"Breathe in.....out....."

I start breathing slowly, but I can't!

"WHERE IS THE DOCOTR?!" I yelled.

"Shhhh sweetie it's okay...it's okay. He should be here any minute."

"Sorry I'm late, Okay Miss Velcrum. We'll just do a quick check up."

The doctor and a group of other doctors and nurses came in checking on me.

I held Vylad's hand tightly as another pain came in. "GRRRR...."

"I need to ask a question to you two. This baby....are any of you a magic user?" The doctor ask.

"Umm we're both magic users. I'm a shadow knight and she's a demon Warlock."

The doctor's face came from calm to worried.
"Oh dear....we'll try very hard to have this baby healthy."

"WHAT?!" I yelled.

"You see a baby with that much kind of power from you two can be easily hurt from the power. We'll be as careful as we can and keep the baby alive."

"ALIVE?!" I yelled again.

"When did the contractions happen?" The doctor asks.

"About like 2 to 3 hours ago." Vylad answered.

"We might have to wait a while until you can start pushing Mrs. Velcrum."

"A-and...how long will that b-be?"

The doctor looks at the nurse and the nurse nodded at him. "About 5 hours..."

"5 HOURS?! GRAGH!"

"Owww...honey...."

I look and saw Vylad's fingers all white. I let go immediately and balled my fists.

"I'm sorry Ms. Velcrum. But just to say, it could be longer. We're going to do further check ups until you're ready. For now we need to hook you up into an Iv and get you prepared."

I just nodded along. I felt someone carry me and saw Vylad placing me down on a wheeled bed.

"V-Vylad!" I reach out my hand to him and he took it.

He kissed my hand then my head.
"I'll be with you in a minute honey. I need to get some papers done for you."

"P-please...Urgh! Be quick!"

~Time Skip~
•Vylad's POV•

"I'M NOT READY!!!" I yelled.

"Easy there, sweetie...I know everything is going by fast, but you need to calm down..." Mom Says as she sat me down on a chair.

"B-but the due was suppose to be next week! I-it's so s-sudden!"

"That's something that happened to Garroth. He was a weak early and we were all freaking out." Dad says.

"Is that why he acts so weird?"

"Vylad Ro'meave!" Mom scolded.

"I-I'm Sorry...i-i'm just....what I-if I'm not ready f-for parenting?"

"You will be. Trust me son, I've been where you've been. Having to be there for your wife through this scary time. Letting her crush your fingers, listening to her agony screaming, getting cursed at cause it's all your fault an—OWWW!"

"I just sometimes can't believe I fell in love with a man like you! If you don't like it, then why did we have a second child?! It is your fault." Mom crossed her hands and look at me with a calm look.

"Honey, sweat pea you'll be an amazing father. Unlike your father, I know how much you can take. You're a strong boy."

I hug Mom and Dad thanking them both.
"Thank you guys."

"We'll be here waiting for the others. Now go and enter your nightmare! OWWW!"

"I swear!"

I chuckled and made my way to (Y/n)'s room. I knocked before entering and saw her watching TV.

"V-v-Vylad..."

"My Irene, you sound like you just given birth. W-wait! Have you?!"

"N-no no...the doctors just injected something to my back...t-to numb the pain...I-it's just s-so uncomfortable..."

"I think you should just rest now until you're ready. You need as much as energy to deliver this baby....our baby."

I held her hand and kissed it gently.
"Heh....can you believe it....in just a few h-hours...we get to see our b-beautiful baby girl...."

(Y/n)'s face immediately fell into a sad look.

"What's wrong? Is the baby coming?!"

"No...just...if I-I don't make it...i-i love you...remember that..."

"No no no. You will make it." I held (y/n)'s Hand with both of mine as I knelt down beside her bed. "You have to! I can't do this alone!"

"Vylad...."

(Y/n) reached out to my face and wiped my tears. "I-I'll try....b-but I know...you c-can do it...do it for me...do it for your daughter...."

After some time, I lightly brushed (y/n)'s hair and she was fast asleep.

