This is Hurricane_Senpai 's OC hurricane, but as a human. I was reading her OC drawing book and other people had drawn fanart so I decided to draw her too. I really needa stop getting my hands in these photos XD.

Hurricane's a SeaWing, she's mainly teal with orange wings, hence the hair. She has diamond blue eyes and the royal SeaWing markings on her wings which is why I did the tattoo, her shirt is supposed to resemble a SeaWing's underbelly with the glowing scales. As a dragon she also has a diamond and pearl necklace and hoop earrings. She's supposed to be arty which is why I put the pencil there.
