Author's Note: I know this chapter/part is different from the other chapters/parts I've already published for this story. 

There will be other chapters/parts after I finished the chapters/parts that are based on the "Ferdinand" 2017 movie. 

This chapter/part will take place while Ferdinand is going through Senor Moreno's house with Una, Dos, Cuatro, and Lupe's help and before they come out of the house. 

The other chapters/parts I'm talking about will have the animal characters be humans and it will involve Valiente getting help from Bones, Ferdinand, Guapo, Angus, Maquina, Una, Dos, Cuatro, Paco, and Jamie on proposing to my Cow! OC, Grace, who will be human as well as Grace returns home for the summer holidays to spend with the guys, Jamie, Nina, and Juan before she goes back on her singing tour. 

Enough talking from me. 

On with the story!

Grace stared at the starry night sky with her brown eyes. 

She sighed heavily. 

"Grace." A voice calls out to the young heifer. 

The brown and black mixed cow looks to see Jamie motioning her to follow her to the secret carnations field she had talked about. 

"Jamie, aren't you tired at all?" Grace asks confused. 

"Nope. I took a quick nap before coming here." Jamie said. 

Grace nods and gets up to get out of her and Ferdinand's pen/stall. 

Jamie leads Grace to the secret carnations field. 

Grace sees Valiente in the secret carnations field with a nervous smile. 

"What's Valiente doing here?" Grace asks in a whisper tone to Jamie. 

"I invited him here." Jamie whispers back. 

Grace was shocked at what Jamie had said. 

"What?" Grace shouts in question with her voice going a little high pitched. 

Jamie gestures to Grace to go be with Valiente. 

Grace listens to Jamie and goes up to Valiente. 

They both smiled at each other nervously. 

Jamie looks over to see a flock of European robins chirping in a tree. 

She goes over to the European robins. 

"Hey, gang." Jamie said. 

The European robins looked at her in wonder and curiosity. 

"I need a little help with this song if you all don't mind." Jamie said sheepishly. 

The European robins chirp out a "Yes". 

All the European robins start chirping to the tune, "Can You Feel The Love Tonight". 

Some sheep looked up while eating grass. 

Grace hears the European robins chirping the tune. 

She sighs dreamily. 

"Don't you love it when Spain birds sing their bird calls, Valiente?" Grace asks curiously. 

Grace looks at Valiente with sparkling brown eyes. 

Valiente's breath hitches a little. 

His heart starts to beat a little at Grace's eye sparkle. 

Valiente had something on his mind that he wanted to tell the young heifer. 

But he didn't how to put it. 

The brown bull breathes in and out. 

"Grace, there's something I've meaning to tell you." Valiente said. 

Grace looks at Valiente with curiosity in her eyes. 

"What is is?" Grace asks. 

"I like you, more than as a friend. I always had a serious game on because of being the better bull just like my dad and I-" Valiente said. 

He is then interrupted by Grace kissing his cheek. 

"I like you, too, Valiente." Grace spoke out. 

Valiente froze right there. 

Grace giggles at how Valiente reacted. 

From the distance of the two, Jamie starts singing the song already with the European robins singing back up on the song.

[Jamie:] 

There's a calm surrender to the rush of day
When the heat of a rolling wind can be turned away
An enchanted moment, and it sees me through
It's enough for this restless warrior just to be with you 

Valiente breaks his trance to see a group of different carnation flowers. 

(Author's Note: Shown like the picture up above.) 

He goes over and picks a red carnation flower that is fully in bloom. 

Valiente goes back over to Grace, who watches him in wonder and curiosity. 

The brown bull shows her the red carnation. 

Grace gasps softly at Valiente giving her the red carnation. 

Valiente gently stick the red carnation behind Grace's right ear. 

"My favorite flower and also, a flower nickname my dad called me." Grace said. 

"How can I forget about that? You really do remind me of a carnation." Valiente says smirking. 

The brown bull and the brown and black mixed cow walk. 

"Really? Tell me." Grace says smiling. 

"Oh, I can think of plenty of reasons, hon." Valiente said. 

Valiente and Grace both laughed at the same time. 

And can you feel the love tonight? 

[Birds:] 

(Tonight!) 

[Jamie:] 

It is where we are
It's enough for this wide-eyed wanderer
That we got this far

And can you feel the love tonight? 

[Birds:] 

(Tonight!) 

[Jamie:] 

How it's laid to rest?
It's enough to make kings and vagabonds
Believe the very best 

Before Valiente finished laughing, Grace sneaks off with a child-like smile. 

Valiente looks to see Grace not there. 

"Grace? Where did you go?" Valiente asks looking around for Grace. 

A familiar laugh comes from his left. 

Valiente sighs with realization on what Grace was doing. 

"Okay, I'm coming to find you then." Valiente said smiling. 

The brown bull goes to find the young heifer. 

[Jamie:] 

There's a time for everyone if they only learn
That the twisting kaleidoscope moves us all in turn
There's a rhyme and reason to the wild outdoors
When the heart of this star-crossed voyager beats in time with yours

And can you feel the love tonight? 

[Birds:] 

(Tonight!) 

[Jamie:] 

It is where we are
It's enough for this wide-eyed wanderer
That we got this far

[Birds:]

[Jamie:]

Valiente kept searching for Grace amongst the carnations. 

Suddenly, he felt someone poke him on his left side. 

The brown bull turns to see Grace smiling playfully at him. 

"Tag. You're it." Grace said playfully. 

"Oh, yeah? I'm coming for you, Hon." Valiente said. 

Valiente chases after Grace through the secret carnation field, laughing at the time of their lives. 

Once he caught up to her, Valiente tackles Grace to the ground. 

They both laughed heartily. 

The brown and black mixed cow then kisses Valiente on the cheek again. 

Valiente widens his eyes and looks at Grace. 

Grace looks at Valiente as the stars sparkled and shined on her brown eyes. 

The brown bull felt like his heart had melted. 

The two stared at each other lovingly as Jamie started to finish singing. 

[Jamie:] 

It's enough to make kings and vagabonds
Believe the very best 

(End!) 

Jamie smirks after finishing up singing. 

"Okay, you two lovebirds, let's head back." Jamie says. 

Grace and Valiente snapped out of their trance. 

They both got up and followed Jamie back to the stalls. 

'Well done, Jamie, well done." Grace thought to herself smiling.
