Something felt off about this conversation and I didn't really get it until we were done talking. He was never actually saying much about him but he was indeed telling me the truth about what he knew about me which made me curious. What was it that made him like me besides his alpha. It sounded as if he was genuinely in love with me. Was this even possible in a society based on mates? I knew about people falling love which were not their mates but I never heard about people who would ignore the mate bond and love a peson for a different reason. 

Maybe I was wrong about my believes... maybe I didn't yet seen anything about this world... because this person in front of me was truning it upside down right here and right now.

Me: Say.... what about you?

Hitoshi: Me?

Me: Yes, you. You told me you knew me but I don't know nothing about you.

Hitoshi: Oh....

Me: Tell me something about you.

Hitoshi: Well what do you want to know?

Me: How about how you got to live with Eraserhead. You two don't look alike... well somehow you guys do but I can tell from your smell that you are not his biological son.

Hitoshi: Yeah... that is true... he saved me.

Me: Huh.... oh wait... this sounds as if it might get dramatic. If it hurt to remember or tell me about it, then don't.

Hitoshi: No no no... I am fine... It's just... usually people just accept this and don't ask about it.

Me: Oh....

Hitoshi: My mom and my dad were absuvie and hit me to a point where I ran away and blacked out on the streets. You know... a child who is also an alpha fetches quite the good price on the black market.

Me: Wait... no! Don't tell me-

Hitoshi: Yes... I blacket out on the street thanks to how much I was beaten and injured at home and some villains found me. I spent a week with them trying to tame me and make me submissive as well as more aggressive but it didn't work out that well.... On the seventh day Eraserhead and some other heroes barged into the house where they were hiding and saved me including soo many other children.

Me: Wow... I ... I am sorry.

Hitoshi: It's honestly fine and this is why I have such a respect towards you... you faught your way up and you even got rid of a child trafficking ring.. you are a hero and not a villain. 

Me: Stop! I am not.

Hitoshi: Yes you are!

Me: NO! 

Hitoshi: *sigh* Well back to the question how I ended up there... back then Eraserhead and Present Mic were searching for an adoptive child and I just so happen to beg them for help because I didn't wanted to get back to my parents. I didn't wanted to be beaten up to death and they got me.... I first thought they would send me to an orphanage but they adopted me.... I still can't believe it.

Me: ..... Wow.....

Hitoshi: Yeah... other than that... I am living quite the nice life and besides this was when I was around 7 or 8. I can't remember much but they did tell me what I told them back when I was little. They honestly made it up to me and I am soo thankful to them.

Me: I can believe that... it's quite....

Hitoshi: Differently from what you expected?

Me: Yes... I mean... I could basically guess that they saved you but that... that is something else.

Hitoshi: Well life is strange and you gotta do the best of it.

Me: Soo true.

Hitoshi: Ahm... I like coffee, in fact I could live out of coffee! It is the holy grail for me. I also love cats since they are graceful, majestic and have this otherworldy feeling. They are also quite nice, soft and interesting but could be devils sometime as well....

Why did I just had the feeling that he was talking about me... but I knew exactly he wasn't.

Me: Let me guess... you have some pet cats?

Hitoshi: Not just one... but only one let's me touch it.

Me: Hahahahahaah that's how they are.

Hitoshi: Sadly.. now I do like music and I play the violin. I hate sports, I am lasy, I love sleeping and I am such a heavy snorer. That is the basic rundown.

Me: Pfff-

Well we were stuck in this room for the whole day might as well start talking about experiences and that was in fact what we did. We were soo stuck not only for one day but two and it wasn't that bad. We were talking about everything. Literlayy everything. He was telling me about his father, his past, how he decided to become a hero just because he found out about how I rescued some people back as a villain but thought I was a vigilante back then. It made me all flustered because he was praising me soo much and I knew he was telling me his honest opinions. 

He was just different...

I don't know what to say else.

Everyone by now would have left me alone. 

The alphas wouldn't care about my feelings.. or that was how it normally would go about omega and alphas but here I was with an alpha who didn't even wanted to touch me without my personal consent. I could tell this was driving him crazy since he had his very own instinct and my pheromones were driving him insane and yet here he was... he was no doing anything but talk to me. 

There were pretty much 2 ways to get your heat over.....

One is to mate with him.....

Second one is to wait it out....

There was one way to make the heat be less strong but he needed to bite me for this and I was soo not up for this right now so we were not talking about this at all.
