Ruby Evelyn and Yang stood within the outside of the Academy as many students begin to pass them.

Ruby looked towards Evelyn who was looking at all the people who are around them and had a smirked.

"No torturing or killing people, Evelyn."

"... Ohh way." She looked back at Ruby as she cupped the side of her face. "At least I got something else in mind, something more appealing for my taste."

"..... Let's not, there are people around us."

"Fufufu let's them watch them." Ruby just shook her head.

"We can't indulge in such things, we would be kicked out and we just arrived."

"Well I'm sure you would do fine if you two find a special place to get the dirty on with."

"Yang." Ruby looked at her sister as she brushed Evelyn's hand away. "Your not helping."

"Oh no I'm helping you more ways and you can possibly imagine, you'll learn when you're a little older little sis."

".... I don't get it."

"Hehe Just wait until you're 16."

"....... Really you want to bring this up now?"

"Oh come on Take one look at Evelyn and tell me Rubes, that you don't have feelings for this girl?"

Ruby looked at the demoness in question as she lightly blushes and looked away a bit shyly.

"It's not like I don't,.. I really do.... But your to straightforward and bold for me sometimes Evelyn."

Yang and the demoness where expecting Ruby to actually open up on this topic, but the demon of agony in question but smiled as she trapped Ruby's chin with her thumb and pointer finger.

"Well this girl just knows what she wants."

"Mooo Evelyn....."

"Ahaha oh but come on, let's get into this damn school before we can talk about taking this further~."

"..... Your to much." Said ruby as she began to walk away not even noticing Yang already left.

"Maybe but I would say, I'm just me."

Ruby only pouted a little despite her face showing no signs of change.

'And another point for me.' that was all Evelyn thought as she walked along side the girl who seemed to smile as she followed.

"So Ruby where are we heading off to?"

".... To our dorms."

The two went towards the entrance of the school but they ran into a white haired girl who was pushing a large cart with multiple boxes on it and not paying attention.

Now Ruby was fine, She could be stabbed, thrown around by gods and be brutally injured in still be able to stand however for the mortal girl she was thrown to the ground.

"Hey! Watch where your going!"

Turning around the two now looked at the girl.

"Hey you Do you know how much damage you could have caused!?"

Ruby looked at Evelyn as they where trying to understand how this was their fault it was her, who wasn't paying attention.

"What?/What are you talking about girl?", Ruby and her demon partner spoke at the same time, Ruby just being confused and Evelyn being annoyed as they where about to be pulled into senseless human drama.

"Do you not realize what you could have caused!?" Grabbing one of her bottles of dust from the suitcase. "This is dust highly refined and purified dust if you would have damaged this th-"

She went on a rant about how the dust could have gone critical and exploding but Ruby was trying to not sneeze.

Evelyn seeing the flame dust in the air covered Ruby's nose and mouth as she sneezed.

Reason why this was so important was because Ruby would have accidentally caused a chain reaction which would have made the girl caught in an explosion of fire.

And seeing as this girl was Still excessively bitching about them "running into her", she didn't feel like having this go on and on and probably explode into a problem that started over nothing.

Now she really wasn't concerned about the drama because that could make a good excuse for her to kill him, however Ruby was Just trying to silently sneak by and who was she to deny her master's orders.

So with a straight face she told the girl off.

"Well looks like for even now girl." She removed her hand from Ruby's face, ruby would pull out a napkin and handed to her to wipe off her hands.

The white haired girl however didn't feel like this was over.

"Huh!? No where not!"

"Okay listen up little miss snowflake I just saved you from a world of pain, which is something I wouldn't usually do, at all, but ruby here is not trying not to get into to much trouble, however If you keep pushing I'll push back."

"Huh? This all started because you and your air headed friend weren't paying attention, and why is a child here anyways?"

The child was Ruby, but Evelyn just chuckled.

"What? What's so funny??"

"Nothing just wondering why people like you think there so great, when your just like all the worms and other annoyance that crawl around the dirt of this world. And that child, well let's just say she's three times the person and huntsman you'll ever be, and she's two years younger then everyone in this Academy."

The girl hailing from a prestigious family now felts or angered towards the demon, not only have this girl who she only just met not even 7 minutes ago just insulted every single huntsman here She also compared her a schnee to worms, and said this little girl was better then her!?

The gall on these two!

She would show them how wrong they wrong they are!

"And who are you to disrespect the schnee family is such a way! A nobody, and a child. You two could never come close to the greatness that my family possesses, and I could imagine that someone who dresses like a stripper would underst-"

However Ruby now grew annoyed.

And so did Fiddlesticks.

And they where going to end this.

*Dread*

The girl froze as she began to see the heterochromia eyed girl glared at her as the green eye began to shift color as it turned orange.

