The rest of the morning and afternoon went in the preparations...
Parth was supervising all the decorations.. he was standing and looking at the decorations when Shivangi came and stood next to him..

"Kitna sundar lag raha hai na?!", She remarked in excitement.

"Haan..", parth encircled his arms around her waist.

"Tumne dekha..
Fans ko humara invitation kitna pasand aa raha hai!!", she remarked with double the excitement.

"Haina..?!", He spoke softly, as shivangi looked at the invitation on her phone..

"Kya hua tumko?!
All okay?!!", Shivangi turned to Parth.

"Can I get a hug?", He suddenly asked, and before Shivangi could react, engulfed her into a tight hug.

"Kya ho gaya...", Shivangi gently rubbed his back, still in the hug, and asked softly.

"Kuch nahi..
Just going an extra mile... To hold you tight...
And never let you go!!", He remarked, with a warm smile, and deep love in his eyes.

"Main nahi ja rahi kahin..", shivangi winked and he kissed her forehead, for a really long time.

The day passed quickly, And by the time everyone got ready, it was 7:30...
There were some friends of Parth who were coming just for the function, and there was media of course.
Parth had come in to the venue earlier than Shivangi of course, to meet all the guests and check the decor and other things..
He looked very royal.. in a pink sherwani.. as the decor theme was pink..

Parth was standing with all his friends who looked very good themselves..

"Kya yaar.. bade sahi lag rahe ho tum log???", Parth remarked.

"Tere dukh ke din shuru ho rahe hain...
Hum khushiyan nahi manaayenge to kon manaayega..", Karan remarked.

"Seriously Parth... Tu khud soch sakta tha kabhi.. ki tu SHAADI karega?!!", Charlie asked.

"Ahaan.. kabhi nahi socha tha..
I mean of course mujhe shaadi karni thi.. par itni jaldi...
Yeh nahi socha tha..", he smiled as he was transported into the world of Shivangi.

"Oh!!! Hero?!!
Apne dreamworld se baahar niklo..", Scarlett snapped her fingers before his eyes and all of them laughed.

"But really Parth.. the decor of the entire place is FANTASTIC!!!!!
Matlab extraordinary hai yeh yaar..", Abhilash remarked as he looked around.
And surely.. the decor was amazing..

Royal.. yet elegant..

Everyone was talking.. when Sameeksha and Ananya walked in..

"Shivangi kahan hai?!!", Parth and everyone else asked.

"Uska PHOTOSHOOT chal raha hai!!", Sameeksha remarked, stressing on photoshoot as if signalling something to her gang.

"Chal dekh ke aayen!!", Shorya got up and took Krishnam with him.
They reached the room.. and Krishnam remarked..

"Chaahe jisse marzi shaadi kara lo..
Chaahe jitne achhe kapde pehna lo..
Bhikhari to humesha bhikhari hi rahegi.."

"Yeh le..", Shorya continued Krishnam's leg pulling by taking out a few coins from his coat pocket and throwing them near her...

"Chup kar..
Main chapet maarna hai dono ke moonh par!", Shivangi giggled.
After a few more clicks, very normally, with two of her closest friends, Shorya and Krishnam, Shivangi entered the lawns.

Both Shivangi and Parth didn't want their entry to be very dramatic... Unlike the stereotypical wedding entry..

"Let's keep the royal entry for the wedding!", Parth had said.

Both Shivangi and Parth then posed for the media..

"Mera saari mehnat bekaar ho gayi..", he whispered.

"Huhh?!
Kya mehnat?!
Kya bekaar ho gayi??", She turned to him and asked.

Their eyes locked with each other and they got a very pretty picture clicked.. that too a natural candid..

"Tu itni khoobsurat lag rahi hai..
Maine jo decor pe itni mehnat ki thi..
woh sab bekaar ho gayi naa..", he nodded his head in disappointment and with the permanent cuteness on his face.

That's when Shivangi's eyes, which were looking straight into Parth's deep eyes.. looked down.. and a tinge of red could be seen on her cheeks..
Parth just couldn't control himself..
And he pecked her forehead...
Just adding to the already beautiful collection of snaps..

After a brief interaction with the media, ParShi roamed around the lawns and met different people.
Both of them were now standing and talking to the hostel fam.. when Ananya came out of the group and stood right in front of Parth..

"Parth Samthaan!!!!
Where.
Is.
My.
Gift. ??????", She put her hands on her waist and remarked.

"Yaad hai mujhe Ananya ji.. yaad hai..", he said.

"Yaad ka kya karoon.. hain kahan gift mera..
Leke aao?!!", She remarked.

