Nya sat against the cell door. A tear trickled down her face. Where had Cole gone? Was he alright? Nya stood up and started pacing. There were three options. He was here. He had returned home. He was dead. Nya didn't dwell on the last one. She focused her attention on finding him here.

She walked off down the corridor. Then she heard a bang behind her. The door had been opened and a man was leading someone in. He stopped when he saw his colleagues unconscious form. He looked round and said "drunk" then he put his captive in a cell and walked down the corridor towards Nya.

She was hiding in an alcove in the wall and if he looked this way she would be seen. Then a man came from the other end of the corridor and stopped looking at the first man. "Karl" said The man "You are wanted in block 3" the man walked away.

Nya decided to follow Karl. He walked down through cell block two which only had one occupied cell from which came flashes of lightning. He then turned towards a metal door with bars as a window. Above it a sign read " block 3. torture room" he walked through the door and Nya was about to turn around when she heard Coles voice.

"So" said Karl "you are known to have have hidden an elemental master" "I never did" said Cole. Nya went up to the bars and looked through. Cole was chained to a post and Karl was putting something in a fire. "We have run a test on you" said Karl "you have been in the presence of the masters of Ice, Water and Earth in the last day"

"Water?" Said Cole " I've never seen the master of water in all my life" Cole realised he had made a mistake as Karl turned round "so you admit being in the presence of Ice and Earth?" He said.
"No" said Cole "I've never seen an elemental master in all my life" "We'll see about that" said Karl. Then Cole happened to look at Nya. He would have fallen over in shock if it wasn't for the chains.

As it was he said loudly "Nya!" Karl turned to look at him. " who's Nya? " asked Karl "no one" said Cole "just a friend" Karl turned back to the fire and Cole gave Nya eyebrow signals for go away. Nya responded with eyebrow signals for no. Cole told her she didn't want to see this. "What are you doing with your eyebrows?" Asked Karl looking bemused. "nothing" said Cole and Karl returned to the fire.
