Ronin Pov

Me: I never *gasp* thought I would have to run *gasp like that again.

We were currently in a random classroom as we heard the stampede of clout hungry women run up and down the halls. They were all looking for me, for very obvious reasons.

Kass: I see why you didn't want to come to school today.

Me: No kidding. Not even I thought it would be this bad!

We were currently on the second story of the four story education building. It was tiring to drag Kass around like this

Me: I'm sorry this is happening darling.

She grew a small tint of pink because of the pet name but put her hands on my shoulders anyway.

Kass: Its ok. I knew something like this was bound to happen as well. I just hoped it to be later instead of instantly.

A loud and ear piercing screech was heard before the intercom urged on.

Intercom: Ronin and Kassandra Adler. Please head to the front office immediately. Ronin and Kassandra Adler, please head to the front office immediately. Thank you.

The intercom was shut off and another stampede was heard. Presumably returning to the front office.

Me: Dammit! Now they know where were headed.

Kass: Ro', it'll be OK.

Me: Do you really think so? I mean, women can be ruthless, you know that. I don't want them to do anything to you.

She grew a small smile when she heard the sentence leave my mouth and pressed her head against my chest. Listening to my heartbeat.

Kass: They will never hurt me. Try all they might, as long as we are together they will never hurt us.

She looked up at me with determined eyes. Eyes filled with a mix of confidence, determination and love. She tip toed and smooched my cheek, before dragging me towards the door.

Kass: We either hide away and give them the chance to break us. Or we keep our heads high and whether the storm.

She jabbed me in the small of my back which caused my tails to pop out, along with my ears, in turn causing my hair to alter into its mainly white and longer version. I sighed, knowing what must be done.

Me: Ok, ok, I get it. But was that necessary? Its still painful, you know?

Kass: Sorry, but I didn't know if there was any better way to get you to realize it.

I huffed and crossed my arms, looking away from her.

Me: I'll forgive you if you give my cheek a little smooch.

She giggled but abliged.

Kass: You're so childish.

Me: Like you're one to talk!

She intertwined our arms and fingers tightly before tilting her head to me and smiling that warmth inducing smile. I smiled back to her and faced the door, heaving quite the sigh.

Me: Let's get this over with darling.

We both grabbed the handle and pushed it open before confidently striding out.

Well, so much for the confident Kassandra.

Me: Still can't walk?

She shyly shook her head as she was curled up into a ball in my arms. As girls surrounded us, she was becoming increasingly anxious and overwhelmed. Eventually forcing me to carry her in my arms bridal style, which I did not mind a bit. It was quite adorable to see her this way, curled up like a kitten who'd fallen asleep.

Me: Its ok darling, we're only a minute away from the office.

She nodded again before covering her tomato red face once more.

Me: No need to be embarrassed darling.

Kass: I-its j-ust that I-I've ne-ver g-got th-is much at-tention b-efore.

She stuttered out, curling up even more so.

Me: I guess that is true. Either way you have to stand now, we're here.

Kass: Noooo, I don't wanna!

Me: Darling, if you don't stand up imma gonna drop you.

Kass: Meanie!

Me: I'm sorry darling but I'm really tired. I would hold you like a baby in a parents arm more but I didn't sleep much last night.

Her blush became even heavier before she thrashed around and broke away from my grip, standing up on her own.

Me: Thank you.

She huffed but squeezed herself against my arm, staying as close as she could to me. I opened the door to the front office and the head of the student punishment department was waiting there.

Me: Mr. Gooch?

Mr. Gooch: Get inside kid, I'll make sure nobody else gets in. Principal is waiting for you.

I nodded my head along with Kass, although hers was a lot more shaky. She must've thought we were in trouble, which I thought as well. Either way, we walked towards the principals office and knocked on the door.

???: Come on in.

I grabbed the handle and turned it pushing it open, revealing the back of the principals chair turned towards us.

Me: Sorry, still didn't bring the coffee. Couldn't remember if it was espresso or black.

The principal turned around and had a serious face, showing this wasn't a time to joke. I heaved yet another sigh.

Me: Guess this is pure business then.

Principal: Yes it is. As you can tell, you are already being broadcast to the internet by your peers. We are afraid that this may be a serious security risk for both the school and you yourself.

Me: A security risk? Like a leak of where the school is and stalkers? Or a serious data leak of both student and staff information?

Principal: Most likely the first but we worry it may be possible for the ladder to occur.

Me: Is that the only problem or is there more?

Principal: Well, that is the only schooling problem. Therw are two others that mainly focus on you.

Me: Lets hears 'em.

Principal: The first is that we will need to announce to the school that indeed, Ronin O'Brian attends this school as some parents are already outraged at the fact we lied to them. Even if we ourselves didn't know.

Me: Yeah, sorry about causing that trouble, but that should be fine no?

Pricipal: Thats where the second problem is made. News outlets will flcok the school hoping to catch anything interesting about you. Whilst we can stop them from entering school ground, there is nothing we can do once your off school grounds.

Me: Oh. Thats entirely taken care of sir.

He looked surprised at the fact.

Principle: Oh? How so?

Me: Sir, with all due respect and humbleness, look at who you're talking to. My parents knew this would happen so against my will throughout my entire life I have always had about 4-6 different snipers on various rooftops at varying distances. Two of which always know my exact location. On top of that there are disguised body guards all around my vicinity.

He looked shocked at the revelation.

Me: They could be disguised as random homeless people, some are residents of nearby homes, and others are random pedestrians passing by the school. Obviously none are in the school itself but they are on standby. So I have security checked.

Out of nowhere Kass stood up quite frustrated at what I just said.

Kass : And you didn't bother to tell me this?!

Me: Darling please calm down, it was for my and now you're safety. I have guards around everyone in this family. You're mother has agreed to it to, and I have some watching the kids.

She seemedbto get even more frustrated.

Kass: But why didn't you tell me!! You could tell my mom but not me!?!?

Me: I know it angers you darling but it was for our safety. Now please calm down, we need to discuss the problems at hand. I will make it up to you in anyway I can later.

She huffed angrily but sat down in her seat again, most likely thinking of the most suitable punishments.

Me: Back on track, security outside of school grounds is already taken care of so there is no need to worry.

Principal: Ah I see, well then I see no reason to continue to hold you from classes. You two are dismissed.

We both nodded and stood up heading for the door before I turned and asked.

Me: Was my request fulfilled sir? I assume you know which one I am talking about.

Principal: Yes it was, the new uniforms should be given out today if everything has been set accordingly.

Me: Alright then, pleasure doing business.

I said before holding Kass' hand and walking out. She looked up at me confused.

Kass: What did you mean by request?

I genuinely smiled at her.

Me: Oh, nothing darling. Its nothing.

Kass: Tell me!

Me: Maybe I made someone's P.E. uniform a bit more, how do you say it?

I leaned into her ear and whispered.

Me: Skimpy.

I laughed a bit before pulling away to see her face dramatically turn to red as she looked away in embarrassment.

Oh how much fun it was to tease her.
