"He said it looked something like this" Kie says holding a map "so..." Sarah says "that's 50 feet down, and they're using 100 feet rope. So I guess this little wagon will go..." Kie says before me and Sarah laughs

"Who drew this?" Sarah says making me laugh  harder "who do you think?" Kie says laughing and looking at Pope who were already blooming at her

"Kie! This better work" Jay says walking towards us and throwing the gold to us "we can't pawn this if there's giant wheat symbols on it" he adds

"It's gonna work" Kie says raising a blow torch before melting the gold

"Hell of a job melting it down, Dr. Frankenstein" Jay says to Kie as we arrives at a pawn store "like you could've don't a better Job" Kie says

"I could've done much better, I took a welding class" he says "when?" Kie asks before John B steps in the middle of them "chill out okay?"

"Easy for you to say. You're not the one that has to pawn this piece of shit off. How did I get this job anyways?" Jay asks "cause you're the best liar" Pope answers 

"Afternoon ma'am" Jay says as we enters the store "afternoon" the pawnbroker replies "I see you buy gold" Jay says "that's what the sign say, don't it?"

"Well, I sure hope you buy a lot of it because I am about to blow your mind" Jay says "I ain't got much mind to blow, so have at it" she says

"How about them gold apples?" Jay says pulling the gold from his bag "that ain't real" she chuckles "that ain't real?" Jay repeats "it can't be"

"Feel how heavy it is" Jay says, she struggles to lift the chunk of gold "let's get some light on that" Jay says as she looks through a magnifying glass "spray painted tungsten" she says

"Spray painted tungsten? Really? Okay. Why don't you see how, uh, soft it is?" Jay says "you mind?" She says holding an hammer "no, go for it" Jay says "wow, would you look at that?" He adds after the hammer don't make any damage, which supposed to confirm the gold is real

"Hold your horses. We ain't got to the acid test yet" she says "Ooh! The acid test. My favourite, guys" he says before she drips acid to the gold

"Well it ain't plated, and it ain't painted" she says "ma'am I am telling ya this is as real as the day is long" Jay says

"It looks like somebody tried to melt it down" she say "my mom, she had all this jewellery laying around the house and she thought it was the best to- to melt it down to 'consolidate' it" he lies

"Seven pounds? That's a pt of earrings" she says "okay to be honest ma'am" he starts as he  clears his throat "it's really hard to see my mom fall apart with the Alzheimer's" he lies again 

"Give me a minute" she says "take your time ma'am" Jay says as I tries to hold my laugh of how convincing he is

Jay gives me a look after she goes to the back "that was impressive" I whispers "thank you" he smirks

"So I, uh..." she walks towards us "I talked to my boss" she says "and?" Jay asks "and, uh, this is what I can do"

"Fifty thousand? You think I walked in here not knowing the spot price? Ma'am I know for a fact this is worth 140, at least" he says "well, sweetie you in a pawnshop. This ain't Zurich. Do I look Swiss to you?" She asks

"Ninety, or I walk" he demands "seventy. Half price and um... I don't ask question about where you got this" she offers before Jay looks at John B who gives him a handgun sign assuring him to take the deal 

"I am gonna need that in large denomination please" he says and we all smile "well, here's the thing, I don't have that much denominated, not here anyways. I can write you a cashier's check" she says

"Cash... no, ma'am. I want the cold hard. That's what that sign says, cash for gold. And that's what I expect" he says

"Well I have to send you to the warehouse. I have the money there. Is that all right?" She asks, Jay hesitate before he speaks "where's this warehouse?" He asks

"So they keep money out here?" Pope asks as we were on our way to the address the pawnbroker sent us to "that's what she said" Jay says

"That's what she said" I repeats with a chuckle before we do the handshake he taught me "stop." Pope says with a dead face "I've never even heard of resurrection drive" Sarah speaks

"Cause you're rich" Jay says "you've never heard of it either" Kie says "thank you" Sarah looks at Kie "there's nothing but weed back here" Kie says

"All rights, just 'cause it's just weed, doesn't mean it's, like..." Jay says before we hears siren whoops "cops? Out here?" Kie says

"God! Are you kidding me?" Jay says "god. I hope it's Peterkin" I says "what did we do?" Sarah asks "why are we getting pulled over?" Pope asks

