Their daughter was pure and innocent. They knew they'd never have to worry about their baby girl, and with her many Uncle's and Aunt's, it stayed that way. At least, they thought so. Because finding their daughter is such a compromising position, was not for innocent eyes.

The usual sundresses their daughter wore, was scrunched up, a few buttons undone from the top. Her neck was littered with hickeys and - wait, was that a bite mark? Her hair was ruffled, not doubt leaving a bunch of knots for her to get out later. Sure, the two teens were on the couch, simply making out, but, for them to look the way they do, it had to be more than making out that was going on.

But, Emily and JJ didn't want to think or even know about that.

Their daughter looked at them with wide surprised eyes, before scrambling off Rebekah. The silence is uncomfortable, but neither woman know what to say.

"Be honest with us," Emily speaks first, "does this happen everytime we leave for a case?"

"No momma! I swear! This was the first time, we've only been together for three months and her family had business to do here so she came with them as a surprise to me, because I was just talking with her on the phone and wondered if she would ever come see me or even meet you two and she promised me and not even an hour later she showed up on the door step with flowers and I was so happy to see her and-"

"Y/n, darling..." Rebekah says softly, getting Y/n to stop her ramble.

"Sorry.." she whispers, a blush coming across her cheeks.

"How'd you two meet?" JJ asks this time, looking between her daughter, and this still unnamed mystery woman.

"Touring colleges. The school in New Orleans, we were walking through and I accidentally bumped into her, she was sweet and kind, told me things the guide didn't. Why do you think I didn't pick that school? It wasn't only because I wanted to be close to you two, but I didn't want to be paired with a guy or some weird person when I could be home... with you two." She admitted, which made her mothers' hearts ache.

"But, if you didn't go to New Orleans, how did you two come to be together?"

"Ma'am, if I may?" Rebekah spoken up, standing as she looks over at her girlfriend. She gave the two women in front of her a charming smile, then when up to shake their hands. "I'm Rebekah Mikaelson, your daughter's girlfriend. My apologies for earlier, it wasn't my intention for us to go that far. And I had given her my number before the tour ended just hoping she'd call, and I was lucky enough to get a text from her a week later. And, I know it's early, but I do love her. Her mind is exquisite, and she's so kind and helping." Rebekah stated, looking at Y/n. The young woman couldn't stop the tears that feel down her cheeks, never knowing love like this. Sure, her mothers' love was similar, but definitely not like this.

"She's the greatest thing to me, and I will always protect her. I promise, because she is too precious to loose. And whatever you two and whoever else want to say to me, threaten me with the shovel talk, I will happily take it for her." She states with a smile. While Y/n cries happy tears and hugs her girlfriend tightly.

Emily and JJ are shocked, but also, relieved that their baby girl is with someone good and caring. That's all they ever wanted for her.

"While, how we found out is most definitely not the way we would've liked, we are happy you care deeply about her. However, you will have to meet and answer to her Uncles and Aunts."

"Mommy, no! I don't want her to run."

"Darling, I literally just said I love you, and whatever your Uncles and Aunts have to say, I'll still be here, I promise." As if she was sealing a promise, Rebekah kisses Y/n's forehead, causing her girlfriend to sigh softly.

"Fine, but I'm gonna be there too." She pouts  earning a smile from her moms and girlfriend.

But, Rebekah is gonna have to act fast before Penelope digs into her past if she's gonna have to look like she's actually 21.
