"Is it here?" I asks as we gets off the cab and stands in front of a palace "that's what the address says" Rafe says

We have to go through a lot of guards, Rafe introduces us and they let us pass

"This place kinda scares me, why there are so many guards?" I whispers "I don't know, just don't look like you're scared" he says as we enters the house

"Where is he?" I asks as the palace was empty "we're probably early" he says "So what do we do now? Wait?" I asks "yes, Haley. Just wait" he says "uh, excuse me?" A voice appears making me and Rafe turn around

"No way" I says "Haley?" Kie says, I runs towards her and hugs her "is everyone okay?" I asks "yeah, yeah. Everyone is fine" she nods

"I have so many questions" she says "me too" I says "oh my god" I says with watery eyes as I pulls her into another hug

"What is he doing here? I knew you and Ward were behing that. Did he kidnapped you?" She asks as she notices Rafe

"What?" I asks "what are you talking about? Are you trying to weasel into my deal right now? Is that what's going on?" Rafe asks

"I wondered if your little reunion would cause sparks, you know" a voice appears before someone turns around and face us

"Who are you?" Rafe asks "me? My name is Carlos Singh. It's a pleasure to meet you Ms. Camron, Mrs. Baker and Mrs. Carrera, I do apologise for the rough tactics in bringing you here" he says

"But please, come. Sit down" he adds and I share a concern look with Kie "what is he talking about?" I says looking at her "come now, I don't bite" he says and "I'll tell you about everything later" she whispers as we all follows him

"Is JJ okay? Last time I saw him he was unconscious" I whispers to Kie "he's completely fine" she says making me calm "Rough tactics? What about us?" Rafe speaks

"Yes, Mrs. Cameron, false pretenses. But the ends justify the means, I am afraid. Sit down. We have a lot to talk about" he says

"Why are we here?" Kie asks "well, we share certain interests, you know. Objectives" he answers "is this not about the cross?" Rafe asks

"It is. Tangentially, is is about the cross, but it's also about something much, much bigger than the cross by orders of mangnitude... the completion of a grand quest" he starts

"You see... the story goes that 450 years ago, a Spanish soldier came out of the Orinoco Basin with a few gold beads. And when they asked the Spanish soldier where the beads came from, the Spanish soldier replied he got them from a peaceful indigenous tribe who lived in a city of gold, El Dorado" he explains

"And for the next 450 years, people tried to find that gold, you know. They tried. Conquistador, knights, captains of ships, tribes, entire nations. All fighting others in a race for the end of the rainbow. Thousands of lives laid on the pyre of gold fever"

"And it falls to me, you know. It falls to me to complete the task. To bring full circle quest that has gone on for almost 500 years. Perhaps... perhaps the greatest quest in the history of the western hemisphere, you know"

"And you three..." he chuckles "you three are going to play a part in that" he says "yeah... no. I didn't sign up for this" I says "so why are you here?" He asks

"I though it was about the cross, I don't even know what you're saying" I says "but you are here because you knew there is something more, you are curious and you want it" he says

"what about you Mrs, Carrea. Are you interested in history?" He asks "I am more of a future perosn" Kie says before Rafe groans

"Yeah, I didn't listen to a word you said, okay? How much you gonna keep philosophising?" Rafe says "you are direct, aren't you, Mr, Cameron?" Mr. Singh says

"What do you need from me?" I asks "I've come to believe that you and your friends are in possession of something that can help me get what I want." He says "which is?" I questions

"An old manuscript. A diary, actually" he answers and I share a look with Kie

"I have no idea what you're talking about" Rafe says "this is ridiculous, we don't know anything about a diary" Kie says

"Rafe has the cross, we have nothing to do with this" I lies, trying to get out of this "Haley!" Rafe says

"But how else could you have learned that the cross was on the Royal Merchant?" Mr. Singh asks

"Look, I want to help you, but we can't" Kie says "I was hoping you wouldn't say that. You know. Because unfortunately, I don't believe you" he says

"You and your friends here couldn't have found the cross without it" he adds "Rafe is not our friend" Kie says

"We can't all be friends, you know" Mr. Singh says "look, this is ridiculous. Okay? I am out. I don't know anything about a diary" Rafe says standing up and walking backward before a guard stops him

"Do I look like a fool to you, Mr. Camron?" Mr. Singh asks "do I look like a fool to you?" He repeats and walks closer to Rafe

