Explaining Myself (24/04/20)

I hate having to explain myself.

It's a constant battle between 'I want people
to know how I'm feeling so that I don't
have to pretend to be happy all the time
and the need to keep it all locked away in my rib cage
until the urge to hurt myself becomes too overwhelming.