The air around the girl seems to increase exponentuously as she step back, during this time of panic a dark shadow was cassed over her mind and body.

Her mind trapped by this primal fear that was slowly destroying her mind and spirit. She could feel her heart pounding as she through it was going to explode.

But it was over and she was on her butt, with sweat running down her face and her body shaking.

Unfortunately Ruby's little display of strength ended up knocking several other students which were nowhere even near on their ass as well.

However she couldn't give a damn.

Insult her all you but don't you dare talk smack about Evelyn while within her presence.

"Don't you dare talk about my friend in such a way, Evelyn is no stripper, she is much more impressive and great then some spoiled brat like you will ever be."

The girl who didn't even get to say who her name was just whimpered slightly as her body and mind where still trying to regain control of her own mind.

"Now where even, so good day."

Ruby now in a sour mood turned and walked away.

Not even realizing that the two girls who would be on her team where present when she used her [Aura of Fear.] On a more potent level.

However as they walked Evelyn could help but smile alottle teasingly as she looked at Ruby and placed a hand upon her waist causing Ruby to freeze.

"Oh ruby, is the little demon angry~."

"You know the answer to that."

"Yes however it seemed like you got very aggressive then that girl insulted me."

"......."

"Ohhhh little ruby got defensive, how cute~."

"..... Your my best friend, and something more to me, so I couldn't let her insult you like that, wouldn't have sat right with me."

"Ohhhh I'm something more." Now intrigued she gently pulled Ruby's face back to look at her. "Then what am I?"

Ruby just looked at her before leaning up and kissing her cheek.

"The girl I love."

With that she walked away and Evelyn just sat there in silence.

Her mind recalled an event in the past which for some strange reason.

The demon succubus was now standing within the room with a powerful prince which she had managed to charm with her ability's.

The man was a powerful and respectful man within the human nations, but he was always looking for a bride that would stand beside him. He found Evelyn as he was returning to the kingdom and she wasn't going to pass this up.

So after user her As for mention charmed abilities she was able to become closer to this prince and was well... Treaded rather nicely, he drowned her in riches, gem, and so much other things. Now if she was a human girl she would be grateful for what he had down for her, but what she was after was something more important, something better then gold or mortal riches.

And after awhile and when she asked why as she mounted the man he would reply by saying...

"Because your the woman I love."

The demon smiled before getting on with that she wanted, she tortured this man's heart, flesh and soul as she took the essence she needed to survive.

But she couldn't forget this man's generosity for years to come until a few hundred years later.

And now she guess she was reminded of this man's generosity in the form of Ruby.

But unlike that man who was so easily able to fall into her hands her newest target was something else entirely.

Strong, brave, pure-hearted (untill provoked) caring and most of all someone who doesn't fall for her charm as easily as all theses other helpless fools.

And now after so long she was starting to see some results, and this excited the demoness to no end.

All she had to do was just get the perfect opportunity to secure this girl and she would be in so much bliss it would be amazing.

Now that's not to say she was doing this all out of just wanting to get a wild ride, Because she was pretty sure what her uncle said to her was very true.

"But kill up to this point was just a lover who didn't work out. And now I've found the one that did."

Smirking she followed after ruby as she would find her within the large gathering spot for students, there she saw Yang and Ruby talking about there experience with that white haired girl who was present but didn't go anywhere near the girl.

But the lights dimmed and on the stage Ozpin and Mrs Glynda took center stage.

"I'll...keep this brief. You have traveled here today in search of knowledge--to hone your craft and acquire new skills. And when you have finished, you plan to dedicate your life to the protection of the people. But I look amongst you, and all I see is wasted energy, in need of purpose - direction. You assume knowledge will free you of this, but your time at this school will prove that knowledge can only carry you so far. It is up to you to take the first step."

Ruby and Evelyn looked at the surrounding, Ruby was just remembering the faces of her possible future classmates but Evelyn however....

'Oooh, so many joyful people to hurt.'

Looking at all the potential victims was just something that her nature desired of her, but ruby saw that look and just lightly bonked her on the head.

"No hurting the others."

"Fine fine, but no promises if there as bad as that white haired brat."

"..... Fine that's acceptable."

Yang looked at her sister and her obvious crush and smiled.

"Plotting to bet someone's butt? Who is it?"

She whispered to the duo as Ruby shook her head and the demoness nod.

"Ya some pesky white haired snob wanted to throw a temper tantrum and try and start a problem, I wanted to gut her but ruby took care of that."

"Ohhhhh so that was the feeling of imminent death and dread I felt while within this place."

"Ya, it was. Nothing to special."

"Wouldn't say that little sis, you had everyone in here quiet shaken up by your aura, hell if I wasn't so used to it I would probably be the one of the ground writhing in terror."

"...... Still wasn't anything special." Ruby was trying to dismiss the praise sense it was kind of embarrassing.