"Stash that" John B says to Jay "chill, guys" Kie  says "I hate cops" Jay says "and Hales don't start with the lecture about how some of them are good" he adds "some of them are" I mutters under my breath

"Did you bring the gun?" John B asks "No. okay? Everybody told me to leave it back at the place" he says "thank god!" Kie says

"Please, put everything else illegal in your bag" kie says, I pull a bag of weed out of my pocket and gives it to Jay to hide before everyone stares at me "what?" I asks

"Why do you have weed on your pocket?" Kie questions "just in case" I shrugs "oh my god" Sarah says "he's walking up" Pope says before we see a man with a mask on his face pulling a gun at John B

"Why don't I go ahead and see them hand in the air?" The man says "all y'all's hands up in the air right now!" He yells before we all quickly raises our hands

"out of the car let's go" he says and John B slowly gets out of the Twinkie "out of the car hurry! Let them out"

"What are you waiting on? What are you waiting on! Let them out!" He yells before John B opens the Twinkie door and everyone gets out except me because of my stupid leg who slows me down

"Get the fuck out bitch!" He yells at me, I struggle to come outside, I could've walk but I was limping and him yelling at me didn't really helped "back away from her!" Jay yells

"Shut up! Shut the hell up!" The man says "hurry up!" He grabs me and throwing me at Jay, Jay helps me stand up behind him

"Don't touch her!" Jay yells at him "shut the fuck up before I blow your damn head off!" He yells at him

"chill!" I yells before the man looks at me for a few seconds "I recognise you" he say walking towards me "who the hell are you?" I ask

"you're Rafe's bitch aren't you?" He chuckles before I spit on him, he grabs me and points me to the Twinkie "leave her alone!" Jay says running towards me but the man was pointing a gun on him before he could do anything

"Back off!" He yells at him "Barry" I realises. I don't personally know the guy but I know he is Rafes drug dealer, I met him a couple of times but only for small talks, nothing more, but only from those little small talks I hates him

"That's right" he says "You son of a bitch" I punches him "Haley!" Kie yells "Haley, what are you doing?" Jay says before Barry point his gun on my chest

"Do you still feel brave? Huh?" He yells at me, but I wasn't scared this time, I was just angry.

"Fuck you" I says before he push me to the ground "stay like that! All of you! Get down in the ditch! Lay down in the ditch!" He yells

"On your goddamn hand and knees! Down! Put your face on the ground!" He keeps yelling "are you okay?" Jay whispers and I slowly nod

"Wait. No no no no" Sarah grabs my attention, I look at her direction and sees John B slowly stands up "John B... No" Sarah begs "John B don't be a hero, man" Pope says "no don't do that" I shakes my head

"sh" John B says puts a finger on his mouth and shush us as we watch Barry search Jay's backpack

"All right y'all just stay just like that unless you want your brains blown out all over this road don't move your goddamn head okay?" Barry yells coming out of the Twinkie

Barry gets back to the car and John B attacks him from behind before we all ran towards them.

Jay punches Barry before Barry knocks him down, I punch him too and he knocks me down as well. John B punch him with his shotgun and he falls down, Sarah slams Barry with his car door and Kie kicks him in the ribs

I punch him in the face a couple of time before John B pulls me away from him "that's enough" he says as Jay pulls his mask off

"I know this piece of this, too! He's basehead" Jay "he's dealer" I says "he sells coke to my dad" Jay adds

"Listen I could've hurt any one of y'all-" Barry says but gets interrupts by Jays punching him with his shotgun

"JJ!" Kie yells "dude, chill man" Pope says before Jay takes Barry's wallet and ID "we got one last stop" Jay says

"Let's go see where this son of a bitch leaves" Jay adds before he walks away "I am gonna remember this shit! You can't hide from me! I know exactly who y'all are" Barry yells "oh. Shut up, bitch" I says before John B takes his key car and throw them to the woods

"Welcome to crack head wasteland" Sarah says as we arrives at Barry's house "I don't know about this, man" Pope says

"Dude why are we at Barry's?" Pope asks "this'll only take a second" Jay replies as he gets out of the Twinkie

"Where are you going?" John B asks "yo soy justicia" Jay answers "did you get anything from that?" Pope asks "you know somebody should probably-" Kie says as John B gets out of the Twinkie "yeah I got this" he says