I sat down on a chair beside her and heard the door open.

"Hey, How is she?" Travis came in with everyone.

"She's good..."

Garroth can beside me and side hugged me. "You'll do great baby brother. I know you can..."

"Heh, I'm not the one who's giving birth here Garroth." I said.

"No, but you will be a father." Says Aaron.

The twins came running to me and sat on my lap to see (Y/n).
Maria and Hudson look so much bigger now.
(I COMPLETELY FORGOT THAT APH AND ARRON HAD TWINS IN THIS BOOK!!!)

"Will Aunt (y/n) be okay?" Maria asks.

I sighed and hug the two. "She will, she has to..."

~Time Skip~

"We have to have her start pushing." The doctor said.

Everyone was guided outside, but I stayed as (y/n) was already sweating. I rolled up a shirt and placed it in her mouth, to cover the scream and that she won't bite herself.

"Mr. Ro'meave, please follow us." The doctor said.

We all went to surgical room and I was helped with putting on a surgical apron, gloves and a hair cap.

I went to (y/n)'s side and held her hand. She turned to me and I took off the shirt.

"Shhh you can do it...I know you can..." I kissed her forehead and she then screamed.

"GAHHHH!!! I SWEAR! WE'RE NEEVR HAVING ANOHER BABY AGAIN! VYLAD THIS IS ALL YOUR F*CKING FAULT!"

Now i understand what Dad says...

"Shhh I know I know. I'm sorry..." I said, just going along.

"Okay Ms. Velcrum you're ready."

"GRAGH!" (Y/n) starts sweating even more and I'm just here trying to comfort her.

"Sweetie you can do it, the pain will just get better."

"HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT?! I'M GIVING BIRTH FOR IRENE'S SAKE!!!"

I flinched as she tighten her grip on my hand.

"We see the Head!"

I face back to (y/n) and kissed her hand. "Come on honey, just one more. I promise it'll be over."

(Y/n) looked at me and shut her eyes. She kept screaming and it was terrifying, then all comes to silence when we heard a cry.

"Congratulations! A healthy baby girl born at 2:37 AM on August 3, 2018." The Doctor announced.

I was ecstatic and I can't stop crying. My baby girl is here.

"(Y-y/n)...our daughter....s-she's finally here..." I said as I linked foreheads with her.

"Mmm...I-I'm So h-happy...."

I walked over to the docotrs and saw the nurse holding a baby. My baby, wrapped around in a (f/c) soft blanket.

I smiled at the little one and the nurse taught me how to hold her properly.

"Now be gentle, she just got born you know." The nurses and doctors softly laughed.

I smiled at the baby and saw her wiggling around before she calms down.

"Hi sweetie....ohhh aren't you just the cutest. It's me...papa...."

I cried some more and I had to show (y/n).
I walk over to (y/n) and show her our baby.
"W-well...hello l-little one...."

(Y/n) looked at me with a smiled before her eyes closed shut.

"(Y-y/n)?!"

"It's alright Mr. Ro'meave, she just past out from the exhaustion she had with giving birth. Perfectly normal."

I sighed in relief. I look down at the little infant and cradle her in my arms. "Mama is going to be fine, she's strong little one....just like you...."

I see the baby smiling a bit and my heart fluttered.
"Heh, I bet you'll kill me with your cuteness just before your mother."

"Sorry to ruin the moment Mr. Ro'meave, but we need to take your daughter in for further check up.
You'll be reunited with her fairly soon." The Nurse said and I sadly gave my daughter to her.

"And my fiancé?"

"She'll be in her room after we check up on her. For now you may want to see your family and friends."

"Of course, thank you all for your hard work."

A nurse helped me in getting rid of the stuff I'm wearing and I got out of the surgical room.

My sweet daughter is finally here...

"Well, well, well...look what we have here. Vylad Ro'meave."

I quickly turned and my eyes shot up.

"Hehehe, congrats on your daughter by the way. Hope nothing happens to her..."
