Prologue
"Discipline."
Inside of Homurahara Academy, the students cleared a path as a single boy was passing through. He had hair as dark as the night sky with a fringe that joins at the center of his face. He has narrow gray eyes, often intimidating those who see them.
"The word ' discipline ' is something that I would never give up, no matter what."
The most notable features of this young man was how his uniform differed from their own. The young man wore a white long-sleeved shirt, black pants, black shoes, and a black gakuran top worn on his shoulders, with the disciplinary committee's armband pinned on the top's left sleeve. In his hand was a heater that was broken in the archery club's shooting range.
"But it's not because it is my pride that I will not give up."
"Oh, Hibari-san."
When the young man opened the door to the student council's room, his gray eyes met with golden-brown eyes. Soon Hibari smirked as he looked at the free handyman in front of him.
"It's because I cannot give it up, that is why it is my pride."
"Emiya Shirou. The heater was damaged due to a certain herbivore using it to block arrows from piercing his face. Fix it, or i'll bite you to death."
"Geez, Hibari-san. You know you can just ask for me to he-....Hibari-san."
As quickly as he appeared, Hibari left. Shirou sighed as he knew his classmate was always like this. Always on the move and nobody can stop him. If Shirou were to compare Hibari Kyoya to anything, it would definitely be a cloud.
"I can never tell what goes on through that guy's head."
~Meanwhile~
Hibari was seen strolling through the halls. As he walked in silence, he saw a single individual standing idly in the halls. He wore the academy's signature uniform and had wavy, blue hair that reminded Hibari of seaweed.
"Oh, Hibari-san. I really have to thank you for earlier!"
"Matou Shinji.....what are you doing standing idly by?"
Shinji merely smiled as he walked towards Hibari. Soon he puts an arm over Hibari's shoulder as he still held an arrogant look on his face.
"I just wanted to show my gratitude. I'm just glad you decided to save me from Mitsuzuri-san. How about you and I te-"
Before Shinji could even think to finish that sentence, he fell upon his knees as he held his gut in pain. When he looked forward, he saw Hibari holding a retractable tonfa in his right hand as he glared at him.
"I didn't save you, herbivore. I merely chose to prevent more property damage, especially on my territory. I'm not on anyone's side but my own. The moment you forget that and try to cling to me...i'll bite you to death."
Shinji crawled back a bit before jumping up and running away. As this happened, Hibari looked at an opened window and saw a single bird flying towards him. However, he smiled as he heard the bird singing the anthem of his school.
"Hibari! Hibari!"
"What are you doing here, little one? Are you done flying around?"
Hibird, the bird that Hibari taught how to song the school's song, flew onto his shoulder and remained silent. Hibari did nothing as he simply walked around with the bird on his shoulder. While he roamed the school, he heard someone rushing towards him.
"Hibari!!!!!!!!"
"Sasagawa Ryohei, from the boxing team, correct? Don't get in my way. I'm in a bad mood."
"Oi, don't be like that, Hibari-san!!! I actually have something important to tell you!!!!!"
This is how it usually goes. When Ryohei hears something, Hibari always hears it and gets annoyed by it. Knowing this, Hibari swiftly turned around preparing to leave until Ryohei spoke up.
"Since I know you go on patrol all the time, I want you to be careful. Didn't you hear? Another murder has occured, this time near the school."
".....explain."
The moment Ryohei heard Hibari's voice, he knew the boy wasn't asking him to continue. No, he was demanding an answer from him. Ryohei knew one thing for certain. Hibari Kyoya is beyond pissed right now.
"There was a murder at an intersection near school. Of the family of four, only a child was a survivor. The parents and older sister were stabbed to death. That's why the school is sending us home early."
"I'll be on my way."
Having said that, Hibari left as he heard the school bell ring. As he watched all the students leave the school, he held out his right hand as Hibird flew on top of it.
"Make sure you fly home safely. I'll be there soon."
Hibird simply nods its head as it flew in the air. Meanwhile, Hibari had an angered expression on his face. A murder in his city, in his territory?!That was one thing he will never allow. With tonfas in each hand, Hibari began to search around Fuyuki.
"I'll eliminate the problem at its root. I can't wait to tear it apart."
~Nighttime~
Hibari was seen roaming the streets of the Kurokizaka District. He already went to the intersection near the school and did some investigating, so now he was patrolling around Fuyuki until he found some sort of clue to lead him to the ones responsible.
While he was searching for the person responsible for causing the order in Fuyuki to be reduced to a small panic due to the murders, he just felt more pissed off by the second. However, as he walked he saw something in the distance. It is an L-shaped building that contains two apartments per floor, occupying the entire horizontal part of the L and entire vertical part of the L respectively. This was known as the Semina Apartments.
"........."
Hibari didn't say anything as he walked towards the abandoned building. While doing so, he gazed up at the night sky as he saw the full moon. In all honesty, it looked beautiful tonight. However, now was not the tine for admiring the moon. As Hibari arrived at his destination, he kicked the door down as he held his tonfas tightly.
"Let's see if the herbivore responsible for all this is he-"
Blood. The moment Hibari stepped into the home, the stench of blood entered his nose. When he looked forward, he quickly found the source of this. In front of him, were countless dead bodies. Not only that, he saw that whoever killed these people, used their blood like it was mere paint as he saw a strange circle on the floor, though it looked very old.
Soon Hibari saw moonlight enter the scene through a window. A bright moonlight fully showing him a murder scene that happened on his territory. Hibari scoffed as he felt as if he was being mocked. While he held his tonfa tightly, he felt a slight burning sensation on his right hand.
"First a murder happened near the school......."
As Hibari spoke, he felt his irritation building up. So much so that he didn't notice the burning sensation in his right hand. While this happened, the magic circle seemed as if it was glowing slightly.
"Then I find the scene of an old murder along with the remains right in front of me......I won't rest......until i've bitten the herbivores responsible to death!"
Summoning. When one does not have a catalyst and is inexperienced, the grail will pick a servant most suited to the summoner by compatibility. However, all of the servants for the Holy Grail War were already summoned. What came to Hibari Kyoya wasn't something from the Grail. It was something gifted to him by another driving force.
A huge gust of wind flows through the area. As this happened, Hibari looked forward as he saw a figure appear from the confines of the magic circle. The first thing that entered his sights was a male figure adorned in a mercenary-like wardrobe with two giants hooks in each hand and a cape on his back. Though the most notable feature was a lack of a head.
"Wow."
That was the only world Hibari could mutter when his gray eyes met with yellow eyes that glared at him with hatred. A growl escaped from the second figure's mouth as soon as it appeared. The second figure was a large wolf with chains around its legs. The moment the wolf's eyes landed on Hibari, it released a thunderous howl filled with nothing but absolute hatred. Seeing this, Hibari smirked as he held his tonfas in his hand while the wolf looked ready to pounce on him.
"Looks like i've found more than I anticipated. Though, it seems like I need to show you a little discipline, Ookami-san."