"Ahaha" she patted her sister's head. "Keep on telling yourself that. Oh hey the teacher is about to speak"

They looked back towards the stage and saw the blond teacher speak.

"You will gather in the ballroom tonight, for tomorrow your initiation begins. Be ready, your dismissed."

As the students left Yang turned to her sister after going back through the speeches given.

"He seemed kind of off."

"Because he wasn't there, I'm pretty sure that was just either an illusion of a hologram of him."

"Well Evelyn, Yang lets go."

"Alrighty then r-"

"Oh ahh hey?"

The trio looked at the source of a new voice and it revealed to be a natural blonde haired boy. With a sword on his hip and an extendable shield on his left wrist.

"Oh it's vomit boy." Yang looked at the man, the male in question rubbed his hand on his head embarrassed slightly at the name. "So what do you want vomit boy?"

"Well first If you don't mind, my name is jaune arc, and well I was wondering if you guys seem that white haired girl, she was talking about me saying something about going out so I was hopping y-"

"Oh my seduced already." Evelyn looked at the boy.

"I-i ahhhhh... Well I mean she's pretty but I wouldn't say that-"

"Oh calm down I tease, and I to know about being seduced by someone."

"Y-you do?" The man in question didn't suspect that this beauty would be the one seduced, he figured she would be the seducer.

"Yes because you see this one."

She went behind ruby as she brought her arms around and pointed her hands down towards her.

"Y-ya" he had to amit that the girl in question was rather adorable. And her overall figure was that of a rather attractive woman.

"Well..." She wrapped her arms around the girl as she rested her head on her shoulder "she's the seducer of me."

Jaune Arc was now rather surprised but ruby looked up at the demon in question and shook her head.

"Evelyn please don't start now, you can get a hug later on tonight but don't draw so much attention."

"But sweet little ruby how is a girl supposed to focused on anything else when the woman in question displayed such an act of affection towards me, Amit it, you wanted to take my lips instead of my cheek, but it was still sweet."

"WAIT RUBY YOU KISSES EVELYN AND I WASN'T THERE TO SEE!" Yang placed her hands upon her shoulders and looks her in the eye.

"It was just a little peck on the cheek."

"SO YOU DID!?"

"Yes."

"IM SO PROUD OF YOU!"

jaune arc was just slowly backing away as Ruby just stared at her sister and Evelyn... Well she was just enjoying seeing Ruby's cheeks started to light up.

"Thanks Yang. Now can we just go... To many people are staring now."

"But hey can I at least get an answer before you guys leave?" jaune arcs relevancy finally appear as Evelyn looked at him.

"Well jaune she would be over there" she pointed in a random detection "now if you excuse us while take our leave right Ruby? Ev?"

"Ya." The vessel of fiddlesticks looked up at Evelyn "can you let go?"

"Very well." She let go as she walked beside the girl "but I'm getting that hug you promised, after all i always expect a promise to be payed."

".... Fine."

The demon just smirked as she followed the others into the Ballroom where they would get ready for there initiation began tomorrow.

However some events happen later on this evening, as the trio begins to get ready for there rest.

The trio now found themselves within a large open room filled with other people that would be taking part within this initiation tomorrow.

However as Ruby was setting up her and Evelyn's place, yang was already changed into her night clothing and had her spot layed out.

"Man it's like a big slumber party in here." She flopped down next to her sister.

"Ya but would dad or Aunt Raven would approve of all the boys though."

"Well I don't mind at all~" she let out a purr as she looked at all the shirtless men, and to back up her point she looked towards the demon woman who what laying down on her own sleeping bag. "Right Evelyn."

Yang knew quiet a bit about the demoness's disturbing backstory and figured she would agree with her.

"Ya, except all theses men may have the looks, but I doubt there actually capable of anything, there probably not even good enough to get an decent tasting agony from them."

Yang only nervously chucked as Evelyn gave her point on the matter.

"Well it's whatever, the sleeping mats are done let's go to sleep."

"Well before we do that little sis there's someone who I want to speak with first, she's been eyeing us from behind that book of hers, so see you love birds."

She walked away as she headed towards a girl with amber eyes and a bow on her head.

Now that it was just the two demons Evelyn looked at Ruby who was writing a letter to her dad to tell them how everything was going.

The agony demon decided to take this opportunity and just lay down next to the girl usually they would be in separate beds but now they could just lay right there side by side next to each other.

"Letting Tai know now how's things are going?" Evelyn expected something like this She may be a demon but she still cares a lot about her family and she wants to constantly keep her parental figure than formed of what's happening at all times.

"Yes."

"Well shouldn't you be heading off to bed?"

"So you can sneak into my sleeping mat and smother me in my sleep?"

"I planned on sleeping with you, but I never thought of smothering you."

