(Keva's p.o.v)

I was supposed to be going over to Edd's house at 4 pm.

Which was about five minutes from now.

Her house was just across the street so it would only take me about a minute.

"Kev!"

My green haired friend called from behind me.

"Nat? What is it?! I gotta go! I have to spend 3 hours being bored out of my mind."

"Keva, now is your chance!" She said all exited.

"For what?" I said annoyed.

I gotta go and she's just there keeping me back.

Edd said not be late, she sounded serious too, she's such a dork. A cute dork, but still a dork.

"Toooo ask double cutie oouuuuutt!" She wined.

"Nat! Just..just drop it, ok? I don't even think she likes me, I'm not even sure if she's into girls or not."

"Of course she's into you dude! You're kevedd! meant to be!"

"You're weird, and no Nat, clearly we're not, I wouldn't be surprised if she was going out with Marty."

"She obviously isn't into Marty Keva! I see the way she rejects him. She avoids Marty like he's the plague! Shes not into that! She wants Barr's famous booty."

"Barr's famous what now?!" I said, my face was probably as pale as double dork's.

"You know, Barr's famous booty."

"What?! That's not a thing!" I barked at her.

"Yeah, well, according to the football team it is."

I wanted to say something, but I really had to go.

"Never mind, I gotta go, ok?" I shook my head, grabbed my books, and left.

I ran out the door.

"Bye bye! I'll be here waiting for you until you get back! Don't miss me and my ass too much! Bye!!" She yelled, then slamming my door shut.

I walked over to Edd's house and up her doorsteps.

Just before I was about to knock the door flew open.

Did she watch me come over to her house?

She was dressed like her usual dorky self, not in a super short skirt and red lipstick like she now wore at school. I kind of liked this version of her better, she was being more, herself.

"Why, salutations Keva! I've been expecting you! You're just on time, please enter and remove your filthy sneakers and leave them by the door. Please and thank you."

I looked down at my sneakers, which were covered in dirt and dried mud since I play a lot of sports outside. In a muddy field...

I took them off a left 'em by the door. Then I walked in.

"Please, make yourself at home!" She said walking into her kitchen. "Would you like a snack? An ice cold beverage perhaps?"

"Nah, I'm good."

"Very well then." She said turning around and taking a seat next to me.

"So Keva, how are you?" She said. She seamed kind of nervous, but why?

"I'm fine, you?"

"I am fine as well." She said with a smile.

There was a long awkward silence between us.

(Edd's p.o.v)

Ok, I did watch Keva walk over here, but that's not weird! I was just looking out the window at the time when I saw her walk out over her house.

I couldn't help but keeping thinking about how different Keva's been acting around me.

Before, she seamed to hate me. Always picking on me and pushing me around. She even used to hit me when we were little kids.

And now, she seams to be going out of her way to be friendly to me.

And I do not know why.

I keep on thinking that maybe she likes me, the way she gets all flustered during certain situations. But I know that's just me getting my hopes up. Nobody likes me, at least not in that way. No one but Marty, maybe I am better off taking Marty's proposal to being my boyfriend into consideration. No, I do not like him, not in the slightest bit. But, it's not like anyone else better than he, is going to come along any time soon.

I shall think about it.

Oh dear, Keva is waiting for me. I mustn't get lost in thought, and neglect my new student.

(3rd person p.o.v)

"Oh, would you look at the time, we should be getting started with your lessons, um, where would you like to begin? Is there any subject in particular you are having difficulties with?"

"Yeah, uh, I have a science test next week, and I basically understand nothing."

"Alright then, what are you learning in science?"

"Chemical bonds. I think..."

"Oh, how interesting!" She said enthusiastically. "And what exactly don't you understand?"

"Uh, well, sort of..all..of it?"

"Oh, oh my..why how about we start from the beginning. Please, follow me, I believe I have a text book on this." She said grabbing her hand and dragging her up to her bed room.

(Time skip, I'm not about to act like I'm smart and know all of this information.)

"Ok, do you feel that you now understand chemical bonds better?"

"Yeah sort of, I don't really get all of it, but I understand it a little better I guess."

