As soon as Scott, Liam and I got home, I ran upstairs to get changed into something more comfortable.

Kira had found Brett, unfortunately (Yeah, I still hate him), and we were going to help him hide. A fight with assassins was probably included and I didn't feel like doing that in heels and a dress.

As I headed back downstairs, I heard Scott and Liam talking. I paused by the door, not wanting to intrude.

"I'm not like you"

"Not yet"

"I don't mean I'm not strong or I'm never gonna learn how to be in control. I mean everything else"

There was a pause before Liam spoke again.

"You and your friends try to protect everyone. Have you been doing this the whole time? I mean, how are you all still alive?"

I swallowed the lump in my throat. But not all of us are still alive; Allison, Aiden.

"Not all of us are" Scott replied sadly.

I squeezed my eyes shut, stopping the tears forming from falling. I walked into the room and Liam and Scott both looked up at me.

"Ready to go?" I asked.

"Let me take Liam home" Scott said.

I nodded and Liam followed my brother out of the door. I sighed and flopped down onto the couch.

I wonder if Lydia is having any luck with Meredith.

As soon as Scott and I entered the place were Kira had taken Satomi's pack, Kira came running towards us, crashing her lips to my brothers.

I turned away awkwardly whilst they made out. Right in front of me.

I coughed after a moment and they both pulled away, blushing a little. Kira smiled at me and pulled me into a hug.

"Is your mom-"

"She's okay. Healing"

"What about you?" Scott asked.

"Me?" Kira questioned.

"Are you okay?"

"Right now?" She looked into my brother's eyes. "Very"

"Okay, as adorable as you both are- I can't believe I just said that- can we discuss what we're going to do about the assassins that are currently hunting us down" I said, crossing my arms over my chest.

Scott looked at Kira. "Did you find Brett?"

"Actually, I think I found all of them" Kira grabbed Scott's hand and I cautiously walked behind them.

"Satomi, this was who I was telling you about" Kira said to an older woman. Satomi? Where have I heard that name before.

"I know who Scott McCall is" Satomi said bluntly.

I let out a laugh. "Doesn't everyone"

Apparently nobody found that comment funny so I just stood there awkwardly whilst a pack of werewolves stared at me weirdly.

"Are we safe here?" A little girl asked.

"We're gonna need help" Scott said, glancing at me and Kira.

"Lots of help"

We had been stood, discussing our next move, for a couple of minutes when Brett started to growl. I rolled my eyes as we followed him.

"Wait! Wait! Brett!" My brother yelled at the angry werewolf, who was about to attack someone. I rounded the corner and realised that Chris was here. "This is his place" Scott continued. "It's his"

Brett stopped growling and retreated back to us.

"Scott, if you bring in guests, you could have called" Chris said, lowering his gun.

"I didn't have anywhere else to take them" Scott said.

"I know this man" Satomi said from behind me, making me jump out of my skin. "He may not remember, but we've met before"

Chris looked confused.

Hell, I was confused.

"You can trust him" Scott promised."I trust him"

"How do we know he's not like the others?" Satomi asked.

"What others?" Chris said curiously.

"Last night, there was a whole team after them. And they used crossbows" Kira handed him an arrow.

I looked at Allison's crossbow that was slung over my shoulder.

Chris twirled the arrow around, examining it.

"They're hunters, aren't they" I spoke up.

"Not if they're killing for profit. Not anymore" Chris replied.

"Can they find us" Brett asked.

"They might already know you're here. Maybe they're waiting for dark" Chris answered.

"So we're not safe here" Kira looked at Scott.

"We're not safe anywhere" Satomi reminded her. She then turned to Chris. "We've been trying to get out for days. Everywhere we turn, we find someone new trying to kill us"

"If they're coming Scott, they're coming for you too. You're still number one on the dead pool" Chris said.

"I know. I know Lydia can get the answer from Meredith, she just needs more time" Scott said.

"Then that's what she'll get"

I looked at Scott and he looked back at me.

I let out a sigh. "I think we should call Derek"

Scott turned around from his spot by the window and started walking to Derek. He passed Braeden, who was loading her gun and Kira, who was looking very nervous. I was twirling an arrow around between my thumb and finger when he passed me. I looked up and gave him a reassuring smile.

"They'll be okay" he said to Derek, who was looking anxiously at the pack.

"They've got claws and fangs, but they're not fighters" Derek said, walking over to Braeden.

"That's why I called you" Scott said, standing next to Kira.

"Well, try to remember I don't have claws and fangs anymore either" Derek reminded.

"That's why he called me" Braeden said nodding towards Derek.

"Am I the only one still hoping this is all just a false alarm" Kira said worriedly. "I mean it's possible we could wait here all night and nothing happens, right?"

I exchanged a glance with my brother, who then looked up at Derek.

"Scott, you heard anything from Stiles or Lydia yet?" Braeden asked.

"Lydia's still talking to Meredith and Stiles and Malia headed to the lakehouse" Scott said. "They're trying to stop it" he looked between Derek and Braeden.