Ruby just stayed silent, she just played herself, along with giving the woman another idea she can do in order to tease her.

"Well just lay down, I'm tired, I've been up for the passed two weeks."

"You just want to sleep, don't you."

"Maybe, maybe not, who knows. Let's just lay down."

Ruby already in her pajamas layed down as she learn Evelyn lay down next to her, before anything could be said Ruby went ahead and just layed against the more mature looking girls chest, the demon however was plenty happy as her clawed nails brushed through her hair.

"It's quiet soft."

"I take care of it well, plenty of shampoo and conditioner."

"Well it works, it's the softest thing I'll glided my hands through, it's softer then the insides of a person that's for sure."

"....... Did you really need to compare my hair to the inside of a humans body?"

"Yes. It's the only thing I had a comparison to."

"Alright."

The girl drifted off as she entered her mind and there within the darkness Fiddlesticks was walking around.

"Little li-gh-t."

"Hello Fiddlesticks."

The two where silent as the girl walked besides the demon as they wondered the darkness of there shared mind.

"You know Fiddlesticks you don't need to stay cooped up inside my being, we agreed that twice a month you can come out and stretch your "limbs", but why haven't you?"

"Busy recharging."

"The curse?"

"Yesssssss... The curse is weakening, little li-gh-t, my power is growing at a higher rate now, thanks to your efforts."

"Just keeping the promise my mom made to you."

"Yess summer made a good offspring."

"Ya I guess she did... Speaking of which wouldn't my mom know about your curse? Why didn't she become her vessel."

"Because she still had you."

",.... Oh."

"Yess if summer would have became my vessel, the pressure would have killed you while you dwelled within her womb."

"And when I was born and she died, it made it to where no one could keep up the contract until I came in. She couldn't help you gather enough fear to break the curse, only keep it lose enough until you could successfully find something else to be your vessel."

"Correct again... Little one."

"Hmm well I'm happy enough, although..."

"Evelyn."

"What about her?" Ruby looked at the demon who stopped and looked at her.

"Hold feelings of love, feelings of love that she seems to be developing as well. Your mind is trying to come up with that you desire, weather to except this, or reject it, although you don't hold the compacity for fear still worry that others will reject you if you give in to there desires."

"Ya.... Your right, although there is this hunger I have, I'm worried that indulging myself with these feelings will take away from what I have planned, I want to know more about this world and if there's some way to keep my family safe from the terrors of this hellish world, to do so I need to keep focused but... I still have the capacity to love and want to be loved, and thanks to theses feelings for Evelyn I don't know what to do. Do I just let them fly and try and teacher her to love? But what if she can't learn how to love? She's the demon who's killed hundreds of men to fill her thirst for that bliss which comes from the agony of others, she's never known love but again she seems to be gentler and softer with me... So I'm just confused, what do I do?"

She looked at the demon who was as clueless as her.

Fiddlesticks was old, very, very, VERY old, but in there long life they have never known "love", they know terror, fear, slashing claws and the hunt for fear, they didn't know what to tell her.

But Fiddlesticks does know of the concept, and how through these emotions humans and other beings have done amazing things in the name of it.

Honestly they didn't know what to say, but they could give a tip from what they've seen it do.

If Ruby wants to protect all she loves against the dark, then this could give her a little extra motivation.

"We don't know, but from what we've seen indulging in theses may prove to be the best, your growing into a demon more and more by the day, demons thrive from indulging there primary desires, if this is one then it shouldn't be treated differently. Little li-gh-t."

".... Wow, that was... Actually helpful, thanks."

Fiddlesticks only nod his "head."

Before she could start another conversation ruby felt herself start to disappear.

"Looks like I'm waking up, see you again in the future Fiddlesticks."

The demon "waved" to her signaling his goodbye.

Ruby steered in her sleep, she rolled around for a little before rising up as she rubbed her eyes, stretching she was about to return her arms to her side when two then arms wrapped around her fram.

"Morning Evelyn, sleep well?"

"I didn't sleep, didn't close my eyes once."

"Hmmm ok well can you let go, I want to- hmph!!"

Ruby was pulled back down by the demoness who just looked her in the eyes.

"Nope, I've been dying to get my hands on you, so Ruby, I'm going to have my fun. And possibly even take some of that essence."

Ruby rolled her eyes.

"There are plenty of people around, didn't see why you didn't get essence from them."

"Oh wasn't it you who forbid me from harming them, but know that I'm seeking essence from you your saying to go harvest it from them."

".... Well you tend to get noisy when I give you mine." Ruby blushed a little as she remembered the last time she did it and yanged walked in on them.

"Well the agony that's within your essence is just pure bliss, how's a girl supposed to keep her voice quiet when feeling such a wonderful feeling~."

"Damnit Evelyn."

