The scene starts from Kabir who is driving the car frantically at high speed.He is left staggered after heard the news from suman and instantly rushes to hospital. He is profusely sweating in fear and his mind is preoccupied with weird thoughts.He says to himself "No kabir you can't be a pessimist. Nothing will go wrong. Stay strong and have faith on your true love. It is your ultimate strength" He is trying to make himself strong and courageous.

Within few minutes he reached the hospital and hurtled inside. He saw his mother standing outside the ICU and rushes to her. His heart starts pounding high as he starts nearing the room. With heavy heart he opened his mouth "Ma please tell me Pooja is fine".

Few hours before.....
At Mittal's mansion, after kabir left for office, Pooja starts working on her  presentation. She is working from home as Deep asked her to do so. Right then Suman comes there with juice and saw pooja indulged in work.
Krish who is playing on bed notices suman and calls her. Krish's voice grabbed Pooja's attention and she looks up to see Suman standing with a glass of juice. She says "Ma when did u come? and why did you bring juice here. I would have come down if you called me" Suman says "I don't want you to take stairs unnecessarily thats why I came here".First drink this juice fastly bcz I don't want your baby to stay famished".

Pooja smiles and drinks the juice. In the spur of the moment,Chandha's sound grabbed their attention. Both are shocked to hear Chandha shouting at someone. Pooja says "Ma its Chandha chachi's voice.Lets go and check whats happening downstairs". Suman stops her and says "Pooja you stay here with Krish I will go and check. May be chandha is shouting at the maid for silly things. I will handle this matter and you carry on your work" Suman leaves while Pooja's instinct is urging her to go down stairs. Something is forcing her to come out of the room. She couldn't understand what's happening to her. Pooja could not control her curiosity anymore and decided to check whats happening downstairs.She takes krish along with her and comes out. Pooja is astonished to see Kavya fighting with Chandha and Suman. Suddenly her eyes fell on a lady who is supporting Kavya. She could hear her voice and see her back posture only.

Pooja is wondering who is that lady. She didn't see her face but an unknown feeling arisen in her heart. She starts feeling restless all of a sudden and her instinct is saying something is going to happen. With mixed emotions and thoughts she descended down the stairs. Anuradha tries to make Arush realize that kavya is his mother and no one else while Arush stays stubborn in his point.He saw Pooja there and rushes to her calling "Pooja ma". He holds her hands and says aloud"She is my real ma". Anuradha turns to see Pooja with krish. She stood speechless seeing Pooja with Krish. She recollects krish meeting at the temple and realized she is the one whom she was supposed to meet that day and then reminisces admitting Pooja at the hospital and about her pregnancy news. Everything flashed in her mind within few seconds. On the other side, Pooja is left dumbstruck with the person standing in front of her.

She couldn't believe her eyes. Her heart starts beating faster and her eyes are filled with tears of happiness. Her mother is alive and she is in front of her today. Pooja leaves krish down and runs towards her. She hugs her crying at her top voice "Ma! Where were you all these years ma? Why did you left me and Rani? How did you know find me after all these years. I couldn't believe you are here. Please tell me I am not dreaming and your presence is real.Ma please speaking something" Anuradha is taken aback with Pooja's encounter and stood frozen. Tears are falling off without her knowledge. She couldn't not believe whats happening here. Even others are also left confused with Pooja's behavior. Anuradha says "What are you blabbering and why are you addressing me as your mother?"

Pooja is hurt with her words and says "Ma I am Pooja! your daughter Pooja sharma. Don't you recognize your own daughter. Its been 15years since you have left us. Ma please trust me I am your daughter Pooja Sharma" she sobs miserably. Anuradha could not believe the stunning fact of her life. All these years she have been living with a pointless lie. She thought she have lost her family but today the destiny has something else to say. While others are also equally shocked with Pooja's revelation.

Pooja cries holding Anuradha's hands and pleads her to speak to her. Suddenly Pooja starts feeling dizzy and fell down unconscious leaving everyone shocked...

Back to Hospital
Kabir asks "Ma what happened to Pooja.What did the doctor say? Is she fine?tell me ma. Your silence scares me a lot. Please say something ma" Suman with heavy heart opened her mouth. She says "Pooja didn't regain her conscious yet and Doctors are treating her". Kabir cries hearing her words and says "Why Pooja has to go through all this. She don't deserve this at all" Then he wiped his tears and asks "Ma Pooja was fine till morning the how come suddenly her health worsened?"

Suman says " I don't know whom to blame. The destiny has brought bombshell revelations of her life" kabir gave a confused look. Suman then starts narrating the incident. She says "Pooja's mother is alive" which leaves kabir startled. He asks "What!Pooja's mother is alive? How come possible? She died long back. If she was alive then why she didn't meet Pooja till today".Now Kabir is inquisitive to know about her. He asks about Pooja's mother "Where is she?".Suman eyes tuned towards Anu who is standing besides Kavya.She pointed out Anuradha as Pooja's mother.Kabir is flabbergast to know that Pooja's mother is the one whom he met earlier at temple.

Before even he digests the fact,Suman reveals an another shocking truth.She spills the truth that Pooja and Kavya are cousins. Kabir is left astounded and looks at kavya in disbelief. The truth leaves him devastated. He didn't except that Kavya and Pooja will be relatives.He could not believe the destiny's game and their tangled relationship with one another.
