You groggily opened your eyes, you didn't like waking up early but since your siblings were here to visit; you wanted to make full use of the day.

You tried to raise your hand to rub the drowsiness out of your eyes.

Tried.

You couldn't feel your arms or your legs. You began to panic and naturally, you called for your older brother and sister.

"Big bro! Big sis!"

In no time the door burst open to reveal Xander and Camilla, followed by a very drowsy Leo.

"What's wrong!?"
Xander and Camilla asked. Leo was too busy rubbing his eyes and looking annoyed.

"I-I can't move!"

You replied trying to move your arms.

Xander and Camilla exchanged looks while Leo shook his head.

"It's called sleep paralysis, it's when your body paralyzes itself so you won't act out your dreams"

Leo explained.

"It should wear off soon"

Xander and Camilla breathed out breaths of relief.

Indeed it did, after a while it wore off and you were able to move your body again.

You spent the mornings reading with Leo and the afternoons playing with Camilla and Xander.

Xander kneeled in front of you.
"Since you've been a very good girl, I'll give you anything you desire"
"Really?"

"Hmmm, give me a second to think..."
"Okay then, I'll wait"

"Oh I know! I want me and Leo to wear matching headbands! Black would be nice!"

Xander couldn't believe what this naive child was saying; wearing matching headbands with her brother? When she can ask for a horse or something even grander?

You awed at Camilla as she skillfully braided the doll's hair.

She giggled "okay, it's really easy, just do this...then this...then you twist it like that-"

You followed her example only for your doll's hair to look like it got tied into a knot with a fork.

"I can't do it!"
"Ara ara. Calm down, here, let me show you"

She demonstrated a lot more slowly and she finished by tying the end with a ribbon.

"Now you try it"

It took a while but you got the hang of it.
"Yatta! Look big sis Camilla!"
"Yes, that's a nice braid"
"Teach me another kind!"
"Alright then. First you separate it like this...then you twist it this way...after that you tie it the other way-"

"Leo! Look! Xander bought us matching headbands!"

You exclaimed holding up two black headbands.

Leo made a face "what? I'm a guy"
"But wouldn't it be fun?"
"No way!"
"Please!"

"Just this once!"
"Ne-"

"Put it on Leo"

You turned around to see Xander.
"Xander? Why?"
"Please, just put it on. I had promised (y/n) that the two of you would have matching headbands"
"Humph, fine"

You cheered and helped Leo put on his.
After you had put on yours you grabbed a mirror "see? We match!"

Leo glared at the mirror but eventually his glare softened a little.
"I guess we do"
