we had to leave" Pope says "where is she?" I repeats "she staid on the boat" John B says

"What the fuck?" I asks "we had no choice" Kie says "I don't understand, how did you let that happen?" I says "Rafe got her. I am sorry, but I am sure she's okay" John B says

"Okay? Cleo said they would kill us if they would catch us! They caught her! Fucking Rafe and Ward is there!" I yells "we get it JJ, we had nothing to do" Kie says

"She's probably dead by now, don't you get it?" I says "maybe there is another safe boat?" Pope asks

"There isn't" I shakes my head "Rafe is there!" I adds "we'd find a way back to her" Kie says

"A way back to her? It's too late" I says with tears before Kie hugs me but I pushes her away "let's just be fine with the fact that at least you're alive right now" Pope says

"She should've been here with us, safe" I shakes my head "she deserved to have a fucking happy ending" I says

I didn't even got the chance to tell her that I love her for the last time

I have been feeling this past few days like she is avoiding me and now I don't know if I'll ever see her again to tell her how I feel

The talk we had yesterday on the boat made me feel like I am getting her back, just to lose her now.

I don't want her to die thinking I am mad at her for doing drugs instead of helping and understanding her

Shit, I just don't want her to die. She was so close to death a lot of times and she deserved to just be happy and in peace with us

A/n: I am so sorry for ending the season like that, it was so seriously painful to write this chapter and not to end it with the Pogues

It was honestly a torture, I was about to rewrite it so many times and get Haley an happy ending with the Pogues on the island, but I just has some other ideas

I promise to get Haley an happy ending, but because I am an awful person the next few chapters will be a living hell for me to write