The demon smiled as Ruby held her hand up and summoned forth the essence of fear in its purest form. She then removed the Agony that was within the fear and you can guess what happened next.

Thankfully everyone was asleep and as Ruby gave Evelynn what she desired she made sure to cover her mouth that way her "voice" didn't leek out.

After the who ordeal Ruby was glad that everyone was waking up and things would get going.

{Also guys let me know if you get tired of these little sessions between ruby and Evelyn, because I'm new to this whole "more mature" relationship ordeal.}

"WAKE UP LAZY BUTTS!" The voice of a hyperactive woman rang in there ears as people all around began to get up.

Ruby looked at the woman in question as she seemed to dance around a man I'm Green.

"IT'S MORNING! IT'S MORNING! IT'S MORNING! IT'S MORNING! IT'S MMMOOORRRNNNIIIINNNGGG!"

Ruby Just continue to watch as the boy rose up and sighed.

"Seems like someone Has just as much energy as you Ruby."

"...." Looking at the girl again ruby Just accepted the fact that the two of them shared that kind of similarity.

From this point on as the students went and got their breakfast, Change their clothes get their combat gear ready etc etc The girl named Nora continued to talk about a whole bunch of stuff running on and as loud as a motorboat when fully powered on gasoline.

Her friend Ren continued to stay silent until once they were finally changed into their regular combat uniform he looked at her and said something about sloths which Ruby didn't pay too much mind into.

However looking across from where she and Evelyn was there was Yang anf that familiar amber-eyed girl from before.

"Hmm she's a cat Faunus." Said ruby as she looked at the twitching now upon her head.

"Ya appears so, So what do you think about these teams that we hear these students talk about? What's your plan for them?"

".... Ozpin wouldn't be stupid enough to separate the two of us we'll be on the same team for sure, however there might only be a maximum four students per team, since every student here can be divided up into groups of four, So I guess we will be the only team of five, so that just leaves the other three slots."

"Well presumingly if you're going to be staying here for the next 4 years, I would like you, and by proxy for me, to get some teammates who were not going to be slitting their throats open in the middle of the night."

"Hmmm Yang is a no brainier, but what of the the other students?"

Evelyn looked around and didn't see all that many people who would be worth teaming up with.

Apart from the exception of a red haired green eyes girl, She was an exceptional fighter probably the best fighter in this entire room excluding her and Ruby, hell she could even give Yang a good run for her money if what people say about her is true.

This was none other than the Crimson hair Valkyrie, or her actual name Pyrrha Nikos.

"Hmm to think that a prodigy like her is going to the school." Evelyn looked upon possibly the third strongest in the room and had a smirk. "Hey Ruby she's a pretty outgoing woman If you can get her on your team and combined with me and you I'm confident in the fact that we could take on anything the school throws at us."

"That's true but that white-haired girl is talking to her."

Evelyn just simply narrowed her eyes at the girl, She really did not like that teen.

"Well who cares let's go speak to her."

"You mean me, You always do this whenever we meet someone who you think we should talk to I'm the one who does the talking."

"Exactly You're the open going one, I'm more of a seducer, then a casual chit chatter."

"You have no problem chit-chatting with me."

"Well you're different You can actually keep my attention."

"Ya ya...." Ruby just rolled her eyes slightly at her best friend/crushes words. "Well let's go- vomit boy inbound, and it seems like he's also talking with her."

The two watched him walk by, then the Schnee began to talk with her.

"So, Pyrrha, have you given any thought to whose team you would like to be on?" The teen attempt to break the ice by starting off with that sentence. "I'm sure everyone must be eager to unite with such a strong, well-known individual, such as yourself."

"Hmmm... I'm not quite sure." The Scarlet haired a woman looked away as she spoke "I was planning on letting the chips Fall where they may."

"Well, I was thinking maybe we could be on a team together." The Schnee pointed out as she really wanted to be on this girl's team.

"Well that sounds grand!" Pyrrha Nikos, This extraordinarily skilled student responded back to the heir of the Schnee family.

And we'll The girl seemed to become thrilled at this, thinking to herself 'This will be perfect! the smartest girl in class combined with the strongest girl in class. Will be unstoppable! Will be popular! Will be-'

"Pyrrha Nikos"

And just like that the girl was ripped from her own mind as she heard the voice of ruby rose come from besides the red haired future huntress.

'Oh no not this freak and her Freak friend!'

She turned and there stood ruby as she held her Scythe in hand, obviously crescent rose and not her other weapon.

"Oh and who are you?"

"Ruby Rose." She lifted her hand to Evelyn "Evelyn."

"Oh well greetings to you two, What can I do for you?"

"Wondering if you would want to join our team." That was all ruby said, Weiss, The first name of the girl behind them looked on as almost if lightning struck her.

