** summary **

Stephanie, or Steph Ashford was a Pogue, through and through. She was born and raised in the cut by her father, Raymond, who owned a very unsuccessful restaurant. The brunette's mother disappeared before she could walk, leaving the beautiful beaches and her family behind to live somewhere better. Life was boring for the girl until she met her best friends, John B, JJ, Pope, and Kie. The five of them became a true family, and now that summer was coming up, Steph was hella excited for the trouble they were going to get into.

Steph has never really been one for rules, or listening to others. Most of her time was spent drinking, or smoking, and when she isn't high on a substance, she's really fucking good at photography. But the hot mouths of endless waves, parties, and sun-kissed skin don't go the way the Ashford girl had intended. And it all started after the destruction that Hurricane Agatha left behind on the islands.

If you had told Steph that she would be going on a treasure hunt to find gold, she would have never believed you. But she would believe that she would follow her friends to the end of the earth, and that meant finishing what John B's father started before he got lost at sea. On top of the adventures the group was having, Steph was going through issues of her own. One of the being that she was starting to suddenly fall hand over heels for her best friend JJ, and she was falling inside a deep addiction that it's swallowing her up whole.
