It was now the middle of the night. As Hibari was sitting outside of his home, he looked towards Avenger. Both of them knew how the other felt. An immense amount of hatred and bloodlust could be felt from them.

"That damn Golden Carnivore. I'll make sure he'll regret ever laying a foot on my territory."

As Hibari said this, he heard Avenger give out an extremely large bark. Soon the headless rider jumped from the wolf's back. When it sat down next to Hibari, the boy began to speak his mind.

"I get the feeling this battle may very well be our last. So then, i'll keep this brief. I know of your class name, but what about your true ones. It's getting kind of old to just refer to both of you as Avenger or Ookami-san."

The headless rider looked at Hibari. It was honestly shocked that the boy grew interest in learning its name. Once more, just like when he helped Hibari find out the name of their class, the headless rider used sign language. As Hibari saw the names the headless rider spelled, he nods his head.

"I see. Hessian, Lobo......let's make this a night to remember. We'll bite that Golden Carnivore to death and get back the little carnivore."

As Hibari said this, Lobo looked at the boy. In all honesty, Lobo saw a bit of himself in Hibari. He could also understand why the boy wanted to save Illya. In fact, even Illya reminded him of a creature he knew.

"The ever drifting creature with great strength. It led a pack with its strength and makes no compromises when a goal is in mind. That is the essence of Hibari Kyoya and myself. That white haired girl, someone that even Hibari couldn't seem to get rid of and grew a bond with her. In a way.......she's like my Master's version of Blanca, huh. In that case, even more reason to get her back."

As Lobo thought of this to himself, he walked over to his Master. Soon it began to sit down behind the boy as he let Hibari rest on his fur. As Hibari noticed this, he smirked as he looked at the night sky.

"Thanks, Lobo. It's odd. As we fought, and even competed against each other, I had a lot of fun."

When Hibari said this, Lobo let out a howl in agreement. Meanwhile, Hessian simply pats the boy's head. As Hibari moved Hessian's hand off of his head, he heard his phone ringing. As he answered it, he heard one person speaking to him.

"Hibari-san."

"Shirou Emiya. I'm going to bite that Golden Carnivore to death and retrieve a member of my committee back."

"I understand. In fact, Tohsaka and I have a plan for that. If we do this, you'll get a fight you'll enjoy, Illya back, and this war will be over."

"Explain."

"Tohsaka and I will sneak into Ryuudou Temple from the rear, and then give Saber a signal. When she sees it, she'll strom through the front entrance. She'll find Gilgamesh and focus his attention on her. Meanwhile we'll find Illya and shut down the Holy Grail. Once that's done all that'll be left to do is for Saber to destroy the Grail. Since she doesn't have enough mana, she'll only be able to employ her sword once."

"......Shirou Emiya. I'm not helping you on this battle."

"Hibari-sa..."

"I am going to bite that Golden Carnivore to death and taking back one of my members. If that just so happens to help you, it is merely coincidence. After all, that bowman said so himself right. That carnivore needs to be put down."

As Hibari hung up the phone, he stood up as Hessian hopped upon Lobo's back. As a gentle breeze enters the area, Hibari soon steeped forward as he had one thing to say to his Servant.

"It's time to take back our pack member! Let's go, Hessian Lobo!!!!!"

~At Ryuudou Temple~
Rin and Shirou couldn't believe what they were witnessing. It looked as if they were looking at a large pile of flesh as hole was above it oozing various mucks of curses. When they looked above the mass they saw her, Illyasviel von Einzbern linked to it as its core. They need to get her out of there and fast. As Shirou took a step forward, Rin quickly stopped him.

"Hey, do you think you can just walk up to it?! That muck is curses in physical form!"

"We won't know unless we try. We have to hurry! Saber's already fighting that guy. We don't have time for indecision."

"You two actually showed up. And without a servant by your side? What a bunch of idiots!!!!!"

When Shirou and Rin turned around, they saw Shinji and Gilgamesh approaching them. They didn't understand this. They already gave the signal and Saber hasn't arrived yet. So if Gilgamesh is here, who is Saber fighting?

"You two didn't know?"