'Oh no if Pyrrha joins t-that girl then my perfect year will be ruined!'

"Wait really?" Pyrrha Nikos looked upon Evelyn who is dangerous golden eyes narrowed into her emerald eyes. "Well I can tell by your stands and your eyes that you've seen your fair share of combat, You might even be better than me."

Weiss looked on as she was wondering if Pyrrha was being generous or if she was being dead on true.

If she was being dead on true then those two were more of a freaks and she could possibly imagine, especially that petite one, yeah she may look cute and kind on the outside but whatever she did to her in the courtyard that was something which no human should be capable of.

But she shook her head, This was probably just the Crimson Valkyries way of being kind to them.

However the next word which came out of Evelyn's mouth through both of them for a loop.

"Oh sweetheart I've been in more combat than there's been people in this academy, If you took every single person present in this school and you counted them as one year of combat. You would need at least three the amount of students currently present before you even came to a fraction of what I've been through."

Now the two girls looked on at this girl and had completely different reactions.

Weiss was believing that she was just being cocky and arrogant, No way can someone have that much combat experience She was overestimating her own abilities.

Pyrrha (Although not believing she's that old) took from her words a sense of actual danger, that passive aura that seems to exude from the girls very presents It wasn't something to mess around with.

She's only seen this kind of presence a few times before when she's fought against actual skilled veterans, their senses were on point and these two are showing signs of that.

The faintest movement with enough to cause Ruby Rose to look in that direction even when it was just a simple insect crawling, how she was capable of picking up on that was something even the champion of many tournaments could not understand.

It was clear to her that these two were no ordinary individuals which begged the question why come to beacon Shirley people of these caliber would be better off somewhere else in the world.

It's through subtle hints like these that Pyrrha Nikos, and already extraordinarily skilled fighter felt out classed.

Their posture the aura they had even their words well more like Evelyn's words spoke some volume to their overall capabilities as future huntsman.

So with a simple smile and nod she extended her hand towards Ruby.

"Well if we ever become partners in the future I'll be happy."

Ruby only nod her head before accepting the handshake.

However as their hands connected the Crimson Valkyrie felt fear crawl into her.

It was an unsettling feeling One which not even that deepest darkest cavern could replic.

Her heart started to beat a little bit faster as the girl's eyes seem to be hollow and empty.

She let go of the petite girls hand, but Weiss noticed her shaking hand.

'She couldn't handle Ruby's passive even at this level?' Evelyn was now reconsidering having this girl on their team then.

Biggest problem they were going to have was Ruby herself, her passive can't really be turned off She was going to have that aura of terror around her constantly, But she's able to minimize it by the way she's not having people just run an absolute terror of her.

However by making contact with her her Aura can spill onto another and even touching a person is enough to send this dreadful fear down someone's spine.

And it would appear that the champ is no exception, then again she was only human.

Only human.

Ruby looked at her before simply turning away and walking away.

Evelyn followed in pursuit but not before sending the Crimson hairy girl a slight side glands.

'T-that girl.' Pyrrha turned to where Ruby was heading and caught a glimpse of her green eye. 'What was that? I've never in my life felt a terror that real before, It was like staring at a dark cavern that threatened open its jaws and swallow me whole. Was that her semblance? If so that's a powerful semblance, No wonder why that other girl would want to team up with her even the slightest touch can cause someone to be rendered incapacitated with no effort.'

"Hey Pyrrha are you alright?"

Looking at the Schnee she nod her head.

"Ya, Just a bit shaken up."

"What did that girl do to you?" Weiss was now fearing that Ruby Rose might have somehow jeopardized Pyrrha's health in some way. 'did that freak do that fear thing again? Why would she use that on Pyrrha of all people? Or was she sending some kind of message.... I can't understand that girl.'

"..... Yes she did."

"What did she do?"

"......." Looking at her hand Pyrrha clenched her fist, She worked hard She was an excellent worker always improving always getting stronger, The source for this drive was not just to become strong in and of itself, but become strong enough to protect those close to her, however that girl just showed her that even with all that training she still had much to learn.

"Showed me that I have to continue improving."

"What!? But you're basically perfect."

"... Weiss nobody is perfect, we can only strive to be our version of what is known as "perfection".

With nothing else to say the Snow Queen just remained silent as she walked out the room and towards the next destination.

Now stating upon a platform high above the forest, Ozpin and Mrs Glynda stood in front of all the students which will be participating in this initiation into beacon Academy.

"For years you have trained to become warriors, And today your abilities will be evaluated in the emerald forest." Ozpin after saying this, allowed the blonde haired teacher to step up to the plate and give her say in this.

"Now, I'm sure many of you have heard rumors about the assignment of teams. Well allow us to put an end to your confusion, each of you will be given teammates... Today."

"These teams will be with you for the rest of your time here at beacon. So it is in your best interest to be paired with someone with whom you can work well with."

