Morning , at Mittal's mansion, kabir and Jay are seriously discussing about the company matters. Suman notices them and comes there with a coffee tray. Then both halted their discussion for a Coffee break. Suman sat with them and enquires Kabir about Jay's performance.Kabir without waiting for a moment starts lauding his younger brother's performance.Kabir continues "Mom Jay has become a completely responsible man now. He is capable of running our company single-handed. I am so proud of my brother". Suman is pleasantly surprised to hear Jay growing responsible and mature.In the spur of the moment something flashes in her mind. She thinks that it is the best time to start looking alliance for Jay. Kabir notices suman lost in thoughts and enquires about it.

Suman shares her idea, pops up in her mind which leaves them totally stunned. Both shared a shocking look.Jay's mindvoice "Oh no badi ma is thinking about my marriage. How I am gonna reveal my love"On the other side, Kabir is super excited and agrees to his mom's words. Jay thinks about his girlfriend and immediately his cheeks turned crimson red out of blush.But kabir didn't fail to notice his bashfulness.In the meantime, Suman starts putting forward her enquiry "What kind of wife are you expecting Jay?Tell me I will look for her from today onwards". Kabir in a mocking tone "Mom I don't think you need to do all this bcz I feel like Jay has already chosen someone in his life". Jay's eyes widened hearing kabir's words and is highly embarrassed. He denies kabir's words but kabir is not convinced. He says "Don't forget Jay that I have done Ph.D in this subject.

I know how people will behave when they are in love. I used to blush like you when I think of my love.Spill out the beans Jay! Tell me the one who has stolen your heart?". Jay couldn't control his blush anymore and tries to deny it at any cost. He argues "Nothing like that bhai. Stop pulling my legs". Suman supports Jay and asks him to teasing him. Kabir in a mocking tone "Ma mark my words! One day he is gonna surprise us all with his girlfriend". Suman interrupts "I have full trust on Jay. He won't do anything that hurts our family. Moreover if he has someone in his life he will share it to his badi ma first. I have my full faith on him" Jay side hugs her,saying "Badi ma is always right". Their lovely moment is distubed by the sound of calling bell. Suman says "She will go and check on it" lil did they know hurricane is waiting for them at the door. Before Suman reaches Sonali signs and receives the letter.Its written Mr and Mrs Kabir. Sonali says she will give it to bhaiya. Suman nods and went to kitchen. Kabir and Jay who are in serious discussion looks up to see Sonali there.

Sonali hands over the letter to kabir. He opens the letter and his face flushed as soon as he reads the letter. His eyes turned blood shot and clenches the letter frantically which leaves Jay and Sonali in bafflement. Kabir calls out for other family members to share the shocking news.Sonali asks "Whats there in the letter bhai. Why are you furious?". Kabir looks at Pooja descending down with Arush and Krish. Pooja is puzzled to see his flushed face and becomes worried. In the meantime Suman and Chandha too joined. Pooja moves near kabir and asks "What happened Kabir.You looks fretful" in a concerned tone.Kabir finally opens up. He reveals finally in an exasperated tone "Kavya has sent a legal notice to us" which leaves everyone flabbergasted. Chandha opens her mouth in disbelief "Oh my Krishna! Kavya!

But why did she sent a notice to us? We have broken all relationships with her. Then how can she think of something like this. What does she want from us now?".Kabir turns his gaze towards Arush and says "She wants the custody of Arush" which leaves everyone shocked. Pooja is panic stricken after hearing the same. Pooja whispers "Custody?".She had never expected that kavya will ask for Arush's custody. Bcz kavya has no love on Arush. She used him for her selfish motive nothing else. Sonali interrupts saying "Demand for Custody! What was she doing all these months? She never cared about Arush. How come suddenly she longs for her son and sent us legal papers. This is not fair at all. I am sure bhai she has some strong motive behind this".

Arush who was looking clueless now understood the problem.He is scared to hell thinking what if kavya takes him away from this family. He holds Pooja's hands and asks "Am I gonna leave you all and stay with kavya ma forever? He asks in an anxious tone. Pooja immediately kneels down and pulls him into a passionate hug and tries to console him. She says "No Arush we won't loose you ever. We are one family and we all love you immensely. How can you think that we will leave you to someone who doesn't care about you at all?

She wipes his tears and says "Don't cry we all are with you" She stands up and holds Arush's hands firmly.Pooja speaks "Kabir! Arush is our son and we accepted him wholeheartedly as Krish's elder brother.How can we loose him now.He won't leave this house. Please do something.Kabir moves towards Pooja and holds her hand. He says "Don't worry Pooja. Until I am there no one can separate Arush from us".Kavya's Mansion, Anu asks "Are you happy kavya Mittals might have received court notice by now. Next we have to wait for the hearing day. Just few more days then our grandson will stay with us". Kavya hugs her in excitement and thanks her. She says now I have full confidence that we will win our case. Anu intervenes and put forward a critical issue which jerks kavya. She says "Even though we have more strong points to win but we have one limitation. But the sad thing is that acts as an immunity for Mittals.Our weakness is their strength".Kavya eyes widened hearing her words and shared a clueless look.

Anu says "Yes kavya Arush is our weakness and their strength. The chances of winning is in the hands of Arush. Right now Arush hates you so obviously he will chose to stay with Kabir whatever may be the case. We have to break that disadvantage.You have to win Arush's heart as a mother. Can you do that before our final hearing?" Anuradha is eagerly waiting for Kavya"s reaction. There remained a layer of silence for few minutes. Kavya is lost in thoughts contemplating Anuradha's words. After a couple of minutes, kavya embraced herself and broke the silence. She got a bit feisty and speaks up. "I won't loose this opportunity. I will make sure that I got my son back".....
