The cafeteria was crowded at lunchtime, people kept on coming in through the big doors and went straight to the long row that stretched over to the other end of the cafeteria. I had a bad feeling that it'll take forever for us to get something to eat but it went surprisingly fast and we reached the food in no time. This school may seem to be famous because of it's appearance and the top graduating students in the whole country but what I researched about this school that truly makes it the best one, is the food that tastes heavenly delicious.

We passed by the food like you do in a buffet with trays in our hands, there was a big choice and I didn't even know what I want to eat. All what you love will definitely be there, from appetizers to main dishes and also desserts. Everything was already placed in plates, all we had to do is grab a plate and go on. As we were passing by the main dishes I looked hungrily at everything, people didn't lie, this place is heaven by itself, and I plan to try all the food here in these three years.

"Having trouble choosing what to eat? Or trying to save me some money? if it's the second one then don't worry, I'm not that poor that I can't treat a girl to a meal."  whispered Clyde in my ear as he leaned towards me on my left. His breath against my ear made my face burn and I turned to him. "Please don't get so close to me next time, I might misunderstand your intentions." I said quietly, he stared at me for a second and then a big smile spread on his face, "and what kind of intentions might I have dear?". Oh, how I want to punch him now, how could I even think that he is cute? I probably have been fooled by his innocent looks. "Please, we have to get our food, people are glaring at us for making them wait." I said as I rushed after Berwyn and Jules.

At the end I chose mushed potatoes with mushrooms, some BBQ and a salad, and for the dessert I got pudding and apple rose pastry, I also got some milk for Monte from the animal food section. Hey Clyde, are you gonna treat the girl? We have been friends for so long and you won't even treat me too? Don't you love me anymore? you are so mean towards this beautiful angel that stands right in front of you, and of course I mean myself!" whined Jules ,as he gave his tray to Berwyn he clang onto Clyde's waist and pretended like he is crying. "Jules get off me, people might misunderstand us, and I really do not swing that way," said Clyde as he tried to push Jules away from him and people started gathering around us.

I took a few steps back as if I do not know them and just watched them like everyone else did, "oh they are so cute, Clyde is so adorable when he is trying to hide their relationship, right Jessy?"  said someone behind me. So they are gay? Makes sense now why they looked so close from the start, I thought as another voice disturbed my thoughts, "right right, what a shame that they are gay, but at least we have Berwyn, he is also pretty cute. But he looks so cold all of the time, I bet a smile would make him much more approachable." she said and then they left. Berwyn usually does not smile? That's actually weird, he smiled at me right from the start when we met.

People started to scatter and I noticed that Clyde successfully pushed Jules away, but Jules probably still got his free lunch because he had this stupid pleased expression plastered on his face. Clyde paid for our meals and we walked towards one of the empty tables.  The cafeteria looked pretty much like a high class restaurant, there was a huge chandelier that hang on the ceiling that lighted most of the cafeteria. The tables were brown with a blue tablecloth and a vase in the middle of each one.

"Thank you Clyde for the meal, that's actually nice of -" I got cut off midway as Jules started to yell, "OH MY GOD! SHE IS HERE." We all stared at him, not understanding who he is talking about, and he just looked at us like we are the stupid ones, "THE GODDESS OF COURSE." yelped Jules and got up from the table and ran towards her leaving his lunch behind. I sat down on one of the wooden chairs that were around the table and put the tray down. "Monte are you hungry? I got you some milk here." I asked Monte and he slowly got out of the bag and stretched his legs. "Do I look like a cat for me to drink milk?", asked Monte and jumped on my lap.

" You are a cat though, aren't you?" Asked Clyde while smiling at Monte. " Of course he is a cat, he is just sleepy, probably dreamed of being a lion or something ,hilarious right?" I laughed nervously as I pushed Monte off my lap and put his milk plate on the animal food stand so he could drink it more comfortably.
" Avis." Berwyn called me and as I looked up I met his eyes, " yes, Berwyn?".
"Can we talk once we are done eating? I have something to tell you."
