As the girl was waiting at the park with Kusakabe and the committee members, she began to think about something. Just who is their leader? She would assume that it was just a mindless thug, but she felt curious. Though she wanted to escape this situation as quickly as possible.

"I didn't exactly lie to him though. I am trying to get more familiar with this place. Luckily he assumed it's because i'm not from around here."

"Kusakabe-san, right? Just who is your le-"

"Just what are you all doing here?"

The moment the girl heard this voice, she saw all of the committee members stand in a line as they took a knee. When she looked in the direction they were facing, she was surprised to see who greeted them.

"Isn't that the boy I met on that night?!"

"We're sorry for inconveniencing you in any way. This matter was something we wished to take up with you, Kyo-san!!!!!!"

As Hibari arrived at the park, he saw the strange individual that Kusakabe mentioned. It was the small carnivore he met that one night. What could she of all people need help with? Soon Hibari looked at Disciplinary Committee as he decided to deal with them first.

"What are all of you doing here?"

"Kusakabe found this young lady wandering around aimlessly. So we decided to help keep watch of her whi-"

"The Vice-Chairman can handle himself. He alone reported to me and is sufficient in safeguarding this herbivore. While the rest of you decided to stay here, something could've happened else where in my territory that could've been prevented had you kept patrol and left the Vice-Chairman do his duty. Tell me, what is the goal of the Disciplinary Committee?"

"TO MAINTAIN ORDER!!!!!"

The girl was surprised to see these guys act so disciplined as soon as Hibari showed up. She had to admit, it took her by surprise to see how Hibari led these people. While she was thinking to herself, Hibari quickly glanced at her then back at the committee.

"All of you do as we always do. I'll look over the one who entered my territory."

"Heh. If it's Kyo-san watching her, we have nothing to worry about. Let's patrol around the city and rendezvous at the school!!!!!"

The rest of the Disciplinary Committee agreed with Kusakabe. With Hibari around, they had no reason to worry. Soon, one after another, the members of the Disciplinary Committee left. The only ones left in the park were the girl and Hibari.

"Thanks for stopping by Miste-"

"A carnivore like you needing help, did you think I would fall for that? You're more capable than you let on."

The girl looked at Hibari closely. She could already tell that fooling him was pointless. Plus he wasn't like any of the other Disciplinary Committee members. He had this air around him that just screamed that he more strength than them. Soon the girl stood before a bench and looked towards the boy.

"Well then, shall we start with introductions first? This is the second time we've met like this, Mister. My name is Illya. Illyasviel von Einzbern."

"So then, who are you?"

"Hibari Kyoya."

"Well then, it's nice to meet you, Hibari Kyo- where are you going?!"

As Illya was speaking to Hibari, she saw the young man beginning to walk away. Soon the girl ran after him. When she caught up to him, she was panting a bit.

"You aren't going to question me?"

"Since you're in my territory, you're under my protection. You're a carnivore, but you haven't caused any chaos here yet, so I have no reason to question you. Besides, staying in one spot could leave openings for others to cause trouble in my territory, Little Carnivore."

"Little Carnivore?"

Illya felt a bit of sweat dropping from her head. This boy cared more about keeping his own domain under control than anything else. He even offered Illya some protection since she hasn't caused direct trouble in his territory. However, Hibari turned towards the young girl.

"I'll let you get familiar with this place."

Soon Hibari began to walk off, almost as if saying Illya can do what she want as long as it doesn't cause trouble. When Illya saw the boy's back as he walked forward, it reminded her of someone. The way he walked had a purpose. The way his shoulders looked as if they carried a great weight of responsibility.

"Of all people....why did you have to remind me of him?"

~Nighttime~

After spending most of his time patrolling and getting his usual reports from the Disciplinary Committee, Hibari sat on the rooftop of Homurahara Academy. In all honesty, the only out-of-place event that happened was meeting Illyasviel. However, since she hasn't caused any trouble in his territory despite her status as a carnivore in Hibari's eyes, the boy decided not to bite her to death at the moment since she didn't cause harm yet.

"I know Emiya and Tohsaka are both involved in this so called war. Including myself, that makes a total of three known students here being a Master in this war. Why would an old cup choose people from a highschool to be in this war anyways?"

Hibari didn't really have a wish for the Grail. In fact, he had only two things he desires and he can easily achieve them on his own. The first was obviously the protection of his own territory and to safeguard the order in Fuyuki. As for the second one, this war is allowing him the chance to bite so many foes to death with no need for restraint.

"Now then.....that leaves one question. What are you doing here?"

"So you've noticed me. Though you don't strike me as a proper mage, I guess it was your instincts that warned you of my presence."

As Hibari turned around, a smirk slowly appeared on his face. Hibari held his tonfas tightly as he saw the man in front of him. However, the man simply shook his head.

"I didn't come here for a fight. I'm actually here for the opposite."

"Not interested. All I want in this moment is to bite you to death."

"I see. Fine then, i'll inform you as I indulge you with a little spar. As for what i'm here for, I came to give you an offer. Not from my master, but from me personally."