"Shaant... Jhansi ki Rani.. shaant...
Aa raha hai gift.. must be reaching.
In fact... Tere aas paas hi hai tera gift..", Parth said and smirked.

"Aas paas?!!
Kahan??", Ananya looked around and asked Parth in excitement and surprise.

"Dhoondh...
Yahin lawn mein hai..
Itni mehnat se tera gift yahan laaya hoon...
Ab dhoondhoon bhi main hi?!???", Parth remarked dramatically.

"Achaa okay....
Dhoondhti hoon.", She said and went away to look for her present.
Everybody giggled at her want for her gift..

After some time, Ananya was seen talking to someone...
Her excitement knew no bounds...

That's when Parth came from behind and stood in between Ananya and Abrar..

"Bhai mere se to mil leta...
Engagement meri hai..", Parth remarked.

"Tere liye hi to aaya hoon..", Abrar said and gave Parth a hug.

"Mere liye aaya hai?!!
Phir se soch ke bol?!!", Parth winked and smirked and looked at Ananya.

"Kyun bhai madam.. mil gaya tujhe tera gift?!!", He kept his hand on her cheek and asked.

"Yeh?!!!
Yeh hai mera gift?!!!
This is the best gift you could give Mr. Samthaan!!!!", She exclaimed and engulfed him in a hug.

"Chal you guys enjoy.. main aata hoon.", Parth smiled and went off.

He was going to meet a couple of his friends when Shivangi pulled him into a quiet spot..

"Kya baat hai...
Aaj tu romance initiate kar rahi hai?!
Not bad... Not bad....", He smiled his best smile and encircled his arms around her waist.

Without a single expression in her face, shivangi hit him on both his arms and pushed his arms away from her body..

"Kya?! Kya ho gaya??!!", Parth asked with a surprised expression.

"Aunty keh rahi hain ki tumne ring khareedi hai apne liye?!!", Shivangi asked him.

"Kon aunty?!!", He asked.

"Tumhari ma Parth!!!!!", She remarked in disgust.

"Achhaaa...
Haan ring le li hai maine... Kyun?!!
Usse kya hota hai..", he shrugged his shoulders.

"Engagement ring to ladki walon ki taraf se aati hai naa!", She said angrily.

"Yaar mujhe nahi yaad tha yeh.. aur vaise bhi ring maine abhi tak kisi ko bhi nahi dikhayi..", he remarked innocently.

"That's not the point...
Tumne ring kyun khareedi...
Woh to hum log khareedne wale the..", shivangi said.

"Arre yaar...
Mujhe achhi lagi..
maine le li..
usme problem kya hai...
Itna kya serious ho gaya isme..", parth asked.

"Dikhao...
Ring dikhao mujhe..", she ordered.

"Yaar nahi yaar..
Surprise hai.. tu seedha tabhi dekhna..", he said.

"NAHI!!!! Abhi dikhao..", she said and he took out the ring.

"CHHHEEEEEE!!!!
Tumne soch bhi kaise liya ki tumko main humari engagement pe.. yeh ring pehnaaoongi...", She remarked.

"Kitni sundar hai yeh... Look at the gold..", he beamed as he looked at the ring.

"EXACTLY!!!!!
LOOK AT THE GOLD??!!!!", shivangi repeated Parth's words, but with a COMPLETELY opposite reaction.

"Kya?!!", He asked innocently.

"Not gold Parth!!!!
Ek minute...
Tumne meri bhi ring gold ki li hai kya?!!", She asked in despair.

"Nahi... Tujhko gold nahi pasand hai.. to kyun loonga gold ring..", he shrugged his shoulders.

"Suno.. tum baad mein pehente rehna gold ring...
Lekin engagement pe to silver hi pehenni padegi..
Jo main laayi hoon..", she said.

"Arre yaar...", He groaned.

"Nothing doing...
Meri yeh ek baat nahi maan sakte tum...", Shivangi made a sad face.

"Achha theek hai...
Tu apni wali ring pehna dena..", he agreed and then they again joined the crowd.

After about 15 minutes... The couple was ready to get engaged..

As they stood amidst their families and friends.. the rings were taken out..

Parth's mother took out Shivangi's ring while Shivangi's mother took out Parth's ring.

Shivangi put forward her hand.. but Parth didn't take the ring from his mother..
Shivangi gave him a look and gestured him to make her wear the ring..
And that's when he gestured her to look up into the sky..
There was a loud noise of drones that could be heard.. that noise itself attracted everyone to the sky... And everyone remarked in unison..

"WOWWWWWWW!!!!!!"

