(Gudako POV)

I am walking through the hallways to kill time after Mage training. Not much to do around here. Mash busy doing her own thing while Dr Romani and a Heroic Spirit name Leonardo Da Vinci or just Da Vinci for short a Caster Class Servant who summon for....not exactly sure how long. Probably before I even showed up in Chaldea. Their busy with stuff too including other staff members.

Day Time

Gudako: 'I am so bored'.

Stop by at the library to read something to only see Soren pass out at the table while his drooling coming out of his mouth....eww. Normally Melfina is usually around Soren, not this time, guess she's somewhere else. I shook Soren to wake him up.

Soren: Huh?! Who?! What?! Where?! Why?!

Soren saw me standing next to him.

Soren: Oh. Hey, Gudako. What's up?

Gudako: Nothing. Just a little bored.

Soren: Same. I feel ya. Wasn't the Singularity F been restored. Can we Rayshift there?

Gudako: Their still doing bit of test to make sure. Would like get out of Chaldea even for just a little bit.

Then Soren had a smirk on his face.

Soren: I know another way and they won't know.

I raised a brow. Wondering what he meant by that.

Soren uses a weird looking portal that leads us to restore Singularity F at Fuyuki City, I am wearing casual clothes to blend in. I've ask him about the portal, he only said it's a long story. Ask me not to tell everyone. Only people who knows is Melfina. First he appears at Chaldea, can transform into different superheroes, able to create a brand new body for Director Olga and can use portal. He's full of surprises. Right now we're walking through Fuyuki at night time.

Fuyuki City

Gudako: Aaah. This feels so nice! Being stuck in there can be so boring. Great idea, Soren.

Soren: Thanks. I'm starved. How about we get some grub?

Gudako: Do we have any money?

Soren pulls out his cash out.

Gudako: How?

Soren: I can't tell you all my secrets. 'Thank you, Melfina. I definitely owe her one'.

(Soren POV)

I had to ask Melfina for a favor and promise I'll take her next time. Melfina could've tag along as well, yet she said to enjoy our date.... Told her it is not a date! We stop by at a Ramen Shop eating some good ramen!

Soren: Mmmm! So good! I've always wanted to try and actual Japanese ramen shop.

Gudako: Ramen good every now and then.

After a bit she stop eating...just glancing at her bowl and seem to be lost in her thoughts.

Soren: Are you alright?

Gudako: Huh? Oh, yeah.

Soren: You'd know if you need someone talk to you. I'm all ears.

She sigh.

Gudako (frown): It's just saving humanity is a heavy burden. A lot of responsibility. I am an average mage, not like all those masters who are currently in stasis. Not a Demi-Servant like Mash nor have powers of those... What their called again?

Soren: Tokusastu.

Gudako: Yeah. That.

I can understand how she feels like to be incompetent. Without these powers probably be more useless. I sigh and look at her.

Soren: I get ya. It finally sunk in to me too. I'm only lucky because of these powers. But you don't have to be a Demi-Servant nor amazing mage nor have my powers. Just being you what's gonna help save humanity to complete Grand Order.

Gudako: You really think so?

Soren (smile): I know so. You've proven that during Singularity F when you step up to help Mash to unlock her Noble Phantasm protecting us against Saber Alter Noble Phantasm.

Gudako (smile): Thank you, Soren. I really needed to hear that. If it's any constellation....if you didn't have those powers, pretty much just being you also helps save humanity.

Soren: Really? Thanks. How about we finish bowl of ramen and hang around a bit longer.

Gudako: Alright.

We finish eating then walk around and check out different stores including the mall. Gotta admit the whole two thousand and four brings a lot of nostalgia. Gudako and I went to a photo booth take couple of pictures. Took a few normal ones, plus a few goofy ones. An old couple said "aww, young love" which made us blush. They thought we were a couple! Me and Gudako as a couple? I don't know. She's way out of my league. Part of me likes Melfina. But....it's still too early.  Not like I'm gonna have a Harem or anything. Unless living in an anime world change things or reincarnated with Harem Ex that I don't know about. Meh. Think about it later. We've returned to Chaldea as Meflina began teases me and ask how it go. Told her nothing happen. It was just a hangout. We're at my world chilling.

Meflina: 'Maybe for him. But for Gudako might be different for her'.

(Gudako POV)

I am in my room laying on my bed thinking the fun I had today. Look at the pictures of me and Soren took together. Couldn't help smile. Wasn't just the fun we had today it was also his words that cheer me. It made me really happy. When I think about Soren my heart begins to flutter a bit.

Gudako: 'Maybe I do like him after all. He's very sweet and nice....'. Soren.
