It's been a week since the first meetup , and Louis was quite confused . He hoped Harry would ask him on a proper date , though he never did - all their meetings were just 'meetups' and 'hanging out' .

"I don't know , Ni . He's obviously flirting , but - he never mentioned a date ." Louis sighed and leaned his head on his hand , picking at his lunch .

"Maybe he's nervous ." Niall suggested , Louis pouted , "Harry isn't the type to be nervous , he's been quite touchy-feely with me this whole week . I'm starting to like him , he's really sweet and charming , like you said . He compliments me and makes me smile and laugh a lot , and I really want to have a chance with him ."

Niall opened his mouth to say something but closed it quickly and nudged Louis' foot with his own , "Harry's coming over ."

Louis straightened up , his heart racing a bit . Soon enough he felt presence next to him , "Hey Lou ."

He turned his head and smiled , "Hi Harry ."

Harry gave his cheek a quick peck before turning to Niall , "Hey , Niall . Uhm , I don't want to be rude , but -"

"No no it's okay , I'll leave you two to talk ." Niall said and quickly left , Louis turned to Harry , "You need to talk to me ?"

"Yeah ." Harry nodded , "I was thinking , since we're seeing each other quite a lot , why don't we go on a date ? I mean , it's obvious we like each other , isn't it ?"

Louis raised his eyebrows in surprise , his mouth slightly dry . He nodded , clearing his throat . "Y-Yeah , yeah okay ."

Harry grinned at him and placed his arm around his waist , bringing him into a hug . Louis returned the hug , burying his face shyly in his shoulder . Harry pulled his head back a little and pressed a kiss to his temple , "You're really cute ."

Louis looked away shyly , smiling softly at the ground . Harry saw Tom and Bart from the corner of his eye , they were pressed close as they ate their lunch together , feeding each other and laughing . He forced himself to focus on Louis , so he brought him into his side , "What do you say about Friday night ? We can go out somewhere , or we can stay in and have some quiet time together ."

Louis fiddled with his fingers , "I don't really mind . As long as it's casual ."

"Alright . Leave it to me , then ." Harry squeezed him softly and pressed another kiss to his temple .

"Harry , can we talk for a minute ?" Zayn asked , Harry nodded and walked with him to the side . "What is it ?"

"What's your deal ?"

"What do you mean ?"

Zayn rolled his eyes , clearly unamused . "First you tell me you're crushing on Tom , you like him more than a friend , then the second you find out he has a boyfriend you go off to someone else . What's your deal ?"

Harry sighed , "Don't worry Zee , I know what I'm doing ."

"Doesn't look like it to me ."

"I just need to get Tom jealous , that's all . That's the only way I can get him to notice me ."

"So you're using Louis ?"

"No , I'm -"

"You're using him ."

"I'm not !"

"You're fucking leading him on , mate . You know very well that his heart will break when he finds out you used him ."

"He won't . I'll just tell him things don't work anymore ."

"And what if Tom never notices you ?"

"Then I'll think of something else ."

"Using more people ?"

"I'm not using Louis !"

"You keep telling youself that . But just so you know , I will not be there for you when you fuck up things with Louis ." He pointed a finger at him before turning around and leaving .

"So , Harry ." Tom started , "Heard you have a date ."

"Yeah , I'm going out with Louis on Friday ." Harry said proudly , smiling . "He's amazing . All tiny and cute ."

"Well good luck with your date , tell us how it went ." Tom winked , his smile widening as Bart sat next to him , lacing their fingers together . "Hey love ."

"Hi ." Tom pecked his cheek , Harry mentally rolled his eyes , annoyed . Bart is an asshole , Tom should be with me .

He was caught up in scenarios in his head about Tom leaving Bart for him , before he was brought out when the school bell rang , signaling it's time for their last class before going home .

He walked ahead of the couple so he wouldn't have to suffer watching them being cute together , when he found himself thinking about Louis .

He's cute , shy , sweet , small , has a soft voice , pretty smile , adorable laugh . What's not to like about him ? 

Well , in Harry's eyes , he's not Tom . But he's Louis .

Soon they entered the classroom , Harry still caught up in thoughts about Louis . He planned their date during class , and before he knew it the bell rang , signaling it's time to go home .

He walked out of the classroom towards the exit , seeing Louis worming his way to the exit aswell , looking small between the students .

He smiled to himself before catching up to him , prodding his side softly . Louis jumped and caught his hand , turning to face him . 

"I told you not to do that ." He pouted , Harry chuckled and brought him closer , "It's just funny how quickly you jump ."

"You're mean ." Louis pushed him away half-heartedly , Harry brought him into his side and kept his arm around his shoulders as they exited the school . the wind was blowing coolly , ruffling Louis' soft fringe .

"Come on , I'll drive you home ." Harry pulled Louis with him to his car , opening the passenger's door for him . Louis thanked him with a smile and got in , Harry got in the driver's and pulled out of the parking spot .

They reached Louis' house ten minutes later , Harry got out of the car to say proper goodbye .

"I'll see you tomorrow , yeah ?" He said , Louis nodded , "Yeah , 'course ."

"And about our date ." He pulled back a little to look at him , smiling slightly wider at the sight of Louis blushing at the mention of their date . "Friday night at my place , I'll come to pick you up at seven thirty . We'll have a movie marathon with snacks and candy , and just cuddle . Get to know each other some more ."

Louis smiled softly and nodded , "Okay ."

Harry kissed his cheek , "See you ."

"See you ." Louis waved as he got in the car , watching him drive away before skipping into his house , a grin on his lips .