"You have the cross. They and their friends had the cross at one point. So one of you has the diary" he says

"And if you really don't know, then I suggest you conceive your friends to tell me. Once I have the diary... you'll be free to leave" he says

"You can't keep us in here, we don't have what you want" I says "there's no need to lie Mrs. Baker" he says

"Enjoy your grounds during your stay. I must warn you though, I am not a man of infinite patience. You have one day" he says as he leads as to a room

"Go to the window for a little demonstration. I'll think you'll enjoy it, you know" he says tapping Rafe's shoulder before he walks out of the room and a man closes the door

"Hey! You're just done talking?" Rafe says banging on the door as we hear the door gets locked "it's locked" Kie says walking towards the window, me and Rafe follows her

"Get off me, man! I didn't do nothing, man!" We hear someone says from outside "who the hell is that guy?" Rafe questions as we sees guards taking someone

"I know him. It's Jimmy Portis. He was trying to help me" Kie says as we sees Mr. Singh following him with a gun and sharing a look with us

"Whoa, whoa, whoa" Rafe says before we hears a gun shot making all of us gasp and paint "oh god" I says "this diary, hey, no bullshit. Don't bullshit me, okay? Do you have it?" He says looking at both of us

"Haley? Kie?" He asks "No" Kie says "you said I have nothing to worry about, that we're safe" I looks at Rafe

"You think I knew what's going to happen?" He asks "I am here because of you!" I says "I didn't knew that would happen okay? I am sorry" he says

"Oh my god" I sits down in the bed "I am gonna die" I adds "you're not gonna die, Haley" Kie sits next to me

"No, I am. You saw Mr. Singh? He smiled before he killed that dude" I says "how many times we have dealt those type of guy? Remember the guys that were trying to shoot us and broke into John B?" She asks

"And Mrs. Crain" I adds "she almost cut your leg off, you remember that?" She laughs "I was scared as shit" I laughs as well

"I missed you, Hales" she put her head on my shoulder "me too" I holds her arm

"How did you survived all that time?" I asks "we got into a small island, JJ taught me how to hunt" she says

"I would die to be with them right now" I says "they're on the island" she says "what? How?" I asks "yeah, Singh got a man to bring us all here, they tricked us. We realises something is wrong and everyone got away except me" she says

"This is what he meant by rough tactics" I realises "yeah, he's really dangerous" Kie says "so maybe we should give him this diary and get the hell out of here" Rafe says

"We already told you, we don't know anything about it" I lies "yeah, right" he says unconvinced

"How the hell did you survived?" She asks "Rafe helped me" I says "seriously?" She asks

"Hey, don't act so surprised" Rafe speaks "how couldn't I?" Kie says, making me laugh "I am happy this is entertaining for you" Rafe says

I wakes up by the noise of Kie banging on the window "what are you doing?" Rafe asks "hey, you! I need to talk to Mr. Singh" Kie says to a guard

"Shut up. Shut up. Shut up. What the hell are you doing?" Rafe asks "like I owe you an explanation" Kie says

"Guys what's going on?" I says "think for a second. Kie what are you doing?" Rafe asks "Where are you going?" I asks

"Hello?" She says banging on the door "Hey! What are you doing?" Rafe asks "don't talk to me!" Kie yells at Rafe

"Kie, calm down" I says "you're lying about the diary thing. You know where it is" he says looking at Kie "no, I don't" she says

"You don't? Okay" Rafe says "you wish" Kie says "okay, listen. I wouldn't tell me either, but he's never gonna believe we don't know something, all right" Rafe says as Kie walks to the window again

"Kie, what is your plan?" I asks as she keeps banging on the window "Singh killed that-" Rafe says "Hey!" She yells as he gets closer to her

"Look around, Kie. Haley and I are the only friend you got" he says "Haley is the only friend I got, you can go to hell" she says before a guard opens the door and Kie walks towards him

"I need to talk to Mr. Singh. I have something to tell him. It's urgent" she says "yes" the guard says before he takes her with him "shit!" Rafe says

"What is she up to? What are you not telling me?" He asks "I have no idea what is her plan, she didn't tell me anything" I says

"But you know about the diary?" He asks "I don't" I lies "I am not the enemy. Okay? We need each other to get out of here. We are in this together. At least be honest" he says

"Oh, be honest, yeah. I just forgot you're the best of being honest" I says "are you seriously pulling that on me right now?" He asks

