For those who don't know, Fallon is an author who I believe has it in her to make it all the way as a *soon to be* published author.

Since posting on Wattpad eight years ago (freaking incredible), she's written 15 books, her most popular being, Did You Get My Good Side?. Though I know that novel is one to beat, I would suggest time and time again, her latest novel, Fake It. In the world we live in today, our lives are ruled by the Internet, and moreover, by our phones; though in theory this is a miraculous idea, sometimes the Internet does more harm than good - and I know our leading lady and her attractive counterpart from Fake it feel the same way. Fake It follows Cassidy 'Sugar' and Oliver as they navigate the rough waters of online dating. After messaging, meeting, and leaving with the bitter brew of coffee burning Oliver's legs, we find that the Internet doesn't always make things easier - but it does make things a lot more fun. From the get go we get to watch as these quick talking and utterly attractive individuals attempt, and fail, to get to know one another. I can only imagine what high-jinks our lovely author has planned next for these two star crossed lovers. Fake It has all the makings of a best seller, and I honestly can't wait to pick it up again!

Since getting to know Fallon, I've learned that she's my favorite kind of author - authentic, while having an unmatched way with words. As we know, anyone can pick up a pen or click a few keys on a keyboard, but it takes a special breed like ourselves to know what to do with the written word. This my friends, is where Fallon comes in. Now having written for eight years (give or take), I can't think of one person I would trust more with a story. Her dialog is written in such a way that will leave you wishing you yourself had written it, and furthermore, her characters - the ones speaking this gorgeous dialog - are somehow better than that. We have here an author that values backgrounds of characters, adding complexity and little flaws that make people (and characters) who they are. I have a feeling you'll all be hooked on Fake It in no time!

I would like to give my personal congratulations to this amazing author! You will be featured both here, and on my website!

For anyone that would like to get to know inkedlimerence better, check out the interview below!

How long have you been on Wattpad?
Eight years in June. Gosh, I'm showing my age now.

How long have you been writing?
I've been writing for ten years. I have to say I was interested in 2007, but I didn't take the plunge until 2009.

When did you first realize you wanted to write?
I fell in love with stories because of my father. Listening to his phrases, pacing (the pauses and the tone, I wanted to hear more. The humor, sarcasm, and moral of the story, what he learned. I wanted to share my stories like my father.

What do you like to do when you're not writing?
Reading. Spending time with family and friends. Day-dream while listening to music. Movies and television shows, k-dramas!

Do you hear from your readers much? What kinds of things do they say when you do?
Yes. Some days, it's quiet and then some I'm flooded with messages/comments/feedback. They range from "What beautiful description!", "Oh my god, this is literally addictive," or "The dialogue had a nice flow." Readers fan-girl, help me in what works and what to improve on.

What do you think makes a good story?
Complex and flaw characters. Also the story finding its purpose, asking questions.

How do you go about writing a chapter?
I start with jotting down ideas or the "skeleton" of the chapter. I begin writing the chapter on paper while listening to instrumental music (my go to is Kingdom Hearts II orchestra). Then I type up the first draft in Word Document.

What gives you inspiration?
Mannerisms and people's habits. These small details fascinate me. I wonder, "When did this begin? How does it continue to do so? Is there a hidden story behind it?" Then I explore and image the character. I know these things don't become the character's identify it's just one way of understanding them.

Who influences your writing?
My family and friends. Sometimes strangers as well.
Authors: J.K. Rowling, Kevin Kwan (love the third person omniscient narrator), Shakespeare, Jodi Picoult, Diana Wynne Jones, and so many others!

How would you describe yourself as a writer?
Slow writer. I tend to overwrite, and I'm learning to give myself grace. I focus on physical descriptions, flashbacks, and internal thoughts.

What's your favorite genre to write under?
General Fiction/Realistic and ChickLit. Of course with a splash of romance. I'm exploring other genres like Fantasy, Teen Fiction, and Werewolf.

What's one of your favorite stories on Wattpad?
Gosh! That's definitely to choose.
I'm in love with Leftover Woman @MeiSummer and
The Woman Who Ruined His Life @aggie23FF
Recently, I found this amazing story, Hot Like Ice @Hubrism ! It's so good!

And finally, what's one of your favorite stories you've written on Wattpad?
"In Between" has a special place in my heart. Rosemary is my lovely character that goes through struggles. I've been on a rollercoaster journey with the story. It used to be called "Nerd Life in High School". It's going through a new narrative and focus. Inspired by the third person omniscient narrator being a character. Plus, Nate Cloud is complex and ... he surprises me every time.
