The rest of the night was a blur as most were drunk and found it hard to remember. Serena luckily made it home safe, most probably because of Jake.

Lavender woke up to sleeping on a couch in the mayors home, she didn't know what happened but she did remember the thing between Serena and Jake last night. Lavender got out of the house as soon as she could and walked into the town square where most people were and went around whispering about Serena, laughter started to burst and like a wild fire, the lies were spreading.

Serena got out of her house and took her morning stroll as usual, however this time she didn't feel comfortable as everyone was staring at her and as she walked away laughed at her, Serena ran to the mckulks home as she felt sad and depressed and thought Jake could help her. She knocked on the door and Jake answered, he walked out of the door and shut it behind him, then he spoke "i know this sounds immature but is it true." Serena stood there confused then Jake spoke "that's all I needed to know." Serena then spoke "what, what's going on Jake with everyone." Jake spoke "what do you mean?" Serena started to cry "everyone keeps on laughing at me as I walk past and you now, asking if it's true." Jake swept her tears away and looked at her putting her face in his hands "listen baby, I have to go and help my dad on the farm but I will talk to you later."

Serena nodded and soon after Jake was gone, Serena followed behind Jake and out of nowhere Jacob turned up and started a fight with Jake , Serena screamed still crying shouted "STOP!" But they didn't listen. Serena sat on the ground crying into her hands, David walked out of the house and stopped the fight and went over to Serena before Jacob could comfort her and spoke "Hey Serena, what's wrong." Still sobbing she replied "everything." David looked at the ground then replied "is this about what happened last night, and to do with the rumours that went around town." Serena looked at David "what rumours?" David told her "well you see, people have been talking, some say you have dated multiple men, some say you kissed my brother, some say that you are pregnant." Serena said "what, well no wonder everyone laughed at me this morning, do you really need to know what happened!" David replied "of course I need to know I mean I am your best friend in the whole wide world, so yes I need to know." Serena said "well the rumour that i have had multiple boyfriends is false, the rumour that I am pregnant is very, very false and well the last one, is....... Is.......... True." David replied "oh well that explains why Jacob started a fight with Jake and don't worry, at least I believe you and my brother does, isn't that all that matters." Serena replied with a smile "I guess your right." And hugged David before getting off the ground and running off.