"Haley she won't talk to me, I need at least you on my side. Don't you want to get out of here and see your friends?" he says

"You don't get to do this shit, you're the reason I am not with them right now! If you wouldn't steal the fucking cross none of us will be here!" I says

"Is this about the cross?" He asks "this is about you being an asshole your whole life and then asking from me to be on your side" I says before the door opens "what happened?" Rafe asks as Kie sits on the bed

"You're gonna have to talk to me, at some point" Rafe says "do I have to remind you do everything you've done?" Kie says

"You killed Peterkin. Do you remember that? And everything you've put Haley through" she says "Peterkin... I was protecting my father, okay?" he says

"Your father? who is also a murderer" I says "I did what I had to, so... don't" he sits down "I am as much as victim as she is" he adds, me and Kie give him a glare

"No? Think about it. What did I get from shooting Peterkin, huh? Nothing. Okay?" He says "that's exactly the problem, you got nothing. No consequences." I says

"I had nothing against you. I... I liked you, even loved you. You think I wanted to make that choice, huh? What I did was a gift from me to my father for... for him, and I got screwed because of it, okay? So don't get that look when I say I am a victim all right? I am!" Rafe says

"I will admit, though, what I... what I did to you, Haley.... What I tried to do, um... what I tried to do to you, I admit that was wrong. I know that. All right? So you don't have to remind me" he sobs

"You were my girlfriend, I should have never touched you, you know. I should've never touched you, I just lose control in moments like that, and I don't know what happened. I am trying.... I am trying to get better, you could understand that" he says

"We are not the same" I says "I know, that's not what I am trying to say" he says

"It doesn't matter. All I am saying is just that I am not the bad guy you think I am, okay? But even if I was, even if I was bad Rafe Cameron or something... you got no choice. You may... you may not want to trust me, okay, but I am your best bet" he says and I looks at Kie

"I got a boat, that can get us off island, okay? But first, we gotta get out of here, and it is better if we all work together" he says before we hears noises from outside

"They're leaving?" Rafe asks as we sees the guards getting into a truck "they're going to find John B... and your sister" Kie says

"What's going on?" I asks "sucks for them... that's good for us though. This may be our only shit at getting out of here" Rafe says

"But we need a plan with the Pogues being okay, Kie, I need to see everyone" I says "you'll see them" she says

"What about John B and Sarah?" I asks "they'll be okay, let's get out of here first and then make sure the rest of them are fine" she says and I nods

"We need a plan" Rafe speaks "no shit" I says "I think I got one" Kie says

Kie hid in a hot tub in the bathroom and made it look like Rafe killed her while me and Rafe were hiding behing the bathrooms door

"Hey, you three. What you doing?" The guard man asks before he enters the room. As soon as he got to the bathroom me and Rafe jump the guard and knocks him down before we all rans away

"Don't move!" Kie says pointing at him a gun she took from him "huge mistake, you'll regret this" the guard man says

"Hey, give me the phone" Rafe says taking his phone from him "don't move" Rafe says as he ties him up and we all leaves the room

"This way, come on" Rafe says as me and Kie were following him "hey, Rafe, Rafe, Rafe, Rafe" Kie says "what?" Rafe says

"Let me see your phone" she says "why?" He asks "just give it to me" she says "okay, give me the gun" he says

"Okay, this way, this way" Rafe says "Kie, yo. What are you doing?" I asks as I sees her filming something "Kie, come on!" Rafe whispers before we leaves the place

"Can you see?" Rafe asks as we hides behind a wall, surrounded guards "I got an idea. Come on, come on!" Kie says as me and Rafe follows her

"Come on, come on" Rafe says as we were following a truck "they're slowing down. Come on, come on!" Kie says

"Go, go, go, go, go" I says as we all jumps into the back of the truck. "No, no!" A man who was also on the back of the truck says before Rafe starts fights with him

"Yo, Rafe" I says "Rafe!" Kie says "No, please don't!" The man says before Rafe pushed him from the truck "Rafe! What the fuck!" I says

"What?" He asks "W- what? You just pushed this man out of the truck!" I says "no thanks to you, you could've helped a little bit" he says

"Help you pushed this man? Are you crazy?" I says "what did you expect me to do?" I asks "maybe not push him?" I says

"Oh yeah, we should've all just sit down and cuddle instead. he would have done the same thing to us" he says "we could have talked to him!" I says

