It was a sold out show in Springfield, Ohio. Fans were waiting impatiently for the show to start, ready to see their favorite wrestlers beat ass. But as they sat in their seats waiting for the show to start, wrestlers backstage were warming up, ready for the long and probably painful night ahead.

The Raw Women's Championship belt rested on the table, momentarily forgotten as the owner rested her eyes. Y/n's head was laying on Lacey's shoulder, as Alexa rubbed the champion's shoulders. Both women knew after last night's Hell in a Cell match, the champion was sore and tired. And Alexa was all to happy to rub her girlfriend's shoulders.

"No fallin' asleep on my shoulder, little girl." Lacey sassed. Y/n gave a smile, sitting up as she grabbed her girlfriend's hand to stop the massage.

"Sorry, I don't even know why I'm tired." Y/n told as she rubbed her face, before standing and stretching.

"Because your match was hell last night. Shayna gave it too you good, then Rhonda finished you off." Lacey snorted out.

"But, she still won." Alexa told, giving her girlfriend a proud smile, before pecking her lips.

"I love you." Y/n mumbles, looking up at her girlfriend with a loving smile. The blonde haired pink dyed tip wrestler smiled, saying it back, before kissing her again.

Lacey gives a groan, making a face at the couple, but both Alexa and Y/n know, Lacey is their highest supporter.

Everyone around heard the starting theme song of the show start and heard the fans go crazy. Which alerted both Alexa, Lacey, Y/n and Nikki to head to the gorillas for their match.

Alexa helped her girlfriend put her belt on, sharing a sweet kiss, before getting warmed up. Alexa and Nikki's music starts, the short blonde putting on a smirk as she walks out with a hyper Nikki.

Y/n watches with a proud smile, as the camera zooms in on Alexa, before showing a crazily happy Nikki. She watches as they walk down the ramp, then hopped up onto the apron, before slipping inside. "So dramatic." Lacey comments, earning a giggle from Y/n. And then Lacey's music comes on. The older woman sends Y/n a wink, before she walks out, all posh, thinking she's better than everyone else.

The couple minutes Lacey takes to head to the ring, Y/n warms up her body, ready for tonight. A guitar solo starts up, before Ariana starts singing. Y/n walks out with a smile, waving to the crowd as they go crazy for her. They scream and chant for her as the announcer introduces her. "And, her tag team partner, she is from Los Angeles, California, she is the Raw Women's Champion, Y/n Y/l/n!" The crowd goes crazy and Alexa has to hide her smile.

Once in the ring, she stands on the ropes, holding up her belt, smiling widely before handing it to the referee. Lacey playfully tells Y/n to back away, telling her she had this.

The match goes pretty well for the first ten minutes, until Y/n get's tagged in. She doesn't know what happened, but Alexa was suppose to do her finisher move, and Y/n was suppose to catch her. But, instead of her finisher, Alexa kicked straight into her chest, a cry of pain escapes from Y/n's lips, before she falls on the ground, whimpering and whining. The ref immediately stops the match, knowing something's wrong, and calls for a medic as he tries to understand what's wrong. Alexa is at her girlfriend's side, her all that persona dropped, and replaced with a worried and upset girlfriend.

"Y/n, can you tell me what hurts?" The ref asks as the medics rush out.

"Ribs.. hurts to breath... fuck..." Y/n takes shallow quick breaths - only way to stop the pain she's in - closing her eyes to stop the dizziness she suddenly experiences. As the medics slide into the ring, Hunter comes out, a frown on his face as he slides into the ring, checking on his daughter.

"Okay, this will hurt, but I need to see how many ribs are broken." She gives the paramedic a nod, then she cries out as he presses down. Luckily, there's only one broken, but two additional are bruised.

"I'm sorry.." Alexa whispers, but Y/n shakes her head, grabbing her girlfriend's hand and giving it a gentle kiss.

"Not your fault. Kayfabe sucks..." Alexa gives a wet chuckle, feeling horrible that she caused her girlfriend to get hurt.

"Y/n, do you think you can get out, or do you need a stretcher?"

"I can walk out." The medics clear away. Her dad and girlfriend anxiously hover over her, helping when she needs to be helped. The crowd cheers, chanting her name, then go crazy when she smiles and waves at them.

It takes a few minutes before she's able to walk up the ramp, but does it with only her girlfriend's help.

Even though they know what's wrong, she still has to head to the hospital, getting a proper diagnosis before she can be released. And depending on what she does, she's on bed rest for up to six weeks. Which may take longer because she's Y/n, won't rest until she has too. Luckily, she has no major events, so her belt is safe for now.

Alexa apologizes over and over, feeling bad for hurting her girlfriend, but after many reassurances, Y/n promises that it was an accident and happens all the time. Y/n makes sure to show her beautiful girlfriend that she's not mad at her, but Alexa still has that doubt in her mind, worried what others might think. But knows she can play nurse for her girlfriend. So, even though the kayfabe went wrong, she gets a hot sexy nurse to take care of her, so really, was it all that bad?
