I know that you saw me today, but did either of say a word?  

That's the way that I want it to be.

Don't you even dare talk to me-

Not for all the money in the world!

Oh, and by the way, people keep bring you up.

Want to know what I do?  Tell them to shut up!

And by the way, I hope you don't think of me

Because the way that I see

We could never become friends again, much less aquaintances

Don't say a word against, that's just how it is

No, it's not my fault, but all your own

If you thought that I didn't call enough, well, you had a phone

You could have called me

And maybe things would be

So different between us, but it's not.