"Guys! There are people in the car, they will hear you!" Kie whisper-yell before we both sits down next to her

"All right. Listen, I am headed out to my boat, okay? I can give you a ride out, drop you wherever, somewhere safe. One thing though" Rafe speaks

"I know your friends are on the island and my sister. I am not helping them. All right? I can't trust them, okay? I'll give you a ride out, not them, okay?" Rafe says looking at both of us

"I am not going without them" I shakes my head "Haley-" Kie says "no, I haven't seen them in weeks. I can't get off this island as still I am in the same island they're in, I can't" I says

"Haley, we should just get off the island" Kie says "that's smart, listen to her" Rafe says "shut up!" I says

"Haley, listen to me. You're gonna come" she says "hell nah. You wanna go, you can go, I ain't going" I says "Haley" she says giving me a look which confused me

"trust on this, please" she says "promise me I am gonna see them" I says "I promise" she says as she raises her pinkie "pinkie swear" she says before I raise my pinkie as well and nods "I'll go" I says and she nods

"Haley I truly don't understand your obsession with the Pogues. Even after you started hanging with them, I've never though of you as Pogue" he says

"What did you think of me as?" I asks "I meant I always liked you, Haley. You're at least half Kook" he says

"She's one of us, she's a Pogue" Kie says "I mean, you're not fully Pogue yourself" Rafe says "Rafe, just stop talking, please" I says

"Okay, okay" he says raising his hands, as a defence "dick" I says before the truck stops and we all snicks outside the truck and jumps off

"Come on, my boat is down here" Rafe says as he walks towards his boat, Kie stops and grabs my hand making me stops as well "it's okay, I have a plan" Kie whispers "I trust you" I says

"Are you coming or what?" Rafe says before we keeps walking after him. "Make sure your shows are off" he says as he gets into the boat

"Okay, we should have enough juice to get us to Saint Lucia, no problem" he says as I get into the boat and helps him with the rope

"Hey, get in the boat" Rafe says as Kie stays away from the boat "you good?" I asks Kie as she stands still "Kie!" Rafe says

"You're not gonna pull anything if I get in?" Kie asks Rafe "no, I am not gonna pull anything, okay? I am trying to do you a solid here" he says

"You really wanna be back there with Singh, or do you wanna be somewhere safe? Can you please help me with the bowline?" He says before she gets on the boat "thank you" he says as I walks towards her

"You said you have a plan" I whispers "go to the other side of the boat, I am gonna call Rafe to here, be close to the wheel and in my 'q' starts rowing the boat" she

"What's my q?" I asks "you'll understand" she says before I nods

"Hey, uh, I... I can't get it" Kie says as I was on the other side of the boat "what?" Rafe asks "I need some help" Kie says "Haley can you help?" He asks

"I am working on the other side" I says "goddamn, do I have to do anything?" He says as he walks towards Kie, I go to the wheel and I watches him untie the bowline before Kie pushed him off the boat, I figured that is my q and I starts rowing

"Kie! Haley! Where are you going?" Rafe yells "to see my friends!" I says with a smile "you don't know what you're doing! Hey!" Rafe says

"Haley I saved your ass! You're gonna regret this shit! Kiara!" He keeps yelling "I don't know where I am driving" I says

"That's okay, we got away. I'll take it from here, I'll text the Pogues where to meet us" she says, she takes the wheel instead of me "I can't believe I am going to see them" I says

"You are" she says with a smile "are you crying?" She asks "No!" I lies as I wipes my tears "it's okay to get emotional, I wanted to cry when I saw, but then I saw Rafe" she says making me laugh

"Can we talk about how you just pushed him? Like that was awesome!" I says "I told you I have a plan" she says

"But I didn't know it was such a satisfying plan. I am pissed that you didn't let me do the pushing though" I says making her laugh "don't worry, you'll get enough chances to push him" she says as we stops

"Why'd do you stop?" I asks "that's the location I texted the Pogues to come to" she says "oh, okay. So now we just wait?" I asks

"Yeah, are you nervous?" she asks "I don't know what I feel, I just wanna see them" I says "you look good, sober. I know we haven't got the chance to talk but I am proud of you, JJ would be happy" she says

"Thank you, but where the fuck are they? I am freaking out" I says "it's..." I says as I see someone walks towards our boat

