Ronin Pov

After that rather lightheaded bath together we all got out and headed down for breakfast. Or rather, lunch, since we spent a long amount of time bathing since we just sat in there.

Me: Well, what do you guys want to eat?

They all put on this thinking face and Luna was the first to make up her mind.

Luna: I want the bacon egg thingy you made papa.

Ember: Chocolate pancakes for me!

Kass seemed to still be making up her mind so I decided to get the ingredients ready.

Me: Ok! Chocolate pancakes and bacon egg thingy coming up.

I said at the cost of a light slap to my calf, courtesy of Luna for making fun of her. I walked to the pantry and grabbed the pancake mix, since I felt lazy, and chocolate chips before closing it. Throwing them onto he countertop, I moved to the fridge and pulled out the bacon we had left and threw it on the counter with the other stuff. Carefully I plucked six eggs from the top shelf of the fridge before closing it with my body and placing them it a small bowl.

Me: Still not picked something yet?

I turned around and she was up in my face, somehow sneaking up on me. She threw her arms around my neck before stating.

Kass: How about I have you?

She tried to go in for a small peck but I stepped back, unwrapping her arms, and shoved her lightly. She was shocked for a second before seeing the fear in my eyes. It still hadn't completely left my mind, it had only been a couple days. I still needed time to recover.

Me: N-no.

I shakily spoke as if I were starting to freeze. She understood her mistake quickly and hugged me normally, releasing some of the thoughts of her doing it once again from my mind. I hugged her back but not as strongly as she did.

Kass: I'm sorry Ronin.

She whispered into my ear. I could hear her tear up and I puffed out a single tail as to wipe it away.

Me: J-just. Give it time. Just hugs and cuddles for now.

She nodded her head and we let go of each other.

Kass: I want whatever you're going to make yourself.

I nodded my head before also grabbing two apples and tossing Kass one. She caught it and stared at it whilst I just took a bite out of mine. The loud crunch from my bite made her look up and see me chewing the apple with a grin.

Kass: Very funny.

She said sarcastically, I just laughed.

Me: Ok, ok, I'll make us something.

I snickered and she had a small giggle, before I got to work on the meals.

Me: Foods ready!!

Everyone: Coming!

I had just finished setting up the table and took off my apron and hung it on the hanger I had next to the pantry. I got a cup from the cupboards and water from the fridge before sitting down and getting ready. Kass was the first one through the door and she hugged me, along with the entire chair, from behind. It made me jump a little but I purred slightly anyway. Not that she heard it anyway.

Ms. Adler: What do we have here?

She saw the giant pot that was left on the stove with steam rushing out of the titled lid.

Me: That is. Russian plov? I don't know if thats the name.

Ms. Adler: What does it have?

Me: Carrots, peas, lamb, and potatoes. Plus, rice, obviously.

I said as she lifted the lid and looked in after the steam left. She nodded her head as stomachs rumbled behind me.

Ember: Food!!

Luna: Thank you papa!

They said before hopping into their seats and mauling their plate's contents. Us three laughed at their antics before seating ourselves. Kass and I would've had rice with lamb on the side but I decided to make plov instead since Ms. Adler showed up. Very unannounced.

Ms. Alder: Wow! This is good! It's tastes like how I would make it when I was in college. The good ol' days.

Kass: Mom, didn't you say you broke in college? How is that good?

Ms. Adler: Simpler times sweetie. Now I have to worry about being caught by the news for my daughter dating a billionaire.

Kass blushed and had a new interest in her food, making her mom and I laugh. I wrapped my arm around her waist and pulled her close to me, only adding to her embarrassment.

Me: You say that like its a bad thing mother.

Ms. Adler: Oh no, of course its not a bad thing! I didn't think she we even start dating 'till she was around 30!

Kass: Mom!

Everyone laughed at Kass' expense as she grew a brighter shade of red. She stuffed her head into my side and I wrapped my arm around her head, tucking her further in.

Me: I'll be honest, I think I would've thought the same thin- Ow!!

Kass gad sat up and punched my side rather hard before slugging my arm.

Me: Oi! Kass stop that hurts!

Kass: Then stop being so mean!

I turned to face her and caught her hands before pulling her into a hug. She couldn't punch me anymore but she could still pinch me, which is exactly what she did.

Me: Kass, please it was just a joke. I promise I won't do it again.

She let go of my skin and looked up at me with puffed cheeks.

Kass: Promise?

Me: I promise.

She hugged me tightly for a second before pulling away and slugging my arm one last time.

Kass: Fine. I'll accept it.

Me: Thank you, your highness.

She jabbed my side with her fingers which caused me to jolt upright, nearly launching the table.

Kass: Not funny.

She said, and yeah it wasn't funny, but she was blushing quite a lot.

Me: Of course you're hig-

I was cut off again as she jabbed my side again, doing it multiple times in a row as I nearly fell off my chair. When she stopped, it felt as though she punctured my kidney.

Me: Ow! Geez Kass, that really hurts you know!

I would've kept going if I hadn't been jabbed in the side again, except it wasn't Kass. Ember and Luna stabbed as my liver with their index and middle finger as well.

Me: W-wait st-op!!

It was both extremely painful, yet slightly ticklish. But it was mainly painful. All three of them started to jab me synchronously and I fell out of my chair onto the floor.

Ember: Haha, papa fell!

The other laughed as well, but I shut them up by filling their mouths with fur. Quickly pulling my tails out of their mouths I grabbed their arms using the same and tails and slowly got up.

Me: Oh! You've done it now girls!

By the end, I had nearly tickled them to death.
