I know, I actually posted 😱 but yer; I'm sorry you guys had to wait FOREVER for me to update, I literally don't even know how you guys are still even here? But anyway, sorry for the long wait and I'm just gonna stop talking now and let you read the chapter,

I had let out a scream before darting towards my bedroom and locking it.
      
I had just witnessed my mother kissing another, who wasn't my father!

This is most definitely messed up!

I slumped on the ground with a thud. My mind whirling with all that has happened.

Mr. Mckulk and his multiple lovers. My mother intertwining with all this. It's just all too much!

"Honey, I can explain!" I heard my mother lovingly shout through the door.

I just witnessed my mother kissing Jakes father; god, that's traumatic!

I put my head on my knees and tried to think of how I could possibly fix this scenario.

Hours had now passed and I was still trying to think of this very plan which hasn't formulated yet.

"Honey, dinners ready!" My mother called out in a helpless tone.

On that note I decided I would go and have dinner (I mean I didn't exactly want to starve).

Anyway, i slowly opened the door and made my way into the dinning room. What I saw in the dinning room though made me want to do a 180 out of there.

"I'm glad you decided to join us." My mother said in a gleeful tone.

I put on a fake smile and sat in my usual seat at the table.

"I'm sorry you had to witness-" I quickly held my hand up to the man who was about to finish that sentence.

"Enough already, I don't wish to hear anymore about this situation tonight. All I want to do is enjoy my meal and head to bed, is that okay with y'all?" I asked in a bored tone.

I seriously wasn't in the mood right now to talk to sick freak and my mother.

"Okay sweetie." My mother said whilst holding onto my hand from across the table.

And just like that the table was silent.

The only thing making a noise was the cutlery clinking onto the plates.

"Lovely dinner Marian." Mr. Mckulk said to my mother which made me itch in awkwardness.

So, I took this as my cue to leave.

I quickly got up and made my way out of there, I just can't!

I quickly shut the door and jumped into my bed.

I've got it!

I'll leave.

It's really that simple. If I leave then all the trouble stops, it's simple and wise.

Sure I would have to leave everyone behind, my mother would never except going back to the city.

So, that means I must leave by myself.

I mean, I would prefer being there than here anyways.

I sighed in content.

The plan is now made.

And with that in mind I soundlessly went to sleep.

An alarming scream made me jump awake.

My mother stood just at the end of my bed with the hugest smile on her face.

"Honey, he finally did it?!" She said with pure glee.

I was really confused, who was he? I mean it could be obvious but for crying out loud I've just woken up.

"What?" I asked groggily.

My mother leaped over to me and eagerly sat on the edge of my bed before showing me her hand.

"Richard proposed to me!" She said whilst jumping up and down.

My eyes grew wide, god no!

"Isn't that exciting?" She said whilst giggling uncontrollably.

I didn't know how to react so I just nodded, I really can't be related to him.

Mr. Mckulk cannot become my step father.

I have to stop this now!

"Mother why did you say yes?" I asked wholeheartedly.

Her smile then fell, she now held a slight frown, "what do you mean 'why'? I love him dear, more than life itself."

I furrowed my eyebrows, "you can't do that, I might be selfish right now but you just can't!"

My mother then held onto my hand, "it's all I ask, please let me have this one wish dear."

I shook my head slowly, "I'm sorry mother, I can't support this."

I love Jake and I cannot be related to him, he cannot become my half-brother.

My mother held a look of shock upon her face, "but your my daughter, you've always stood by my side throughout everything."

I looked at my mother with my best 'sorry' eyes, "I'm sorry I just can't support this. Never have I been more against anything in my life."

My mother held a look of hurt, "how are you so against this."

I held my eyes shut, "just let me think about this please!" I demanded.

My mother instantly left me.

Once I knew she was gone, I quickly packed my bag; chucking everything that was essential for this journey.

I quickly looked at my bag and once satisfied, I zipped it up and put it under my bed.

I can't have my mother seeing this.

I breathed in a sigh as I stared out of my window.

How did life become this messed up?!

"Honey, have you thought about it?" I heard my mother ask through the bedroom door.

I sighed as I looked down at my hands, "yer." I said quietly.

My mother quickly bursted through the doors and gave my a huge smile, "so, your okay with this."

I slightly nodded my head.

I know though that I was completely, utterly against this.

"Oh dear, you don't know how happy this makes me!" She said with glee.

I dot know how much longer I can take of this.

Of all this.

I don't know how I'm going to deal with my mother who will soon be the new Mrs. Mckulk. God, just the thought makes me shiver in disgust.

I can't deal with this much longer.

I just can't!

"There's my future daughter." I heard Mr. Mckulk say as he walked up to my mother and kissed her.

I inwardly gagged.

This is really gross.

And just him calling me his daughter is just wrong. He isn't my father, my father is dead; and he will forever remain dead!

I closed my eyes and took a long breathe, "I'm gonna go get some fresh air."

"Perfect, lets all go together!" My mother said happily.

God, that's just what I need.

Why can't they take a hint? Are they doing this on purpose or something?

I just hate this and I know I won't stay around to find out how this all ends.
