I woke up and the first thing that greeted me was the white ceiling.

I tried sitting up but groaned instead. I looked at my side and saw y/n all bandaged up.

"Y/n..?" I called her and she slowly open her eyes. She then looked at me before smiling.

"How did you get here?" She asked but I shake my head.

"Don't ask how I got here, look at you!" I said but she only smiled.

"I'm fine if I have support to go home." She said then I stand up.

I held her hand before helping her stand up. She slide on her shoes then smiled at me.

"Let's get home." I said.

Y/n locked her arms with mine for support as I walk her home.

"Are you seriously okay?" I asked her again then she nodded.

"Jeno, do you ever get the feeling that you want to meet your soulmate already?" She asked then I hummed.

"All the time.." I said then she nodded.

"Then.. do you have a connection with your soulmate?"

Wait.. what is this feeling? My heart is beating so fast..

Yet, I feel sad..

"To be honest.. I don't know." I said then she frowned.

She unlocked her arm with mine and I glance at her. She was avoiding eye contact with me.

She suddenly moved a little, creating a distance.

I walked closer to her and intertwined her hands with mine.

"What are you—"

I then kissed her to shut her up.
