3RD PERSON POV

Y/N: Huh...it's dark out here.

After receiving a call from his friends, he frantically arrived at La Quinta High School only to find it abandoned much to his confusion. He looks around, looking for a way in before walking to one-

*RATTLE*

Y/N: It's locked? The fuck is this? A joke?

He looks around, looking for another door in and manages to find one to the locker rooms.

*CREAK*

Y/N: Something strange is definitely going on here.....I should check the gym-

*CREAK*

???/Y/N: HOLY ####

They both fell on their butts before Y/N held a mop in his hands.

Y/N: Who are you?!

???: *furrow* I can ask the same thing idiot. The hell are you doing here late at night?!

Y/N: My friend called me.

???: And why would you be here then?

Y/N: My friend said....please come here. We are in trouble and we need your help please. I'm sorry for what I said earlier but we might die if you don't come....the last thing I heard was save us...

???: Leave this place. There's definitely either a killer or cursed spirit here.

Y/N: My friends are in DANGER! I'm not leaving here till I find out what's going on!

???: Are you a sorcerer?

Y/N:....No.

???: Then leave.

Y/N: Nope.

She then gestures to her left, showing the large amount of blood staining the floor towards the door to the pool.

???: You sure you want to go on?

Y/N: Even if I don't like them, they don't deserve to die. The hell are you even doing here?! You don't seem that much younger or older than me.

???:.....A friend called me for help. Something similar like yours.

Y/N: Out the way.

Y/N barges past her, opening the door to the pool. To his horror though, bloody footprints led him around the pool to a shed.

Y/N: Gotcha.

???: Candles....seals......did someone...MOVE YOUR ASS I CAN'T READ-

Y/N: Girl...do you want to know where your friend went or not?

???: I'M FUCKING STRESSED HERE!

Y/N: I'M STRESSED TOO IDIOT! FUCK THAT SMELLS!

Nobara: SEEMS LIKE IT'S COMING FROM YOU!

They bicker as they head back to the gym and walked to the gym door at the other side, taking notice of the vegetation growing around before-

DOOR UNLOCKED

*CREAK*

Y/N: 'Beautiful....' What would a Sakura tree be doing here?

???: You visited this place before?

Y/N: I transferred a year ago. I hated this place......but I never seen or heard of a Sakura tree here.

They took notice of a picture on the tree and grabbed it.

Y/N: It's a Japanese Yokai. I heard of this before.

???: Yup. Stories and stuff yada yada-

The girl grabs a paper from nearby and they both read the note out loud.

Y/N: Hey that's my friend!......upon the arrival of the witch?

???: A name for the cursed spirit probably....or a curse user. You sure you want to stay?

Y/N nods before-

*GRUMBLE*

Y/N/Nobara:..........

*THUD*

*SPLURT*

They ran to the bathroom nearby, Y/N shoving a stall open and letting out the biggest shit he could ever release. A loud boom was heard, and he lets out a satisfied sigh though and wipes his butt though opens the stall to find another note on the ground.

She likes to mimic them. Be cautious don't let yourself be deceived. Turn back now before it's too late. -Leon.

Y/N: Leon? The hell is going on?

???: HEY! FOUND SOMETHING?!

Y/N meets up with the girl outside, showing her the note as she furrows her brow.

???: So this curse user mimics people huh.

Y/N: My friend Jason mentioned a tall lady in black inviting him and his friends for a party here.

???: And they listened?

Y/N: He seemed scared...really scared. I was just too angry....probably too angry to notice something was wrong.

???:....Dumbass. Alright then, since you know the school so well, lead the way then!

Y/N nods before trying to open several doors, but all of them were locked. He had to stop the girl from breaking some open before a door suddenly opens and they made their way into a hallway-

*WHOOSH*

Y/N: AH!

???: What's wrong?

Y/N: Nothing. I thought there was something in front of me. I...must be hallucinating.

???: Hmm....maybe something the cursed user did.

Y/N: Did you see a tall white figure?

???: No?

They head into a classroom, noticing a key conveniently placed on a desk at the other side as Y/N grabs it and turns around-

*CRYING*

Y/N: HOLY #####

The girl immediately brought out her hammer and nails only for the figure to disappear in a seconds.

???: Scared me for a moment. You alright?

Y/N: That.....was the same figure I saw outside the classroom.

???: Hmm....you can see cursed spirits and stuff too?

Y/N: Yeah. I'm not a sorcerer though...but I can see the unnatural unlike others and my family.

???:...Whatever this is.....I don't have a good feeling about it. I couldn't use cursed energy for whatever reason.

Y/N: At least we have another key-

???: Stay behind me kid.

Y/N: I just turned 17.

???:.....*raised brow* Treat me as your senior then.

Y/N: You're younger than me aren't you?

???: So?

Y/N: Name's Y/N Masashige.

???: Nobara. Just call me that.

They cautiously exited the room and-

*CREAK*

DOOR OPENED

Y/N: Another note?

Hey if you're reading this I don't know much longer you have left before you come into contact with her. Be careful out there and what ever you do don't go into that basement. The keys are in the room across this one. Please throw it out I couldn't do it myself, that key wasn't normal - it's cursed, if you choose to go there. No promises you'll be making it back. -Cecil.

Nobara: You sure you want to go ahead? The key's cursed.

Y/N:.........No. I have to find my friends. They could be dying any moment.

Nobara:....Fine. Don't blame me if you die.

Y/N was for some reason scared...but he had a good reason to be as he opens the door to the basement which had an unnaturally long hallway with water beneath their feet and a red glowing door at the other side.

Nobara: On second thought let's get out-

She turns around, trying to open the basement door but it was stuck.

Nobara:........

Y/N: I screwed up didn't I?

*BAM*

She attempts to use cursed energy but couldn't do anything, so she resolves to try and physically force the door open. Even Y/N joined in, trying to force it open to no effect before he suddenly turns and finds the same figure crying in the distance.

Nobara: *growl* I swear if we die here I'm blaming you for this.

Y/N: The same figure's between us and the red door.

Nobara:....Fuck it. COME RIGHT HERE YOU BITCH!

She suddenly charges at the crying figure with Y/N running after her, not wanting her to be so rash though the figure disappears and Nobara runs through nothing.

Nobara: DAMNIT!

Y/N:...Looks like the only path is ahead.

Nobara: NO SHIT!

She marches over to the door and kicks it open, revealing a familiar scene to Y/N as he looks around.

Y/N: Hey....isn't this the place of my home country? My other family lived here.

Nobara: So we got teleported a long way from where we were.

Y/N: No I don't think so. It almost looks......distorted. Kinda like a pocket dimension.

*HUM*

Humming was heard and Y/N immediately speedwalk right behind Nobara.

Y/N: Ladies first.

Nobara: YOU DRAGGED ME HERE! YOU'RE GOING AHEAD FIRST!

Y/N: I'M NOT YOUR FUCKING MEAT SHIELD!

Nobara: FUCK YOU!

They argue as they tried to open several doors though they were locked, and eventually made their way to a bridge-

*WHOOSH*

Y/N/Nobara: AH-

Y/N: You scared?

Nobara: *growl* No. Fuck that lady always pops up everywhere.

They followed the humming, making their way down a lamp filled hallway to a white door before Y/N opens it.

*HUM*

Y/N: *whisper* On second thought, let's take the stealth route.

Nobara: *whisper* Your call.
