[Kiragi]

Well...after that awkward ending...I don't even know what to say.
Takumi: you brought this onto yourself.
Me: yeah, yeah, I know.
Takumi: please don't make Kiragi suffer.
Me: sorry bruh, can't be helped.

Note: I've decided to use Kana for the boy and Kanna for the girl.

Warning: sad stuff ahead.

Part 2 of [Takumi]

Kiragi and Kanna rushed around trying to prepare their welcome surprise for their parents.

They had put up a banner and cleaned the house. They were planning on running the bath for them too.

They waited eagerly for their mother and father to appear.
Kiragi spotted his father's pineapple-like hair first.
He and Kanna rushed out to greet him.

Kiragi's big smile faded when he saw his father's sullen looks.
Then he realized.

Where was his mother?

The look on his father's face confirmed his most horrible suspicion.

His mother won't be coming back.
And she never will.

At that very moment; Kiragi's soul died along with his mother's.
His heart broke into tiny pieces scattering into the wind.

But that had been a few days ago.

Kiragi watched as his father sat outside with only a dimly lit lamp and the stars for company in the night.

"Dad...?" He called out softly.

His father turned to him with tired eyes. Clearly, he hasn't been getting enough sleep.

"Yes?"

Kiragi gulped. "I'll be tucking Kanna into bed now..."
Takumi nodded in reply before continuing to aimlessly stare at the star speckled sky.

Kiragi slid open the door and saw Kanna playing with one of those Nohrian dolls their mother had gotten for her.

"Brother..." She said turning to him.
He sat beside her and watched as she tied the doll's hair up into a ponytail.

"Now that mother i-is...gone...will father change...?" She asked looking at him with her-now dim-(e/c) eyes.

Kiragi didn't know, he didn't know how to answer his little sister either.

He kissed his sister's forehead before taking the doll and tucking his sister in.

The next morning;at the crack of dawn, Kiragi went hunting.

Usually his father would accompany him but he decided his father is going to need rest.

He trudged up the mountain, he didn't feel quite right.

He saw the decaying log he always sat on at the very peak; he would always watch the sunset with father or...mother...

He sat and set down his bow.
The sun was starting to rise. It was as beautiful as always but it didn't feel the same.

Tears started to fall from his eyes, like a rushing stream of water; they pooled out of his eyes and ran down his cheek.
He felt something on his shoulder.
He looked up and saw his mother there with her brilliant and radiant smile.

"Mother...?" He asked in daze.
She smiled brightly before sitting beside him.
She didn't say anything but her smile was enough to send a crystal message.

"I'm here"

I got desperate since I was stuck at the middle part and I had to listen to some music to help me write.
I have no idea what's coming up next. Kaze I think...