"Drone writing!!!!!!
Shitttt....", Sameeksha whispered loudly.

Before everyone could get back to the couple.. there was sound again... This time a melodious one..
They turned to their left.. and saw that the corner which was left undecorated.. looked something like this...

There was a live band that was performing a medley of songs of Shah Rukh, Ranbir and the songs which were picturized on Parth.
Shivangi looked at Parth with teary eyes.. and he shrugged his shoulders and smiled.

He then took her ring in his hand..
He got down on his knees and made her wear it..
Shivangi then took his ring in her hands..
And made him wear it..

As soon as both of them had their rings in their fingers... There was a celebration... Everyone was hooting and cheering of course... But there was something more...

First.. the drones that earlier showcased the proposal message, now flew closer to the ground and showered the couple with confetti and rose petals...

And then there were firecrackers all the way... The colours and sparkle had covered the entire sky... Just like the colours and sparkles in ParShi's relationship and the life that waited for them.

After the engagement ceremony... It was time for the dinner with the family...
The elders, or rather the family members of both the sides sat together and all the youngsters that is the friends sat on another long table...

"Guys!!!! Let's do one thing..

Yaar.. Parth ne engagement par itna kuch kiya..
Use ITNAAAAAAA special banaaya..
Par sab kuch kisi aur se karvaaya...
So Mr. Parth Samthaan...
You now have to propose to your lady love...
Matlab khud bhi to kuch kar?!!!", Karan remarked.

"Pata hai...
Mujhe na.. lag hi raha tha.. ki koi aisa kuch bolega..
Aur in fact.. mujhe tera hi lag raha tha Karan...
Isliye main poori taiyyari se aaya hoon..", Parth winked and got up from his chair.

He gave his hand to Shivangi who got up and both of them stood, facing each other.
Parth gave a look to Ananya and she nodded and picked up her phone.. and played a song..

*Baatein kuch unkaheen si..*

Parth took Shivangi's hand in his, and placed his other hand on her waist.. As they swayed to the tunes of the song, everyone's eyes were glued to them.
He then twirled her away from him and pulled her back.. he was on his knees and when she came back to him, he made her sit on his thigh.
His one hand grabbed her by the waist while the other hand went into his pocket..
He took out a card and gave it to her..

Shivangi couldn't help but giggle.. She then got up and gave Parth a tight hug.

"What the fu... Fish mahn!!!", Karan screamed cautiously as the elders were sitting nearby..

"Trailer humko dekha ke.. tu ne film akele dekh li...
Propose kaise kiya.. yeh kon dikhayega..
Aisa kya likha tha card mein Shivangi?!?", Karan continued.

"I LOVE YOU MORE THAN PIZZA!!!", Parth remarked as he ironically took a bite of pizza.

"Dikh raha hai..", Charlie and Abhilash remarked together.. sarcastically abd everybody was in splits.

"Achha ek second.. ek second...
Even I have a complaint...

Parth ne... Shivangi ke liye..
Drone writing karvaayi..
Orchestra bhi bajwaaya..
Confetti aur flower petals girvaaye..
Firecrackers bhi organize karvaaye..
Aur itne different aur cute andaaz mein Shivangi ko propose bhi kiya...", Ananya remarked.

"Wow yaar Ananya...
Humko to pata hi nahi tha...
Thanks for telling yaar.. tu nahi hoti to humara kya hota..", Sameeksha Shorya and Krishnam...
The NN Fam remarked sarcastically, in unison.

"Meri poori baat to sun lo....
Mera point yeh hai.. ki Parth ne Shivangi ke liye uski engagement itni special banaayi...
Ab Shivangi ko bhi to Parth ki engagement special banaani chahiye...

Tumko kuch aisa karna hai.. jo BOHOT romantic ho...
Aur abhi hi karna padega..

IDEA!!!!!!! Tum na... Parth ko kiss kar lo..", Ananya remarked.

Parth who was drinking water, turned around to spit the water in the grass.. while Shivangi was dumbstruck... She Just didn't know what to say...

"I... I like this idea Ananya...

Par I think hum kiss ko...
Kabhi aur ke liye chhodte hain.. probably for the wedding?!!

Her happiness has made my day special.. mujhe kuch nahi chahiye..", Parth tried to cover up and save Shivangi.

"Yaar tu dost hai ki dushmann.. kya boli ja rahi hai?!!!
Main yahan.. sabke saamne..

Tera dimaag kharaab ho gaya hai kya Ananya?!
Ya Abrar ke yahan aane se tu pagal ho gayi hai???", Shivangi asked.