"I am coming with you" I walks towards him "you sure?" he says "yeah, let's go" I says

"Yeah, so what's your plan, slick?" John B asks Jay "well, as thou hath stealth from us, we shall stealth from ye" Jay say "great timing to practice your France accent" I says

"That kind of got lost in translation though" John B says "an eye for an eye, my friends" Jay says "yeah that is great but what happens after you rob a drug dealer huh? He knows who we are!" John B says

"I am not scared of this guy" Jay scoffs "JJ, don't-" John B says as I follows Jay "Jay just drop it let's go home-" I says but get interrupts "there we go" he says as he finds a bag full of cash

"What are you doing?" John B asks from the living room "getting even!" Jay answers as he throw the cash on the bed and put it in his bag "Jay just stop for a second please" I says

"I get why John B don't get it, but I don't understand how you don't" Jay faces me "is this seem to you like a good idea? I am genuinely asking" I says

"This man took my father away" Jay says "Jay..." I sighs "you said that Rafe once was a good person. That man changed that" he says

"No, he didn't. Rafe is a shitty person and if Barry wouldn't have sell him drugs somebody else would, this isn't about revenge, you're not thinking straight" I says "you know what? Just forget about it" he walks away, I sighs

"All right, took care of business" he walks to the living room and I follows him again "look at me, look at me" John B grabs Jay

"If you keep going down this road, you're gonna end up just like you're dad" John B says making Jay grabs him by his shirt "you watch your mouth, man" Jay says

"Jay, chill" I says "aren't you tired of being messed with?" Jay asks John B, ignoring me "that's not the point, JJ" John B says "cause I am" Jay says before walking out

"Are you okay?" I asks John B, he gives me a little nod before we walks out of the house and followed Jay

"All right so we're looking at five grand each for reparation for putting us through that bullshit. Sorry about that y'all" Jay says

"so that's what we're doing now? We're robbing drug dealers?" Kie questions "that Barry guy is gonna find out and he's gonna come after us" Sarah says

"Yes he will. This is not the time to start willin' out" Pope says "how do you like havin' a gun pulled on you" Jay says "relax" John B says

"He had it right on your bro" Jay says pointing at John B who stand in front of him "look we've gotta go get the gold, okay? Just give me that shit" John B tries taking the stolen money from Jay's hand, but Jay push him towards the Twinkie

"Do you feel like a tough guy? Huh?" John B asks Jay "what are you gonna do when he comes after us? He knows Haley" he adds "we punch him in the throat" Jay answers

"Yeah, good fucking idea JJ" John B says "I am not putting it back" Jay says as he gets into the Twinkie, no one moves or get in

"You guys getting in or what?" Jay asks and everyone stand still, no one moves "What?" Jay asks as he comes out of the Twinkie

"Jay just put it back, it's mot worth it" I says "we're sick of your shit" John B says "oh, my shit?" Jay says

"Yeah. Yeah your shit" John B says "your pulling guns on people shit" Kie says "you acting like a freaking maniac" Pope says

"Okey, Pope, I took the fall for you man! You know how much money I owe because of you?" Jay argues "I am gonna pay it back and I didn't ask you to do that!" Pope says

"I just did! Pay it back. Right here, right now, by myself. You know what? That's exactly what I am gonna do. Go off by myself" Jay says

I was about to follow him but Kie grabs me telling me to leave it "he needs someone" I gets out her grip and follows him

"Jay wait!" I says but he ignores me "Jay!" I says again "go home Haley" he says "Jay, please just stop" I begs, he finally stops and faces me

"What do you want?" He asks "I want you to talk to me" I says "I got nothing to says to you" he says "what's going on?" I asks

"Go home, Haley" he says again "No- I won't leave you" I says "you think because we've kissed I owe you something?" He says, I just stand there, not knowing what to do

Why would he say that? Why would he kiss me back if he don't even want to? It doesn't make any sense

"Don't push me away" I says "I am not, I just don't understand what you're still doing here" he says "I am trying to understand you" I says

"You clearly don't, so just give up" he says "why are you doing this?" I asks "Haley-" he says

"No, look at me and tell me you don't love me" I stands in front of him and faces him

"Just leave me alone" he walks away, I wasn't following him this time. It wasn't just the kiss, he made me feel safe, with his words and his touch.

