Marceline/Markiplier pov.

I sat up in bed stretching then a massive headache. "Ow how much did I have to drink last night?" I groaned holding my head. I looked around to see Chica laying at the far end of the bed. "Good I'm in my own home." I smiled before stretching more and my hand making contact with someone. I instantly froze as I felt their skin. Oh god who is it? Jack? Bob? I slowly look over to confirm who it is when they turned over and I was taken back. "Trishs brother?" I asked myself surprised. He was shirtless and wow. He did have some upper body strength but not like a 6 pack. He looked hotter when sleeping. I slowly get out of bed to not disturb him. Chica seems to have gotten the signal and followed me happily out of the room. I closed the door and walked down the stairs and find my phone. "I have to tell her." I say dialing trishs number. I waited before she picked up.

"Hey I was about to call you. I can't find Nathen. Have you seen him?" She asked as I chuckled lightly.

"Yeah that's why I called......... so I woke up-" I started to explain.

"He's in your bed shirtless?" Trish asked casually.

"Yeah how did you-"

"He always jumped into mom's bed at night when he needed comfort or when she wasn't available mine. He only does that with people he loves or trust. Don't worry he is not one for a one night stand especially what he just went through." Trish explained.

"Alright ill let him know you called and we can just hang out." I suggest when I heard my bedroom door open.

"Uh.... hello...." Nathen called out shyly.

"He's awake gotta go." I said quickly hanging up. "IN THE KITCHEN!" I called out and pulled down some pans as I heard the same gasp from yesterday.

"I'm in Marceline house." He chuckled nervously. "Look I can explain-" he said very worried but I held up a hand for him to calm down. "Sorry but I swear we did not have sex I promise." He said very worried causing me to chuckle.

"I know. Your sister explained." I said to which he leaned back against a wall and sigh in relief.

"Thank goodness. I really didn't want to make things weird." He said. "So since we got that out of the way mind if I-" he started to say until Chica barked happily. "Oh hey girl. How's a good girl? That's right you are!" He said in a baby voice making me laugh. "Mind if I help with breakfast?"

"No I'm good but if you want you can keep Chica occupied." I said as he nodded and turned back to the golden retriever and continued to play with her until I heard a ringing. Nathen looked up.

"That's me I should go answer that." He said annoyed. He then went back to my room. "Hello?- What do you want?- You lost your chance remember?- I don't care what happens between us anymore.- STAY OUT OF MY LIFE!- DON'T CALL AGAIN!" I heard causing me to wonder but then he walked out sadly. "Sorry about me yelling just, uh, problems of the past." He said and pet Chica.

"Was it an ex?" I asked concerned as I flipped some eggs in a pan.

"Yeah my most previous one too." He sighed. "You're wondering what happened huh?" I nodded slowly. "I caught her cheating with my best friend. They were both females." He said sadly. "But hey that's the past and it can create new wounds. You just learn how to deal with reopened ones." He smiled.

"Wow. I'm so sorry." I saw as I hear the eggs sizzling. I take them out and put them on separate plates. "Come on let's eat." He nodded and went to the sink and washed his hands.

"Don't want to eat dog hair." he joked and I laughed taking a bite. "Thanks for not kicking my ass or anything. I know it seems super weird to have one of your fans in your home shirtless."

"No its fine. We didn't do anything so it's good." I said with a smile. "Besides you are attractive." I gave a wink.

"No I'm not." He looked away blushing. "You're just saying that to be nice."

"Why though? You're hot." I say confused.

"Because I'm not. I'm just a funny person with all my looks. I mean I crack up the mirror sometimes when looking into it." He said with a straight face.

"Wow. If all your jokes are like that then we're going to have a great day going around Los Angeles." I smiled ad he smiled back.

"Thanks. You're really awesome." He said. "But uh think we can go by my sister's house I need to get clean clothes." I laughed and nodded.