"What if there is no stopping it?" Brett asked from behind us. Scott and I turned around to look at him. "What if it doesn't end until we're all dead"

Everyone looked between each other, waiting for someone to speak.

"Then let's send a message" Derek said. I whipped my head around to face him again. "Let's make tonight perfectly clear to anyone with a copy of that list. Doesn't matter if they're professional assassins, hunters, or an amateur who just picked up a gun" He shrugged, looking between everyone in the room.

"Anyone who thinks they can hunt and kill us for money. Is gonna be put on another list, our list. They get to be a name on our dead pool"

"How many do you think there are" I wondered aloud.

"Assassins?" Scott asked. I nodded.

"There was a lot when I found Brett and Lori" Kira said.

I looked down at the floor. "Do you think that there's enough of us?"

"Are you saying you wanna back out. Is this all too much for you to handle" Brett said smugly.

"I wasn't talking to you" I snapped. "And just so you know, I can kill you before you even have the chance to blink. And right now, I'm that close to doing it" I held up my fingers showing a inch of space between them.

Before Brett had the chance to respond anything, alarms went off throughout the building. I stood up and grabbed the crossbow. I took a deep breath. This is my first fight. I have to be brave. I have to be fearless.

"Promise me you wont do anything stupid" Scott said to me. I stared at him, unsure of what to say. "Rebecca, promise me"

"I don't make promises"

The assassins came through the door, their guns trained on us. I slowly started to circle around them, keeping way out of their sight. Once I was behind them, I let an arrow fly, and it hit one of them, making him fall to the ground. I smiled in satisfaction. Another turned around and fired at me but I ducked in time.

I rolled over behind the weird sheet thing and started darting in and out of the hidden spaces, making sure to aim at the assassins. All I could hear was gunshots echoing throughout the room.

Someone grabbed me from behind and I swung the bow arround, knocking him out. I looked around and saw my brother fighting three of them. I ran past and saw Chris in front of Satomi, shooting one of the assassins. I aimed at the guy and the arrow hit him in the chest. Chris looked at me in shock for a moment and then opened his mouth to shout my name. Immediately, I ducked down and the assassin came tumbling down next to me. Derek offered me a quick smile before standing back to back with Braeden, both of them pointing their guns in the air.

The man on the floor started to move so I bent down and punched him in the jaw. He spat out blood and tried to push me off but I used my body weight to keep him pinned down.

Suddenly, I felt a blow to my face and I fell to the floor. Something warm trickled down my cheek. Blood. I saw a red dot pointed at me and I grabbed my bow and shot the man's foot. He yet out a yell and fell to the ground. The annoying asshole, who I was trying to keep pinned down, started to sit up so I kicked him in the ribs a couple of times until he finally gave up on moving.

I ran round a corner and saw Scott and Brett parting ways. As my brother passed me and grabbed my shoulders, checking me over.

"I'm okay" I reassured.

He went to speak but then pulled me down to the ground instead. Bullets wizzed past my head.

"Go!" I hesitated for a moment before jumping up and following Brett.

I could hear my brother shouting for Kira in the distance. I turned around, wanting to go back but I heard a yell. Quickly, I ran forwards to see Brett on the floor and a guy towering over him, about to shoot. About a million thoughts raced through my brain but without properly thinking it through, I ran towards the assassin, tackling him to the ground. His gun was pointed at my chest and I grabbed it with both hands, trying to pull it upwards. His hand pulled the trigger and the bullet narrowly missed the side of my head. I kneed the guy in the ribs and his grip on the gun loosened. I smacked it out of his hand and it slid across the ground. He tried to push me off but I pushed his head down with such force that it knocked him out. I scrambled up, grabbing the crossbow and turned to face Brett who was staring at me in disbelief.

"Don't just stand there! Come on!" I yelled, running back through to the other way. I arrived just in time to see my brother attacking one of them. Brett dropped to the floor next to a blond girl. Another assassin appeared by the doorway and I quickly shot him down.

The girl started to cry and I looked up to where Scott was. He looked like he was about to rip one of the men to shreds.

"Keep control Scott" I whispered, hoping he would hear. I saw him pause, his body going still.

Argent peered his head around the corner, looking around for any sight of another assassin. I stayed on the ground in front of Brett and Lori, ready to fire an arrow at anyone who walked in.

I heard a phone buzzing and saw Scott's head bend down. I slowly started to stand up. I watched my brother pull the man's phone out of his pocket and read the text. He turned the phone around so the man could read it.

"Scott?" I asked quietly. He turned around to face me, his eyes glowing red. Then he hopped off of the table where he had been holding the man down. He shifted back to normal.

"Are you okay?" he asked looking over my body at the cuts and bruises visible.

"I'm fine"

"Are you sure?" He didn't look convinced.

"I'm sure"

I started to walk towards the main part of the room. My heavy boots were beating down on the hard floor. Kira noticed Scott and they started to follow me as I looked around. Derek and Braeden seemed to be doing the same thing, both looking as confused as I was. As I walked past Chris, he gave me a simple nod, which I returned.