Ruby and Evelyn Just looked at each other and smiled.

"That being said the first person you make eye contact with after landing will be your partner for the next 4 years."

Nora After hearing that would turn to her friend telling him that she was right, before Ozpin continued his speech.

"After you've partnered up, Make your way to the northern end of the forest. You will meet opposition along the way. Do not be hesitant to destroy anything in your path, or you will die."

Juane gave a nervous gulp.

"You will be monitored and graded for the duration of your initiation, But our instructors will not intervene. You will find an abandoned temple at the end of the path containing several relics, each pair must choose one and return to the top of the cliff. We will regard that item as well as your standing and grade you appropriately. Now are there any questions?"

"Yeah, um sir-" jaune tried to call out but he was blatantly ignored.

"Good! now Take your positions."

Ruby and Evelyn stood there as they new what was going to happen next, they were going to be launched from the cliff and flung into the forest wherever there they would begin.

"Follow my signal once we're launched." Said ruby as she looked at Evelyn.

"Alright little rose."

As everyone was ready Jaune ask a question.

"Uh, sir? I've got, um, a question"

Weiss was launched into the air and Ruby and Evelyn watched. Since they were at the very end of this they would watch all the students fly out before them.

"So this landing strategy thing, uh, W-what is it?"

Before the head and master could speak Ruby cut in.

"It's a strategy to land as effectively as possible without breaking your legs upon hitting the ground." The voice she had although drained of all sense of demon traits, still send a shiver down his spin.

"Yes excellent analogy Ms Rose. Now best of luck Mr Jaune D'Ark."

The blonde haired boy was just rendered silent As all the other students were thrown into the air, Ruby looked past Jaune and saw her sister wink at her before putting on some sunglasses as she was thrown through the air.

"Well bye Jaune." He looked at Ruby who was having at hi.

"Wh- ahhhhhhh!!!"

And just like that he was gone he was blasting off into the forest.

"Oh and Miss Rose and Evelyn."

They looked at him.

"Don't worry I know for a fact you two are the package deal so."

Without warning the two of them were shot into the air.

"Don't worry about what team you're on You two will be together."

"All righty then." Ruby still held her very same posture as when she was standing, Calmly falling down towards the ground.

However right before she hit the ground a murder of crows appeared before her picking her up and flipping her over several tree branches She landed on her two legs like a damn superhero.

Rising up from the ground She began to walk through the forest awaiting the arrival of her companion. and going to go find her sister.

However backup top the blonde haired instructor was looking towards the headmaster wondering if making those to an exception was the best thing to do.

"Mrs Glynda If you are concerned about Evelyn and Ms Rose I assure you that's so long as those two remain together no problems will happen."

"But still sir The other students will see this as favoritism since the two of them are the only exception to the rules."

"Well I would rather have a few angry students than two pissed off demons." Finishing up his coffee he brought his mug down and looked at the empty contents within. "Hmm I require more coffee but I can wait after the initiation is over."

With this out the way they begin to monitor Ruby Rose, As now she would be finding her first future partner.

And sadly it wasn't Pyrrha or Yang, Or even Evelyn.

After walking through the dark woods for sometime the vessel of the primordial demon of fear stopped as she heard a wrestling coming from the trees and bushes next to her.

"Evelyn I'm glad you could make it on-..... Oh hello."

There Weiss Schnee stood, and the expression on her face was that of a girl who just had her entire world rocked.

"Looks like we're partners now."

Weiss to afraid and to shocks to move simply walked forward and grabbed her by the back of her hood and dragged her.

It wouldn't be too long after this little encounter that Evelyn would show up but after seeing the ice queen well...

"So this is going to be our partner?"

"Yup."

"*Sighs* can't we get a refund?"

"Sadly no, Ozpin said The first person we see when we land is to be our partner.

"Well then I guess you're my partner since you're the first person I laid eyes on."

"......" Weiss was going to say something but decided not to as the golden eyes of Evelyn peered into her blue eyes.

"Well let's go he said that the ruins were north so we're heading off in that direction."

Ruby and her demon companion walked on, Still dragging around a two shocked Schnee Who is slowly but surely coming to except the situation before her.

"O-ok can you stop dragging me?"

"Oh sure."

Ruby let her go as the girl looked at them.

"W-well If this isn't the biggest screw up yet."

"Look ice queen No one's extended about working with you either. But you don't hear us complaining."

"I just don't understand how the universe can be playing such a cruel prank on me! I thought this was going to go perfectly!"

".... Well it still can."

"Maybe sense you seem to be good at what you do, but main question is where is her partner?"

"Right here." She put her right arm around Ruby's waist.

"Weiss gagged a little. "Unfortunately that's not how this works, As much as I hate it Ruby's my partner meaning You're going to have to go find your own."