"Nahi yaar...
Ananya ne bade kaam ki baat ki hai..
Shivangi... You have to kiss Parth... Aaj.. abhi... Aur woh bhi yahan sabke saamne..", Abrar seconded Ananya.

"Tu to rehne hi de Abrar.. tujhe Ananya ki hi side leni hai..", Parth remarked.

"By the way...
Even I agree...

You have to kiss Parth abhi..", Karan said.

"Yaar kya hi bol rahe ho tum log...
Aise sabke saamne kaise main kiss...", Shivangi remarked hesitantly.

"Exactly...
Sabke saamne kaise kiss..", Parth repeated her fiancée's words.

"Yaar Parth...
Shivangi ka to samajh aata hai..
Tujhe kisse sharam aa rahi hai..
Set pe to bada Emraan Haashmi banke rehta hai.. vahan nahi hote log??", Charlie remarked.

"Yaar.. that's work...
Script ki demand hoti hai...
Yeh.. yahan family...", Parth tried to sound convincing.

"Vahan script ki demand hoti hai...
Yahan friends ki demand hai...
Itna kya soch rahe ho...
Tum dono ko make out karne ke liye thodi bol rahe hain...", Abhilash remarked.

"Exactly...
Guys...
Just a peck on the lips...", Ananya said.

"Engagement pe itna to banta hai..", Mohini remarked.

"Sorry guys..
I'm not...
I mean I can't do this..
In public?!!
Not at all..", Shivangi blatantly refused.

"Come on Shivangi.. don't be a spoil sport...
Just a peck...
And we promise...
Hum chidhaayenge nahi.. like seriously... We won't tease..", Karan assured her.

"Mujhse nahi ho paayega..
Tum log kuch aur bolo main woh kar doongi.. but no kiss..", Shivangi said.

"Yaar humara pehla challenge kiss tha..
Tu aage soch..
Ab *kuch aur* main hum kya de sakte hain.. iski koi guarantee nahi hai..", Karan shrugged hid shoulders and smirked.

"Yaar...
Bagal mein saare bade baithe hain...
Tum log thoda sa to socho..", Anamika said.

"Arre to hum konsa inko table pe khade hoke kiss karne ko bol rahe hain..!", Mohini remarked and Manali giggled... Something she's best at.

"Come on!!!!

SHIVANGI!!!", everybody started hooting and banging the table softly, so as to not let the families know what they were doing, or talking about.

Still hesitant, Shivangi looked at Parth who gently blinked his eyes, as if to comfort her.
Shivangi then gently moved her face closer to Parth's and then Parth moved forward and gently pecked her lips..

"Yaar cheating hai!!!
Yeh to Parth ne ki hai...
Shivangi ko karni thi..", karan protested.

"Karan!!!
Theek hai...
It's okay.. woh kare... Ya main karoon... It's one and the same..", Parth remarked in a tone which was both friendly and stern.

Surely.. after this, there was no teasing... But definitely cheering..

There was A VERY LOUD HOOTING!!!!

"Kya ho gaya bhai?!!!", Shivangi's mamu, nanu and father asked together, on hearing the cheering.

"Kuch.. kuch nahi uncle... Bas aise hi..", Ananya smiled and covered up for Parth and Shivangi.

The day finally came to a close..
Parth Samthaan, the television heartthrob, was officially taken...
Taken... By Shivangi Aggarwal..
He was engaged..
Parth and Shivangi had now officially become *ParShi*....

Everyone was now going to their rooms when Shivangi and Parth's mother stopped their children from going into their respective rooms..

"Kya ho gaya.. aap logon ko?!!", Parth asked them in surprise, as he looked at Shivangi questionably, who was as clueless as Parth..

"Baaki sab log apne apne rooms mein jaa chuke hain..
Tum dono ek kaam karo....
Shivangi ke room mein hi chale jaao..", Shivangi's mother said.

"Aaj raat saath reh lo...
Aaj engagement hui hai tum dono ki... Thoda time to akele spend kar lo..", Parth's mother further remarked.

"Aai... Aunty...
Aap dono theek to ho naa????", Parth raised his eyebrows and asked in surprise.

"Pehle to tu mujhe aunty bulaana bandd kar..
Aur haan.. hum dono bilkul theek hain...
Aur tum dono ke liye kuch plan kiya hai..
Ab jaao dono.. jaake Shivangi ke room mein enjoy karo..", Shivangi's mother remarked.

"Par ma..", Parth tried to say something to Shivangi's mother, but both of them left..

Both Shivangi and Parth rushed to the former's room.. to see what their mothers had planned for them ...