"Well...that is a very good first start, we shall continue this session tomorrow, or any time that is suitable for you and your schedule."

"Tomorrow works if that's ok with you."

"Alright, then it's a date!"

Keva blushed when she  said date, even though she knew that she didn't really mean it in that exact context.

"Yeah.. So what do you wanna do now dorkenstein?"

"Well, I'm not quite sure. What would you like to do Keva?"

"Uhh, I.." Then, she was interrupted by the notification alarm on Eddaline's phone.

"Aren't you gonna check that?"

"Huh? Oh! Yes! Of course, just give me a second."

She picked up the phone staring at the screen, her look of curiosity seamed to fade into a look of disinterest.

"What is it? Or who is it?" Keva asked.

"Oh, it's just Marty."

"Oh." She said feeling a mixture or disappointment and sadness. "Edd...?"

"Yes Keva?"

"...do you like him?"

"To whom are you referring to?"

"You know, Marty. Guy with the piercings and blue hair?"

"Yes I know Marty? And what do you mean by 'do I like him'?"

"Do you have a crush on Marty Edd." She asked looking hurt.

"Why, I certainly do not! Why would you assume this?" She said looking all flustered.

"I don't know, because I see him flirting with you on a daily basis."

"Yes, I am aware of that fact, but I do not harbour any romantic feelings nor sexual desire for Marty Kanker. But Keva, may I ask you this? What is with the sudden interest with me and my life?"

Keva felt her face become hot and her tongue get tied into a knot, enabling her from speaking. She started to break out into a cold sweat.

"I-I uh, I just, you, and I..I really like ...and mean I love..uhh." She said, words just fumbling out of her mouth.

"It's ok Keva." Edd sighed shaking her head. "You don't have to answer me if you do not want to."

Keva nodded.

She couldn't hide her feeling from Edd much longer, it was killing her inside.

She had to make her move.

She placed her hand on her knee and slowly slid it up her thigh and back down. Slowly caressing it causing Edd to blush. Edd just stared at the had.

"Do you, like someone, Edd.~"

"W-wh-what?!" She practically shrieked.

"Well? Answer me.~"

"Uhh, I-I...!"

"Do you like me?"

At this point Edd's face was as red as a tomato.

(Edd's p.o.v)

"Do you like me?"

What's with her sudden change of behaviour?

I do not know how I'm even supposed to respond to this!

Does this mean she has feelings for me?

Do I just tell her I like her?

"W-what? Why-why-why would you even ask th-at?" I tried my best not to stutter, but I have failed miserably.

"Because, Edd, I...I just..*sigh* I like you. Ok?"

"You l-like me?"

"Yeah, and before you get confused again, don't like you like a friend. I like you like you."

There was a very long awkward silence between them.

"Do you like me back?" Keva asked.

"Keva I-I..."

"You know what Edd, it's ok. I know it was stupid to think that you would feel the same way. I ..I just..I gotta go, ok? I left the oven on..." She said getting up and walking out of her room.

Edd just sat there bewildered and watched her go.

After about a minute she snapped out of her trance and ran after her.

(Edd's p.o.v)

Eddaline's! What are you thinking?! The girl you like just said she has a crush on you! And you're just watching her walk out of your life?!

So I ran after her.

She was moving quickly, but I had finally caught up to her.

"Keva wait!" I said grabbing her hand.

"What is it dork!?" She barked at me making me flinch and let go of her arm.

"K-Keva?" I said quietly.

Her expression softened and she came closer to me.

"*sigh* what is it Edd?"

"I..I do, like you back." I said looking down at my feet.

"You..you do?" She said with a smile.

I just nodded.

Then all of a sudden she gave me a really tight hug, which startled me greatly.

I slowly hugged her back.

We both slowly pulled away from each other.

"So Keva, may I ask you something "

"Ask away dork."

"So, we have already established that we both share feelings for each other, what do we do now?"

"Um, well. Dork, would you like to go on a date with me?"

"Of course, where shall we be going?"

"It's a surprise." She said booping my nose. "I gotta go."

"See ya dork!" She said walking out the door.

...what just happened?

Well that chapter sucked ass.