"It is as Shinji says. It seems fate is not on your side. Were you unaware that a Servant who has yet to vanish is still at the main gate? Assassin, to be more precise, however, it doesn't seem he'll make it past this night. Now then, simply killing you would be dull. I shall grant you a brief reprieve."

"Reprieve? What are you talking about Gilgamesh?! Just kill them already so we can end th-"

"Watch your tone when speaking to me, mongrel."

The moment Gilgamesh glared at him, Shinji quickly nods his head as he hid behind a tree. While Gilgamesh was smirking, he looked towards Shirou and Rin. However, he felt a slight bit of disappointment.

"It seems the real entertainment isn't here yet."

"What do you mean by a reprieve?"

"Bearing witness to how this ends will give even your lives meaning. This has become a world that is kind to a fault towards humans. This era, in which common rabble have bred to excess, is far too cruel. In the past, in my world, there were none who were extraneous. Even if one were a slave, one had purpose. No matter who one was, one's life had significance."

That was true in his era, but what about the people of this era. In Gilgamesh's eyes, there are more people than there is purpose and significance. The numbers have grown too great.

"So I propose to personally cull the herd of mongrels. The culling 10 years ago took fewer than 500, but this time the disaster will rain down on the entire world. One can only guess at how many will remain when their numbers have been thinned out. Isn't that exciting?"

"Only a complete sicko can enjoy something like that. I was a fool for thinking I could get a straight answer from you! Shirou, i'm going to shut down the grail. I'll pull Illya out of there."

"Hahaha. You think a lowly human can walk through those curses! However, who gave you permission to leave my presence?"

The moment Gilgamesh said this, he opened one of his gates as a sword was shot at Rin. Before it could reach her, Shirou projects Kanshou and Bakuya as he deflects the weapon. Meanwhile, Rin began to walk through the curses, feeling as if she was being burned as she made her way towards Illya. As Shirou looked towards Gilgamesh, he said one thing.

"Your fight is with me!!!"

As Shirou lunged towards Gilgamesh, the King of Heroes smirked as he jumped backwards to avoid Shirou's swords as he launched a few Noble Phantasms at the boy. Seeing this, Shirou used Kanshou and Bakuya to deflect the Noble Phantasms shot at him.

"You should know your place, Faker."

"What the hell are you on about?!"

Gilgamesh smirked as he made Shirou chase after him. When the King of Heroes stopped moving, Shirou noticed that Gilgamesh and himself were now at the temple. While Shirou was distracted, Gilgamesh jumped onto the roof of the temple as he launched five of his treasures in front of Shirou, causing him to be sent flying backwards from the impact.

"After all this trouble, you'll spoil the festivities. Though it seems it is finally happening."

"Boy. Do you know what that is?  Those are wishes that the Holy Grail is drawing up. The true nature of you mongrels. The malevolence of mankind. To be able to grant any and all wishes. That is, to transcend the limitations of life, resulting in the production of some transformation. Why is it a wish is not granted? It is because humans are inherently limited. Equality, peace, and happiness are all the same. You, who are prisoners of your flesh, will never be satisfied. That is why you all created the Holy Grail. Not to end suffering, but rather to conquer all suffering. Hahahahaha, but this is the end result of that ideal. No desire to change the world is more powerful than human malevolence! But because it's fueled by malevolence, the means it employs are self-annihilation."

"That is your true nature. A wish granter that is perfectly adapted to this age. It will be vastly different in scope than 10 years ago. The curses will stream forth without end. So then, what will you do, bo-

"I'll bite you to death."

It was only for a split moment. Before Gilgamesh realized it, his face and back were struck as his body crashed into the ground. When he looked upwards, he saw a single boy standing next to a large wolf with a headless rider.

"You said this is a Battle of Kings, right? Hate to say this, but the world doesn't need a king. It needs discipline and order. Since you're the one causing chaos, biting you to death makes the most sense, Golden Carnivore.

"To not only knock me down from the heavens, but to look down upon me as if you belong there. You truly have the arrogance of a king as well, Hibari Kyoya."

"I'm on a tight schedule, so let's end this. I'll bite you to death."
