Synthia and her father Jacob have a great relationship! Many of which would wish to have that type of bond. They have a schedule for everyday of the week except Saturday and Sunday. Friday their favorite day because, it is movie night! They do this little competition thing where whoever falls asleep first loses and the winner must give them something to day once the next day. But otherwise the rest of their days look somewhat like this-

Monday: Homework if any then a board game.

Tuesday: Tutoring then bake cookies with dad.

Wednesday: Usually no homework; have the evening by themselves.

Thursday: Binge watch episodes of Beyond.

Friday: Go to school late (almost always 4th period) Get Home: Have movie night!

That's always how it is! Well...now is anyways... You see, Synthia and Jacob weren't always so close, and didn't always spend time together. Her mom and then would occasionally play around or watch TV together! Mom would force them to even if they didn't want to, but they loved it.

Pictures of them are all around the living room framed and frozen in time. But that's not all to pay attention to. There isn't really any mention of mom in this right now (until next chapter) ...that's because before now (you could probably tell or know) many happier times happened. With mom.