"Is it over?" Kira asked quietly. "Really over?"

Neither my brother or I responded.

How can we know for sure that this is definitely over?

We could have started something completely new, even more dangerous.

Fear of the unknown.

We didn't know if this really was over not.

"Chris!" I shouted, running over to him, just before he got into his car.

"Here" I handed him Allison's crossbow.

He pushed it away. "It's yours now"

"Are you sure?"

"Allison would have wanted you to have it" he gave me a weak smile. I returned it and hugged him tightly.

"Thank you" I whispered. He patted my back and climbed into the car.

I waved goodbye and then turned around to find Scott.

"Hey!" I heard Brett's voice and rolled my eyes. "Hey! Rebecca!" I groaned and turned around on the spot.

"Can I help you?" I raised my eyebrows.

"I just wanted to say" he paused as I watched him expectantly. "Thank you"

"That's cute Brett" I said, sarcasm dripping off my tongue.. "Is that what they taught you in how-not-to-be-an-asshole management" I said with a smirk.

"Look, I know we got off on the wrong foot but can we just, you know, start over again?"

I bit my lip and looked at him. I'm always one to forgive easily. And that's not always a good thing.

"Bex!" Scott yelled from his motorbike.

I sighed and handed Brett my phone. "Text me. Maybe we can meet up one day and sort things out"

He smiled and punched his number into my iPhone. "Thanks for saving my life" he yelled after me.

"Whatever" I muttered, knowing he would be able to hear.

"Why were you talking to Brett?" Scott asked, handing me a helmet.

I shrugged. "I guess he wanted to thank me for saving his stupid werewolf ass" I said as I swung my leg over onto the back of his bike.

He laughed and started up the engine.

"Oh, by the way, can we stop off at Liam's?"

"At Liam's house?" Scott asked.

"Yeah, I need to speak to him"

"It's kinda late" he argued.

"I'll only be five minutes"

He sighed. "Fine"

"Woah, what happened to you?" Liam asked as he opened his front door.

"Nice to see you too" I rolled my eyes, stepping inside.

"Do you want a, uh, drink?" he asked, scratching the back of his neck awkwardly.

"I'm good thanks. Scott's waiting outside so I won't be long" I sat down on the couch next to him.

"So you wanted to talk?"

"Um, yeah" I tried to think of what to say. I should have rehearsed this in my head before I came. "I wanted to talk about-" my phone buzzed and Brett's name flashed up on the screen. Liam snatched my phone from the couch and frowned.

"Why is Brett texting you?" he asked, annoyance clear in his voice.

I chuckled nervously. "Long story"

"I have all night"

I sighed. "Kira found Satomi's pack, the one Brett's in, and took them to a place to hide. Turns out, it wasn't safe and a massive group of assassins tried to kill all of us. Scott, Kira, Derek, Braeden, Chris, Satomi's pack and I all fought them. Basically, an assassin was about to kill Brett so I, uh, saved his life" I explained in as least detail as possible.

"I would have just left him there" Liam mumbled.

"Look, I don't like him either-"

"So why is he texting you?" he growled.

"He came over to me to say thanks and said he wanted to 'start over again'. We didn't have chance to talk because Scott wanted to go so I gave him my number so we could meet up and talk" I said.

Liam looked down at the floor guiltily. He must have heard my heartbeat and known I was telling the truth.

"I'm sorry" he admitted.

"This leads me on to what I wanted to talk about" I said. He looked up at me, his blue eyes meeting mine. "What are we Liam?"

"Me and you?"

"Yeah"

"What do you want to be?"

I thought for a moment before pressing my lips to his. Our lips moved in sync and he pulled my body closer towards him, deepening the kiss.

The door burst open, making us jump apart. Scott was looking at us with his arms crossed.

"We have to go" He grabbed my wrist and started to pull me out the door.

"But-" I tried to protest but what was the point. When we got outside, I stopped to look at him. "Before you freak out, I just wanna say that I really like Liam so please don't eat him or I'll hate you forever"

"Why would I eat him?" Scott frowned at me. I shrugged. "Look, I'm sorry for interrupting but Lydia called and it was kinda an emergency and I didn't wanna interrupt both of you but-" Scott ran his hand through his hair awkwardly.

"It's okay. It was just a heat of the moment thing. And we're not actually officially dating yet..." I trailed off.

"I thought that's what you were both talking about?"

"Well we didn't quite get to the 'Will you be my girlfriend part' because we were interrupted" I gave him a glare.

"I panicked, okay"

I rolled my eyes at him and he just laughed and started the engine. I put on my helmet and Scott drove us back to our house.

Home sweet home.

Sorry for not updating for ages. I haven't had chance because I'm still in Manchester and I'm really busy. I'm also sorry that their wasn't much Lebecca. It's really annoying when he's not in the episode because I never know how I should write it. And this definitely wasn't my best writing so I will try my best to write an extra chapter. It should hopefully be up by the weekend.