"Hmm? And why's that?"

"Because I already have to deal with the creepy girl, Don't want to deal with her annoying friend on top of that."

"....." Ruby looked at Weiss before just walking away from her "come on Evelyn, we got to find the ruins."

"Are we leaving Little Miss snowflake behind?"

"..... As tempting as it is, no she's our partner, we have to work with her."

"I'm sorry but why are you glossing over the fact that she's not your partner? Ozpin said that there would have to be a pair, and a pair doesn't have three in it."

"Let's just say we're the special exception to that rule."

"Oh really and what makes you two so special?"

"Well for starters Ruby here was able to skip two years and come to this academy way earlier than any of you students here, we're much more skilled."

"Along with having perfect unity and trust within then each other, all the qualification of what a huntsman needs to have." Ruby finished it off, as she could tell that Evelyn was starting to get annoyed with having to keep up this persona.

"Just like she said."

Weiss just sighed, She wasn't going to be able to win against these two but then again if what Evelyn said was true this Ruby girl may not actually be that bad to work with.

Her fear ability although it's still rocks her mind even to this point could be quite nifty to have, And if she skipped two years she had to be really skilled.

So I guess she could only just bitterly accept this and just move on with her life since arguing with these two would be as pointless as watching paint dry.

So with the band together they began to go deeper and deeper into the forest however they did not forget about the eyes staring at them from the darkness as from it massive grims came bearing fangs and growls.

Seeing all the Grimms which now stood before the trio, Weiss assumed a combat stance, But when she saw her two teammates just stand there looking at the grims but the most blank expressions on their face she became a little concerned.

"What are you dolts doing! get rea-"

Evelyn faster than what the girls brain could process sprouted her appendages and proceeded to slice the heads off of the pack of Beowolfs before them.

"You were saying?" Evelyn had a bit of a cocky smile on her face Ashley watched the prideful girls facial expression turn to that of shock.

"H-how did you...."

"Well we're quite special and we'll leave it at."

Weiss wanted to push a little further but stopped when the smaller girl pulled out a massive scythe.

"More are coming, there's about 55 more of them."

"Then theses few dozen must have only been the scouts but after hearing their pack mates go silent looks like the man forces coming."

"Hold up we can't fight off a pack that large! It would be best if we just head off towards the ruins as fast as possible."

Weiss was right under normal circumstance a pack of that large could easily overrun huntsman of their level very fast however she wasn't standing next to two huntsman She was standing next to two demons.

One a demon who could easily shift the balance of power of this entire damn continent and the other whose attacks and overall fighting capabilities was enough to challenge even some beings considered gods.

So when the massive pack came barging out from the tree lines what did the two demons do?

Simple they charged.

Ruby burst into a spiraling storm of black petals and began to dive in after the wolves which were being dismembered by crescent Rose.

Evelyn however was taking her sweet time in paling one Beowolf right through the eye, before forcing her appendage deeper inside its skull before entering it up and with a jerk back ripped off its head, She jumped into the air before slamming upon the ground impaling her appendages into the dirt sprouting from the ground pink and black spikes which impaled several of the wolves.

Ruby would jump into the air and as her cloak fan wide from its dark confinement hundreds of crows came flying into life shredding through the remaining wolves they were devoured before they could even utter a simple whimper of pain.

Weiss stood there in steadfast silence, Her jaw practically hitting the floor as she stared at the two beings Who now stood among the corpses of the Beowolfs.

'If Grimms are considered the monsters of humanity then what the hell....'

Ruby slowly began to look towards her her green eye glowing a ghastly sinister fire, while Evelyn's deep golden eyes shined brighter and more sinister then that's of any grimm.

'have I been teamed up with?'

There You have it ladies and gentlemen this newest chapter is done I hope you guys enjoyed it.

No I'm going to inform you guys real quickly of what is going to happen to my schedule from here on out.

You see Beast family is already in the process of having its fifth chapter written so I'm going to get that story updated tomorrow That way whenever I am treating off from the stories whenever it is their week to be updated they have a similar chapter numbers that way I'm not putting more work into one than the other. It's basically the same as what's going on with the goddess of time and the king of darkness they have the similar number of chapters and each time one of them gets updated so will the other.

Now as for what's happened in this chapter Well Evelyn and Ruby have shown a bit more of their emotions toward each other even though both of them are somewhat being held back by own personal reasons, Ruby being worried that she might be rejected from society even more if she does this, and Evelyn because this is a new and foreign concept to her.

No ask for how things will go from here on out Now that I have these five beginning chapters done I'm going to take a little bit more time and going over and making future chapters since it is going to be around chapter 6 that I plan on introducing some other League of legend characters and perhaps even a mini boss which can hurry up and hasten the bond which will be grown between team Rwby.