"JJ" she says before he turns around and face us "Jay" I says, I feel tears starting to get into my eyes as I runs towards him, he opens his arms and hugs me, I swear to god he never hugged me this tight, it's like he was afraid we're gonna be separated again

"I missed you so much" he says as we both were sobbing "I am so sorry for everything" I adds "don't say that, not now" he shakes his head as he pulls out of the hug, he puts his hands on my cheeks and takes a look at me

"I thought I'd never see you again" I says "me too, but I am here now. It's all right, you're safe, you're good" he says as he leans a kiss on my lips, I hear the rest of the Pogues cheers

"Guys!" I says as I they were all running towards me and pulling me into a hug "we though you were dead" Pope says

"I am like a fucking cockroach, you can't kill me" I laughs "are you kidding me?" Jay says referring to the boat Kie stole from Rafe

"How did you do this?" Pope asks "you wouldn't believe this if I told you, come on" Kie says as we all were getting on the boat, expect John B "John B!" Kie says before he gets on the boat as well

"Yeah, so I have just a couple of questions" Jay says as he helps me with the bowline "go ahead" I says "a Lagoon 620 with twin 150 Volvos, you understand we can go anywhere with this, right?" Jay says

"I know, it was all Kie" I says "way to be discreet, by the way. What did they want anyway? They didn't hurt you, did they?" He asks

"Nah, I came here with Rafe, they said it has something to do with the cross" I starts "wait, Rafe?" He asks

"He tried selling the cross, Singh told him he wanted to buy the cross but he wanted me to be there in the deal" I explains

"Why did you agree to come with Rafe?" He asks "my mom told me it was a good chance to get the cross back" I says "Sonia is back" he laughs "she's definitely is" I nods

"And what Singh actually wanted?" He asks "you wouldn't believe it" I says "what?" He asks "Denmark's Diary" I answers

"Why?" He asks "I don't know. Said it leads to a treasure that's a lot bigger than the Merchant, started yapping about history and shit" I says

"You're saying there is a bigger treasure?" He says "that's what he said" I says before we both share a look "that's what he said" we says I unison with a laugh

"There's one thing I still don't understand" he says "what?" I asks "how did you survived on the boat?"

"Rafe helped me, I was hiding in Sarah's room and everyone though I went with you guys" I says

"I don't understand, what's going on between you and Rafe?" He asks "he just helped me" he says, he nods

I sees John B walks away "where is he going?" I asks "he thinks the bell is his father calling for him, he wanted to check" Sarah answers "what?" I questions

"I can't believe he just took off" Pope says "guys, incoming!" Kie says before we hears a bunch of guards running and driving towards our direction "that's Singh mens" Cleo says

"Where's John B?" Pope asks "I don't know, he said he'd be back by now" Pope says "JJ, what are we gonna do?" Pope asks

"We gotta make a stand, that's what we gotta do. That's the only option" he says as he loads his gun

"What?" Kie asks "Kiara, we're not splitting up again!" Jay says "guys, y'all didn't see what I saw! He killed Portis! We can't stay here!" Kie says

"We can't leave him while he is surrounded with guards, they'd kill him!" I says "we are surrounded with guards as well!" Kie says

"we're not leaving John B!" Jay says "no Pogue left behind!" Pope says "what are you gonna do?" Sarah asks "they're here!" Kie says

"They're getting closer!" Kie says "shit" I says "damn it!" Sarah walks towards the wheel "we're not splitting up again!" Jay says

"We don't have a choice anymore!" Kie says "John B! We need to get John B!" Jay say "we'll find John B later" Kie says

"We can't just leave him like that!" Jay says "JJ, get down!" I grabs him while the guards started shooting before we sails away

"Hold your fire!" We hears someone says "shit. Shit!" Kie says "we left someone else again" Jay says

"Haley survived" Kie says "because Rafe helped me!" I says "John B doesn't need Rafe's help to survive" she says

"He can't survive on his own with all of this guards!" I says "he's gonna be fine" Sarah says

A/n: this chapter is really long because I wanted to write the reunion in one part, I waited so long to write to chapter and I am so excited for the next ones as well

This is the begging of act 3! This is gonna be the last act, so I am kinda sad to starts writing it but also happy to finish it

It will take time for me to write it though

After rewriting: I wasn't expecting that I wouldn't finish this season before the next one came out😭
But I'll definitely write act 4 as well
