A/n: hello my fellow readers here is the next chapter to this story now I only got one comment for which scp the reader will encounter which was 682. but I don't want to go straight immediately to 682 so the first one will be 049.  also the video on top will be the opening for this story cause it fits the reader pretty well. now with that settled let the chapter begin.

Dr. Even's pov

ever since that day with SCP 2060 morphing into what I could assume was it's adult stage, but what got me curious was that SCP 2060 was captured in 682's observation of her containment cell. that aside we were prepping a test with SCP 2060 with 049, which is whose containment cell I'm in front of I took a deep breath hoping that 049 will be cooperative.

Dr. Even: let's hope he will cooperate.

the door to 049's cell opens as I walk in to see 049 sitting at the table in his cell fortunately I brought the file of SCP 2060 with me.

049: ah~ how can I help you Dr. Even?

Dr. Even: 049 I come here to see if your willing to do a test with a SCP.

049: well, that depends on the SCP.

Dr. Even: I'm not sure if you have heard, but the foundation has found a new creature that is designated as SCP 2060. * places the file on the table in front of 049* here's the file we have.

he then begins looking at the file of the info we have on the creature from what I could see is that 049 seems intrigued with the creature.

049: hmm, this creature is intriguing. the fact that it laid a embryo within a human host then later burst out of the chest cavity is interesting enough.

Dr. Even: not only that we attempted to remove the spider like creature from that D-class, but it seemed to have acidic blood.

049: ah, yet it gets more interesting by the minute.

Dr. Even: so what do you think?

049: I will do the test with this creature. I'm curious if it has the pestilence.

Dr. Even: good to hear just follow me.

with that I leave the cell with 049 with some guards incase he tries anything as we walk I hand him a copy of 2060's info so that he can do his own research and theories on 2060. after several minutes we arrived at 2060's containment cell as 049 makes his way towards the door as it opens.

Dr. Even: just to let you know, 2060 tends to hide in the shadows observing before striking.

049: so it's intelligent to do that? I'll keep that in mind.

049's pov

as the door opens I enter this SCP 2060's containment cell seeing some of the lights broken while there are some lights, but still fairly dark to hide.

049: [hmm, it is also fairly warm. maybe 2060 like a more heated environment.]

once I was in the middle of the room the door closes behind me as I can hear the sounds of breathing around me. I then see what looks like a corpse of a D-class personal on the ground, I walk towards the body and examine it to see that the torso has a hole in the middle.

049: [hmm, a blade this size must be able to pierce through some means of armor. *sees another hole in the head* this hole must of been from the second jaw mention in the file.]

then I hear a sound of something landing on the ground to which I turn to face what it was to see the creature form the file. the creature has a domed head standing at around 6-7 feet tall I then see it's tail and see a blade at the end of it. I look at 2060's face to see it has no eyes visable, but is clearly looking directly at me.

049: hello 2060 I am SCP 049 as the people in this foundation call me.

2060: *hiss*

049: do you understand what I'm saying?

I wanted to test this creature's intelligence to be able to understand other people. if it was able to have the intelligence to hunt like a predator and observe it's surroundings I have to be sure. to my surprise it nods to me clearly being able to understand me.

049: that's good...do you have a way to speak to me?

it nodes to me again as it then crouches down as it's body seems to change in sways I can not understand, I am intrigued of it's shapeshifting ability. it then starts to look more human as it's head was now human size with dark hair that covers the eyes as the lower section seemed to take the form of pants?

2060: this...form...will do.

049: ah there's more to you that meets the eye 2060.

2060: thank you for the complement 049, but please call me... Y/n.

049: as you wish Y/n.

Y/n: what do you want to know about me?

049: well not only me, but the ones that imprison us here want to know what species you are.

Y/n: I am a Xenomorph a creature that no human can control.

049: Xenomorph? an interesting name, but how does your species operate?

Y/n: Xenomorphs operate as a hive with the Queen to give drones like me orders to keep the hive in check and eliminate and/or find suitable host for more Xenomorphs.

049: in more ways like a colony of bees or ants. but in your file the hive of the egg they found most of the other eggs were dead except for one.

Y/n: hmm, for that I'm not sure of the events that may have caused that hive to die out, but I'm seemed to be the expectance to that.

049: it seems so my unique friend.

Y/n: I do have a question.

049: ask away.

Y/n: who was that giant lizard woman in a pool of acid?

049: ah~ I see that SCP 682 has caught your eye. she is one of the most dangerous of the beings in here who also despises all forms of life. the people of this facility gave her the title "the Hard To Destroy Reptile."

Y/n: hmm, interesting why is she called that?

049: she has been through many test with other SCPs in attempt to kill her, but seeing as she's still alive I can guess they all failed. she as extremely high strength, speed and reflexes but they can vary depending on her form. though she does possess a regenerative ability to heal from even the most serious injuries.

Y/n: *chuckles* now that sounds like a fun thing to fight.

049: you don't fear her?

Y/n: when it comes to my species there's nothing we fear. not even the humans guns. [except fire that shit burns.]

049: well that's interesting.

*radio like sound in the room*

Dr. Evan: {alright 049, times up.}

049: it seems our time is up, but I do have one question to you.

Y/n: ask away.

049: why is it when you took on a human form? how is it possible and why did you appear to already have pants?

Y/n: well as an embryo we gain traits of our host. I seemed to gain more from my host to know and understand human language and sentences. along taking on a human form not for combat purposes. as for the pants I may be breed to kill, but even the most dangerous killing species have their manners.

I nod to him as he then turns back into his actual appearance while I walk out of the containment cell and returned to mine.

3rd pov

as Dr. Even was listening in on the conversation between 049 and 2060 aka Y/n which intrigued him and surprised that 2060 was capable to speak as well take on the appearance of a human. but he was interested on the fact that 2060 took traits of the host that was a D-class personnel.

Dr. Even: hmm, if 2060 can take traits of the host then... I wonder. *looks at the file of SCP 294* [this may be a mistake or a stupid idea, but what happens if I insert T-rex DNA into 2060.]

-meanwhile at 682's containment cell-

man: hello 682.

682: *groans*

man: look I know your not in the mood, but I'm just following what I'm told to do. so can you please be some what cooperative?

682: fine. If I can ask one in return.

man: that is acceptable. why were you looking at one of the D-class that died in your cell while they were cleaning it?

682: it wasn't the hairless monkey I was eyeing. more like the thing that was inside of him before bursting out through the chest.

man: I see, have you ever encountered this particular species before?

682: no, I have not. nor have I heard of them.

man: well. that's all the questions I was told to ask, but what question do you have?

682: the small creature that burst out of the human's chest. what has happen to it?

man: the reature has been contained since it emerged, but grew after some time and broke containment.

682: *chuckles* sounds like it's a smart one.

man: not only that, but it has killed two guards and scientist that were in the observation room of your cell.

682: hmm, has it been confirmed on what it is?

man: well SCP 2060 has just had a test with 049 and seemed to be in a better mood when talking to 049. as for it's species are called "Xenomorphs" and that it is a male one.

682: intriguing...

man: I got to go.

the man then leaves the observation room as 682 was left in her thoughts of the new SCP especially the name Xenomorph.

682: [hmm, Xenomorph... now I'm curious on what this 2060 is like~]
