AUGUST HADN'T really realized that she now had billons of eyes on her and people were watching her every single move.

Whether people hated her or loved her they were always going to be watching her.

The privacy she once had was completely destroyed and she could only find herself being at peace when she was with Angelina, Josh, Olivia, and Jacob.

She felt as if she had almost ruined that peace with Josh with the almost sorta, maybe she was dreaming kiss she had with him, but Josh seemed to be just fine.

It was like nothing out of the ordinary had happened between the two of them.

She didn't realize that the comments on her recent post would spark a topic like that whatsoever.

She didn't know how she felt about Josh but she knew that her and Jacob were friends and that's the only way she saw it.

August sighed as she closed Instagram and ran her hands through her hair. She couldn't do much and she knew she couldn't sway people's opinions.

She had been the only one in the apartment as the other girls had more to film than her which left her alone with her thoughts.

Ashe rolled off of her bed and grabbed the camera from its spot before turning it on.

"I think boys are confusing but I know that I can also be a confusing person." She said, "A lot of he said she said when someone hadn't said anything in the first place and it seems to drive people apart. I know I don't want that."

She stood from her spot and opened her closet door. A couple of days ago Josh had gotten her a ukulele and she had been practicing ever since.

"There's this in French called La Vie En Rose and though I know little to no French I found the lyrics in English and thought it would be fitting for my current mood."

August had never ever posted herself singing or dancing. The only video that she knew that had been posted of her dancing was a video she made with Angel before she left to work on Knight Squad.

"I'm learning the song on the ukulele still but let's see how much I've learned."

She grabbed the camera and the ukulele and headed towards the bathroom. She left like she could have all her emotions bounce off the walls in the echoed place.

She sighed and sat in the bathtub, "I'm not sad or anything. I'm just confused. Like, I feel one way about him and then again I'm pushing that feeling away because I'm scared of rejection I guess."

August liked Josh and she just didn't know if it was worth losing him as a friend or her job.

"Anyways, the song."

She strummed the ukulele and began singing.

"Hold me close and hold me fast. This magic spell you cast, this is la vie en rose. When you kiss me, Heaven sighs
and though I close my eyes, I see la vie en rose."

She soon stopped singing and stopped recording all together and just sat in the bathtub.

August had felt a thousand emotions in one but only one stuck out further than the others.
