Next day, Kabir and Pooja got ready and come out together. Kavya is surprised to see them together and worries "Oh no! Did they patch up already? How is it possible?". Kabir asks "Where is Krish. I didn't see him from morning?" Pooja shows him playing with Anuradha. Kabir smiles and walks towards them. He lifts Krish and says "Good Morning Krish! Started troubling your nani in the morning itself ". Krish pouts hearing his words. Kabir enjoys his son's cute expressions and kisses him. He gives Krish to Suman and asks him to play with this dadi. Anuradha asks "I am ready shall we leave then". Kabir nods while Kavya interrupts them. She says "Aunty can I accompany you to the hospital. Because Kabir has to be with Pooja. He can't manage both. I will join if you don't have any problem".

Kabir turned his face away which clearly showed his dislike. Anuradha is hesitating what to say because she knew kabir doesn't like her presence at all. In the spur of the moment Pooja intervenes. She says "No Problem at all Kavya. You can join us". Pooja notices Kabir's fist and holds his hand saying "Lets go Kabir".He is controlling his rage and tolerating Kavya's presence just for the sake of Pooja. All four has started to hospital. After 15 minutes they have reached the venue. Kabir and Pooja has gone to meet the gynecologist whereas Kavya and Anuradha met the general physician.Kabir and Pooja are so excited and it is clearly visible in their flourishing faces. The doctor has checked Pooja and advices her to follow on the diet plan and medicines. The doctor says "Pooja it's the critical period of pregnancy you have to be extra careful. Don't stress much it may affect your baby". Kabir assures he will take care of her well while Pooja smiles at him.

The screen shifts to Anuradha who is going through some tests. Kavya is worried a bit seeing all these and prays that everything should be normal. The doctor prescribed some medicines and asks her to meet again with the reports. Kavya asks "Doctor aunty is fine right? Why she has gone through those tests. Any serious problem?". Doctor replies "Lets wait for the test results. Don't worry unnecessarily until then". Kavya nods and leaves with Anuradha. Pooja and Kabir are waiting for them at the reception. Pooja saw them and enquires about her mom's status. Anuradha says "Nothing serious. The doctor has asked me to visit once the test results are ready".

Kabir says "Ma give me the prescription I will buy medicines from pharmacy. Pooja you stay with ma". He leaves the place while all 3 ladies are waiting at the reception. Kabir accidentally met Dhruv's friend Abir there. He is pleasantly surprised to see Kabir and enquires about his life. He then asks about Dhruv. Kabir recalls the most dreadful accident that changed Dhruv's life. He informs about Dhruv's coma condition and says only god can save my bhai. Its been 3years, he has slipped into coma. No improvements so far but we didn't loose our hope. We know he will retaliate his coma and come back soon".  Abir is devastated to know so many things happened in Dhruv's life and expressed his sorrow. Kabir then leaves the place with disturbed thoughts. All the way driving back, Kabir is preoccupied with Dhruv's thoughts.

He reminisces their brotherhood and misses them badly. Then the accident flashed in his mind. How Dhruv was desperate to meet Jhanvi and left the house. His last words while leaving the house everything keeps on running in his mind.Within 10 minutes they have reached the mansion. Kabir enters the room with heavy heart. Suman brings juice for Pooja and enquires about the check up. Pooja shares about the same while Kabir is not paying heed to their conversation. He seems pensive while Suman didn't failed to notice it. Pooja then excuses herself saying "Ma I will go and check on Krish". After Pooja's exit, Suman sit beside Kabir and asks him in a concerned tone "Kabir you look worried? Anything serious in Pooja's health?" Kabir nods negatively. She asks "Then what is bothering you. You seem disturbed". Kabir immediately lies on his mother's lap while Suman sensed something serious. She says "I am your mom .You can share it with me. Tell me what makes you perturbed?" Kabir whispers "Dhruv" which leaves Suman stunned. She is equally agitated hearing Dhruv's name.

Kabir then shares Abir's meeting at hospital and says "Lots of Changes happed in this three years. Jhanvi's revenge, Dad's imprisonment, My marriage with Pooja, Kavya's backstabbing, Dad's betrayal, Krish. Amongst these incidents Dhruv is still in coma. He has no idea how our life have turned topsy turvy. I would be nice If Dhruv is with us". Suman is listening to him without uttering a single word. She is hiding her pain and consoling Kabir. Pooja who is standing at the door felt guilty for ruining Dhruv's life and leaves the place with a heavy heart.

At night, three souls are not able to sleep. Kabir and Pooja are lying facing their backs. Pooja is filled with guilty conscience. She couldn't even face Kabir and thinks how she is gonna mend her mistake. Kabir on the other side, thinks about Dhruv and slept off. Pooja couldn't sleep and turns the other side. She says "Kabir I know you are worried about Dhruv but I am helpless I couldn't even lessen your pain. I am so sorry". She holds his hands and slept off.After two days, Anuradha gets a call from the hospital that her reports are ready. She informs the same to Pooja and kavya. Kavya says "Actually aunty Sorry, tomorrow I have to go to Arush's school. I can't come with you but no worries I will ask Rani". Anu says "No problem Kavya I will manage". Pooja intervenes "Mumma then I will accompany you tomorrow". Anuradha says "Pooja I can manage alone. Doctor has advised you to be careful for the next wo months. Better you stay at home and take rest". Pooja moues " Mumma don't treat me like a patient. I will come with you that's final". Anu agreed to Pooja's words helplessly.
