It was evening in the mansion,Lucy was getting ready,why for a party of course!Today Natsu's family held a welcoming party for her and was really excited.

"And done"she said as she twirled in her pink gown.It had been a while since she had dressed so elegantly.

"Ms Lucy?Master Natsu requests your presence"a maid said as she knocked on the door

"Coming"Lucy said as she grabbed her purse

When Lucy opened the door,she saw a maid looking at her sweetly

"Why miss you look so beautiful!"

"Thank you and you don't need to call me miss all the time,Lucy is fine"

"Haii"

Lucy waved at maid and then went down the hallway

"Damn it I should've asked for directions" but she stopped when she looked at a girl who was standing near the portrait.She had short platinum hair and was looking at the pictures.Lucy couldn't see her face though

"Hey-"but the girl ran and was soon out of sight

"Weird..."

"Lucy are you in here?"Lucy recognised that voice

"Natsu!"

"God you got me worried sick"he said as he embraced her

"Gomene I just got a little...Uh.... lost?"said said uncertain

"Well you're okay now right?"

"Yeah..."

"Well then we better get going.We have a party to attend"he reached his hand out to her

She smiled and held his hand as the two walked down the hallway hand in hand

"Ne Natsu"

"Hm?"

"Are you sure they'll be fine?"

"With what?"he asked

"Me you know being your soulmate?"Lucy said hesitantly

"For the last time of course they're fine with it.Your just nervous about this"he said

"You think?"

"Trust me.When I came here for the first time I was the same-"

"Except you fell on the steps when you were trying to make a good impression"she finished

"Yeah that too"he scratched the back of his head

As the two finally stopped at the door,Lucy held his hand tightly

"W-woah you got a killer grip"he said

"Oh sorry"she loosened the grip on his hand

"Ready?"

"Ready as I'll ever be"
