The weather is cold and windy as the prey mainly takes shelter from the cold. Leaves are all gone from the trees. The hills and mountains at the center of an island are dusted by a light cover of snow.

-Streamfeather became the new Augur.

-The Oracle returned to the Children of the Ember.

DuneClan:

-Rumours about Snowstar killing the former leader of DuneClan Flamestar were spread by Cinderfang and Juniperclaw. Some cats believed them, causing Snowstar to threaten punishment if he caught anyone gossiping. He also told Jaypaw and Sparrowpaw to report any gossipers. 

-Juniperclaw, Falconwhisper, and Shadowsong broke the Warrior Code by eating prey without bringing it back because they feared Snowstar would poison them. No one caught them yet.

-Birchfeather told the story of Cricket Cliff to the kits and was invited to come back with Leafdawn to tell more stories.

-Eaglestripe, Dustleap, and Icewatcher did a hunting game.

-Petalfrost, Snowfall, and Honeycloud found a diseased tree, which Petalfrost fell out of when a branch broke under her. Snowstar asked all three to quarantine for a quarter moon, leaving Finchtuft and Darkberry to be temporary deputies while Petalfrost recovered.

-A diseased eagle attacked Spotpaw and gave an ominous warning that The Great Spirit was free and that the time of the clans was almost over before dying due to the clan's efforts.

ShellClan:

-Streamfeather was made Augur, the second highest ranking cat in the clan beneath the Soothsayer, after a mysterious ceremony conducted by Shadow.

-When trying to save Strikepaw, her apprentice, from an eagle, Streamfeather inadvertently used ended it instantly with a red energy. It promised to reward her and ShellClan if they stayed faithful to the Great Spirit.

-Some cats seemed on edge due to the size and influence of Kestrelstar's family, particularly former Harbinger Potentate's Lilith and Asmodeus.

The Children of the Ember:

-The Oracle finally returned to the Children of the Ember. Lune, Frost, and Sky the Chosen was happy to see her, but her daughter Eclipse was angry at her absence.

-While going to search for herbs with Coordination, Fern was attacked by an eagle that North and Rain slew. It gave a warning that the Great Spirit wanted revenge on the Children of the Ember, disturbing them both.

-Wisp taught Fox how to hunt in a team. Rain and North took Ivy hunting.

-Wasp is pregnant with another litter of Rain's kits.

Cats Outside the Three:

-Ragdoll and Vivi were fed by Violet, an old rogue. They helped fix up her den, and Vivi saved Ragdoll from an eagle. Vivi doesn't trust Violet due to a comment she made about fate.

-Flurry and Stella met Hana, a new kitten in the neighbourhood. They don't get along because of misunderstandings.

Events this moon:

-The strange black sickness continues to spread slowly.

-The Summoning and the Halfmoon Gathering are this moon.

-DuneClan, ShellClan, and the Children of the Ember have less to eat due to Leafbare, but ShellClan is better off. The rogues are finding barely anything in the desert territory.
