This was suppose to be for Kuroko birthday. But I didn't post it bc it was unfinished. Here u go.

"Ah." Takumi looked at the calendar.

Today was 1/31/2019.

"What's wrong Takumi?" Akashi and Seiji walked over to him.

"Today January 31st..." Takumi frowned like he was forgetting something.

"Yes it is. Is there something wrong?" Akashi knelt down next to him.

"I forgot....." Takumi made a sad face.

"What did you forget?" Seiji looked at him.

"*Sniff* it was important......" Takumi cried.

Akashi ruffle his son hair and looked back up at the calendar.

January 31st.....

Akashi thought for a moment. Then it hit him. How could he forget.

"I know what you forgot." Akashi looked at his sons.

They both look at him.

"Today your mama birthday isn't it?" Akashi Smiled.

Takumi eyes sparkled.

"That's right! Today mama Birthday!!!" Takumi cheered.

"Oh that's right. I forgot...." Seiji frowned.

"Did you want to get something for your mama?" Akashi asked.

"Yeah!" Takumi Smiled.

"Then we should go shopping then." Akashi Said.

"Huh? But I thought we were gonna go to the amusement park?" Seiji Said.

"We can go any day. Beside Don't you also want to get something for your mom?" Akashi looked at Seiji Who blushed.

"I-I Do...." Seiji Said.

"Then let's go. Is there any specific thing you want to give to your mom? I'll pay for everything." Akashi winked.

"Yay papa cool!" Takumi cheered.

Seiji just sigh.

The three of them went to the mall and looked at every store and eating some food as they walked around.

Seiji found a pair of blue basketball shoes though the glass window. It looked like the one he saw his father wore when mama and them were still in high school.

"Do you like basketball?" Akashi appear next to him.

"Wah! Stupid old man don't appear like that!" Seiji Said surprised at his father appearance.

Akashi laughed at him.

"Well do you or not? Do you play?" Akashi asked.

"I do.... I'm in the basketball club. It's fun." Seiji blushed.

"That's good. Maybe I'll come see your game one day." Akashi Smiled.

"Don't laugh!" Seiji kicked him.

"Ouch!" Akashi rub his leg where Seiji kicked him.

Seiji pouted and walked toward Takumi who was looking at some flowers.

"I wasn't even laughing...." Akashi groan.

Akashi looked back at the shoes that Seiji was looking at.

"Did you find what you both wanted?" Akashi looked st the twins.

They both nodded their head.

Takumi held onto a bouquet of pink tulips flowers with a smiling face. Seiji had white lily flower and a small red box.

"Mama likes flower." Seiji Said.

"is that so?" Akashi Said.

Suddenly a cell phone rang.

Seiji suddenly stopped. He held onto his flowers tightly and grab out his phone from his pocket.

"When did you have a phone!" Akashi pointed at him.

"I always had one. I just didn't tell you old man. Beside this is for emergency." Seiji poke his tongue out at him.

Akashi had a tick off mark on his face. Seiji ignored him and answered.

"Hello this is Seiji?" Seiji titled his head.

Akashi and Takumi looked at him.

"Are you sure?" Seiji eyes met his father.

Seiji looked like he didn't know what to do. He shove the phone at Akashi.

"What's wrong?" Akashi frowned.

"Mama." Seiji Said.

Akashi eyes widen.

He looked at the phone for a moment and hesitated. His heart was beating really fast nervous and afraid. He didn't know if he would be able to calm down. It has been a long time since he talked to him.

He slowly took the phone out of Seiji hands and put it to his ear.

"This is Akashi...." Akashi felt sweaty for some reason.

"Is that you Sei?" The voice over the phone said.

"Y-Yeah...it's been a long time." Akashi Said.

"Yes it has. How are the boys?"

Akashi could hear Kuroko coughing harshly.

"Their Fine. How are you?" Akashi asked.

"I'm also fine. Um......"

Well this was awkward.....

Before Akashi could speak Kuroko beat him to it.

"W-would you like to meet." Kuroko Said quickly.

Silence filled the air for a moment. The twins stared at their father.

Akashi turned away from them.

"S-Sure If thats okay with y-you...." Akashi answered.

"T-that's great....let's meet at that place." Kuroko Said.

"That place?" Akashi Said.

"Yeah, that place where we first went on our date." Kuroko Said.

Akashi remember what Kuroko was talking about.

"I want to talk to you about that day....the reason why I left you." Kuroko Said.