He made me feel like I have home, and not because I was at my house, it was more than that, he made me feel comfortable and safe but now he took that feelings away.

I walked back to the Pogues after wiping my tears, they were still at Barry's.

"He won't listen" I says "just give him some time" Kie says, I nod before we gets into the Twinkie and head back to the wreck

"Look, he'll come around, all right? It's... he's doing JJ thing" John B says "you think he'll go home?" I asks

"There's about zero precent chance that JJ goes home" Pope says "are you okay?" Kie asks me "yeah, I am fine" I answers

"it's too dangerous to pawn this thing off piecemeal so our bet is to go down there and get the rest of it. Bring it all up at once. Put it in- in safe or a vault or something" pope speaks

I don't know just until we can find someone who won't rip us off, I can figure it out tonight, get it done, and we can be out there tomorrow morning" pope adds

"All right let's do it" John B says "what about the thing with my dad?" Sarah asks looking at John B "shit" John B says

"What thing?" Pope asks "I have to go fishing with Ward" he says "are you serious?" I asks "you can't get 400 mil 'cause you're gonna go kill fish?" Kie says

"Look I have to go" John B says "blow it off, it's 400 million in gold!" Pope says "make something up!" Kie says

"Look, I- I have to, okay? He... he saved me all right? If it weren't for ward I was in foster care so... I have to go. Plus it'll better to do it at night. Right?" John B explains

"Fine. Fine go fishing" Pope says "and at least JJ will probably have watched up by then" Kie says

I was home alone when I hear knocks on my door "what are you doing here?" I asks as I open the door "he knows" he says coming into my house

"What are you talking about? Who know what?" I asks, confused "Barry know you stole money from him" he explains "I don't know what you're talking about Rafe" I denies

"Haley what the hell are you doing hanging out with those pogues? Barry is serious" he says "Barry can go fuck himself" I says

"Can you drop that attitude for a second? For fuck sakes" he says "you're high" I says seeing his red eyes "that's why you know we stole the money from Barry, you've been at his place" I realises

"So you admit that you stole money from him" he says "you know I don't like being around you when you're high" I says

"Answer the question!" He yells, I needs to get away from him. I rans to the kitchen, but because of my leg I was limping which slows me down, he was following me

"Haley, Haley, Haley" he slowly says each word stepping closer to me in a calm voice which freaks me out, it wasn't a comfort tone it was definitely a scary one

"Don't step any closer I am not joking" I says as I raise a knife and points at him, but he didn't stop "I know you won't do shit to me" he says

"Rafe just go away" I says "give me the money, Haley" he says "I don't have it" I says "liar" he says as he takes the knife out of hand as he turns me around, my back touches his chest as he put the knife on my neck

"Where is the money Haley" he asks as he strengthens the grip of the knife and I can feel it moves slowly under my skin "Stop, please" I begs with sobs

"Where is the money?" He asks again, getting impatient "Rafe, please" I begs "it will all be over once you'd tell me where the fuck is the money" he asks

"I swear I don't know" I says with a shaking voice and tears "what is wrong with you!" I yells "I promised Barry I'll give him his money back, done make me a liar" he says

"You're hurting me" I adds before he lose the grip and put the knife down, I take a deep breath

"I know you're dating JJ" he says "if you'd hurt him-" I says before he interrupts me "what would you do, huh?" He chuckles

"I don't give a shit what you'd to me and you already knows that, but if you'd hurt any of my friends I wouldn't be scared any more, I am not playing around" I says

"Little Haley gets serious" he chuckles "Rafe we're over, and after what just happened, it's for good. I never want to see you again. If you'll come to my house again, I will go to Peterkin" I adds

"You know what? I was trying to save you from yourself, you don't understand how dangerous Barry is" he says "and so are you" I says

"This is useless. You're obviously not even trying to appreciate what I am doing for you" he says "are you kidding me? Rafe my neck is fucking bleeding because of you!" I snaps

"I was trying to help!" He yells "get out" I says "that's how it's gonna be?" He asks "get out." I repeats "alright." He says before he walk away

I am so tired of Rafes bullshit. And now I don't even have Jay anymore, I feel like everyone in my life is against me right now. What's the universe problem with me, anyways?

A/n: I should seriously give Haley a break from Rafe
