[THE CAMERA PANS TO A PARTY ON THE BONEYARD, TEENAGERS EVERYWHERE DRINKING THEIR YOUTH AWAY UNTIN THE SUN WENT DOWN. (CAMERA ZOOMS IN) A BOY WITH BROWN HAIR AND BROWN EYES COMES INTO VIEW, A DRINK IN HIS HAND, AND A LOUD LAUGH ESCAPES HIS LIPS]

[JOHN B'S VOICE]: Bridger Fitzgerald. Kook Prince. Rich asshole like all of his other Kook friends. His best friend is no other than Rafe Cameron, Ward's eldest kid, and my worst enemy. So of course they're friends, right? His dad is none other than Dawson Fitzgerald, member of the city council and owner of Fitzgerald Pharmacy on the Cut.

In other words, they're loaded as much, and I'm pretty sure all that money's gone to their heads because they both think the people on the Cut are bred to cater to them. I try my best not to associate with them but it's kinda difficult when I clean their boat. 

[THE CAMERA PANS TO BRIDGER NOW WALKING ALONG THE BEACH, A CIGARETTE HANGING FROM HIS FINGERS, AND HE BLOWS OUT THE SMOKE]

[JOHN B'S VOICE]: Bridger Fitzgerald is like the aftermath of a storm. He's the chaos that emits from the single flap of a butterfly's wings. He's self destructive and doesn't care about anyone but himself.  His parents split up when he was thirteen and he would stay with his mom on weekends and his father throughout the week, until his mom got sick with cancer and died less than a year after the divorce. I wonder if that has anything to do with the way he acts. 

[BRIDGER SITS ON THE SAND BY THE WATER, THE CIGARETTE STILL DANGLING BETWEEN HIS FINGERS]

Not gonna lie, I feel bad for him sometimes considering the situation with my dad. 

[THE SCENE CHANGES AS JOHN B NARRATES TO JJ ON THE BEACH. IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS CONVERSATION WITH A TOURON GIRL, HE POGUE'S EYES SHIFT TO SEE THE FAMILIAR BRUNETTE STANDING WITH HIS KOOK FRIENDS AND HIS PLAYFULNESS DIES DOWN INTO HATRED]

[JOHN B'S VOICE]: Really, none of us are his biggest fans. But there's nobody that hates him more than JJ. Just the mention of his name is enough to send him storming off in anger. They have a lot of history, both good and bad. JJ thinks I don't know about it but it's super obvious. It's not my story to tell but it's heartbreaking, I'll tell you that.
